Worst experience i have ever faced in my life. I booked a room on online at 11pm, but i guess staff people slept early or they didn’t check my booking on time… When i reached hotel at midnight they said that they didn’t get any booking online.. and didn’t confirmed my booking and they argued with me some time.. Highly not recommend for couples.. If you are single you can take risk..

dirtiest hotel stay ever in my 40 years experience in travelling & hotel stays. mosquitoes breeding , dirty smelling, no morning tea available no bed sheets pillow covers , bed sheets not fresh, washed. I recommend no body should waste their money & night sleep.

Only lodging, Food orders are outsourced. Suitable location. Parking alongside the building.

Apart from the location, which is on the highway to Airport, nothing else is good. Rooms are dirty, bed is very hard, curtains not fully covered and very noisy because of the adjacent highway. Not recommended until you have to get in a hotel for the night to spend.

Rooms are well maintained and tidy so far so good . Visit here for a good experience the well mannered staffs and awsome indulging food court

Basic rooms even for a AC room. Not very hygiene conditions. Worn out bedsheets and pillow covers. Yet they charge more than a OYO facility. Okay for staying if you need a stop for flight or airport access. Must negotiate the price by 20-30%. Food is not good here. Though charges are very high. They charge less for restaurants but they pick and have special menu with very high charges for staying customers.

The hotel is near to Bagdogra airport. Decent rooms for a nights stay to catch the flught next day. Cooperative staff. there are not many food options available around but the staff can arrange food if hotel's restaurante is closed.

Near to bagdogra airport (around 10 min drive).. we stayed for a night since our flight got cancelled. Rooms are ok ok.. bedsheets,pillows were dirty.. only if u ask them they wil replace with good one. So make sure u ask them to replace otherwise they won't dp anything. Soap,towel also was provided only after asking.
