Given
a
negative
ratings
option
in
Google,
I
would
like
to
opt
that
for
this
hotel.
I
took
a
single
bedded
AC
room
on
25-July-2022
and
soon
after,
I
regret
on
my
decision.
In
my
room
no.
307,
1.
Door
doesn't
work
properly,
2.
Celling
Fan
is
another
trouble,
3.
AC
is
too
far
from
bed
and
without
a
remote!
4.
Toilet
shower
is
broken,
5.
Hanging
rail
is
broken,
6.
They
even
haven't
offered
me
a
towel,
7.
Room
is
untidy,
I
see
cobwebs
in
many
places.
and
the
list
is
long
for
complaints.
All
of
thr
above
facilities
I
am
getting
in
very
cheap
price
i.e.
Rs.
1150/
per
day!
When
I
reported
this
to
Manager,
Mr.
Akash,
he
said
"you
should
have
checked
them
before
booking
the
room,
now
we
can't
do
anything.
You
have
to
adjust
until
you
checkout
after
full
payment".
Yeah,
I
know
it
is
my
fault
that
I
didn't
checked
the
room
before
booking,
but
there
should
be
atleast
a
minimum
courtesy
from
management
end
too!
Come
on,
you
are
into
hospitality
business,
where
customers
are
given
utmost
care
even
if
have
to
move
out
of
the
box.
And
then
There
is
Atithi
Guest
House!
I
strongly
request
not
to
take
any
booking
here
until
the
management
changes
it
attitude.
