Hotel was at great location. Service boy is good but wifi connection is not working properly. AC rooms is availability will High price. I think the hotel must maintain hygiene properly. Food items price is High. Hotel reception is very good

This is the worst hotel, Rooms are stinking with drainage water odour, geysers are not working. No phone extension, every time for any room service need to go 2, 3 floors down.We asked for partial refund, too much hesitant. Due to flight timings finally we stopped to quarrel with them. Theer was lizard cockroaches in room, lot of big cracks in room thru which all these insects.easily roam. They just take benefit of closure to airport. Suggesting not to avial this hotel.

AC room with balcony is very spacious and at very budget price with 5 minute distance from Airport. Room service of food is also very good 👍and at reasonable price .....overall nice experience to stay as our flight got cancelled.

Hotel was good, but service was very poor and iresponsive. Regarding food, informed well in advance to Mr. Papan Dev, but at night they have denied to serve food for our 07 heads . Even they also denied to arrange bed sheet for us. The reception counter official was irresponsible in manner. Hotel boy was careless. Even hotel boy does not know Sri Papan Dev. We were in trouble on 06/10/22 at the hotel. Not a single person was observed for taking care. As Sri Dev was in his house. Booking was 3 months back of two rooms with full pay. Food has no taste. Uncooked meal served, misti dahi was no taste becoz its sweetness was the results of sweets rotten chasini.

Good one in reasonable price at prime location. So many Good food, snacks and tea options available nearby. Overall Good stay.

Missed my flight at Bagdogra and stayed here for one night. Overall a decent place where we opted for an AC room which was ok. The staff was very helpful. There is a pure veg restaurant next building which helped as well

Most importantly ,it is a pet friendly hotel! Awesome people! For pet parents it is perfect place to stay!

Located at Bihar More area on the Siliguri Bagdogra route, this hotel is good for a night's halt for passengers travelling by air. The adjoining restaurant at the ground floor charges exorbitant amount for food compared to the quality and quantity and it is advisable to check the rates of individual items before ordering the same.

I didn't stay there but I had breakfast there. Alu Paratha..costing 50 bucks and achar with a very tasty matar sabji...very immediate serving and it made me full for a long.

Services and location are great. The owner/manager is very humble and helpful.

The service of catering is very irritating. Too much time is taken by the staff to deliver the food. No responding staff during the service delivery. No taste of any types of food like Paratha, vegetable, chicken dish. Food cost is too much higher in respect of food quality. If you want to take a little meal like breakfast and evening tiffin you must pay rs. 150.00 to rs.200.00 for every person.

Prompt service aided with additional support when asked for since we were two women travellers. The rooms were clean and services prompt and most cordial. The location is ideal if one has a flight to catch and has a spare day in NJP.

Entry corridor decoration was creative and eye catchy. But I didn't like their rooms. The manager was well behaved and friendly but their room service and the quality of their room was poor. I recommend this hotel but make sure that you've checked your room before checking in.

It was amazing staying in this hotel, Rooms were neat and clean, Everything was proper n staff were friendly too.

You will not find a perfect room. Either it's untidy or has some issues with paint or bathroom door or bucket missing etc. Food is not that good. They are aware people use this place for transit.
