My stay in prime murti was short and not at all enjoyable. The room we were given came with a list of faults. Three out of five lights were not working, with one working light occassionally flickering, telephone was out of order, faucet was defective, even the door couldn't be closed properly. On top of that, complaining to the reception was of not much help either. Another problem was with the food. Even though the food was of decent quality, ordering it was a confusing procedure. No menus were available in the restaurant and when asked for one they ran around to get it. Finally when the order was placed, if took them around 45 mins to serve only pakoda and chai. But on the upside, the portions were quite large. Checkout time of 9 am also doesn't make sense.

First of all, the room is very short and the bathroom is also very much short (no knobs at bathroom in the taps), the view from the window is also blocked by a building there. Then the service is at all very bad (If you call someone, they will not receive the call and if received, they will not come to you to solve any problem), no calling bell exists there. Also the swimmig pool is very deep and the water is exess cold. Also frogs and tadpoles are swimming there. They even didn't clean the pool. Then the location is absolutely very well...no doubts about location. The food is also very tasty, no doubts about food. There exists a carrom board, a Snooker or Billards (8 Ball pool). Overall, I would say that you should visit the place and enjoy but maximum time you should spend at the rooms and at the games. This review is given at 28th May, 2023 (Sunday)

A very old resort and hotel near Murti riverside, Ideal place for weekend vacation in Doors. The problem is This resort is totally not maintained at all, rooms are so old and i think they did not paint their rooms after building the hotel. Resort looks like a hunted place in night , Their is no good amount of lights, maintenance of park, outdoor ground and also corridors. Their swimming pool is so dirty that water looks greenish , they do not clean swimming pool. Room service is not good compare to their pricing. Price is too high compare to others resort. Only good thing is they have made a name in this area and this is close to the Murti river.

Property Good, but management should be more cautious of poolside activity. It's just horrible sound pollution and unethical activities. Reception Mam behavior good.

Nice resort near the Murti river. There is enough space inside the property premises. The staff are polite and helpful and the food is good. The swimming pool looks really nice but the water can be kept cleaner. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are big and well maintained. Visit the murti river and take bath in the river. Small tea and snacks stalls are available near the resort. The resort has its own restaurant and the food is good.

The resort is located very near to Murti River. We had booked a suite room with bath tub and the condition of the room was not very well maintained. The rooms given the conditions are overpriced. The service was good. The food quality was average. Travel desk at the resort is good. Biggest disappointment for me was the quality of rooms. The doors and walls are in poor state and need to be redone. There are better alternatives available at similiar prices. There is playing area for the kids in the resort. Other wise a very average experience.

The experience in this hotel was very bad. Swimming pool was very dirty and water and tiles were not cleaned since many days. Room cleanliness and hygiene is pathetic. Service staff does not respond. Overall very bad in maintenance. Will never suggest this property to anyone especially for big events.

Overall good resort. The rooms are not upto the mark, but can be manageable for a night stay. Service is very good Location is also perfect Food is delicious Staffs are very co-operative and friendly. A good resort ,it's just that the rooms needs to be little bit modernised and arranged.

Overall good experience...but the reason I gave 3 star is that service is very bad...calls are not responded, no calling bell...Then the rooms are very short and the AC is not working properly... Prime Murti is situated in Batabari, Jalpaiguri district, approximately 7 kilometers from Chalsa, a major market. It's close to the serene Murti River. Food was good.I went with my 2 year baby.they arranged separate food and milk for my baby. the kitchen stuffs were very helpful.only problem was with the flash I would request the owner to repair it .room number 409.

Perfect location to chill out with friends and family rooms was okay not so bad, regarding service I had requested an ashtray upon arrival but it was not delivered until I checked out. I don't know the reason, according to my opinion service quality need to improve.

We liked the food and service but the rooms and housekeeping was very poor.

Very old property without proper maintenance. We booked two room for weekend for 5 people. Got room number 304 and 308. 304 has water leakage on wall and health faucet was not working properly. In breakfast they offer only boiled egg and as we order omlet they charged it separately, although they never mentioned it while serving. Room service is very very poor, if you ordered anything, you need to wait for at least 30-45 minutes.

Not well maintained..rooms look tired..poor quality toiletries..no option to pay by card or Gpay / Phone Pe...only cash or bank transfer...they are years behind ..check out took a long time because of this Location is good..food is excellent..service very good.. Will not come back

It was a good place to stay for a couple of days. Relaxing. Hope they fix the pool table and bring in some more games to play. The food was really great though. The quality and quantity was really good. The lift should be upgraded for the safety though.

Not much to say. Descent bedroom.You can't use swimming pool coz it's surrounded by the building and everybody would be looking at u through window. Nothing special.

I have visited the place to attend my official meeting. The resort is located at the last point of Murti River bank. Largely spreading mountains and jungle will block your view.

Location, Ambiance, Food everything was excellent. Mr.Surajit was extremely helpful to solve every problem that we faced. We stayed there from13th to 15th March'22. Service boy Subho Mondal took great care,he is truly a good human. Food was really good, thanks to the chef. Chinese dishes were awesome. Only information that we did not get was about the safari at Medla forest. If we knew the ticket counter of Medla forest then broker/ tout would not have cheated us. I recommend stay at this hotel.
