We stayed here yesterday. Ambience is good and clean. Food acceptable and they served Jain meal for us on demand. Reception is prompt and service is neat. But slight overpriced. Not value for money. So overall nice stay.

We stayed for 4 nights and had breakfast on 2nd floor. We also came back just for dinner once we checked out because the food is clean and the staff are very professional in all areas. They all speak Nepali so if you , it’ll be very convenient. It’s safe, convenient, clean and customer service is great. Thanks bhumika!

I checked-in on 12th Aug and checked-out on 13th Aug (2023) and the experience was awesome .... I had seen little low reviews on the food, but I think, the team has worked on it and it's very good now .. Starting from front desk (Vishal was very helpful) , to rooms and restaurant, everything was above expectation ... I highly recommend this hotel for anybody's stay

This summer (2023), we (my wife, little kid and myself) ventured a long drive via car (Delhi to Guwahati and return) At time of return, we had done booking with Cygnett. Right from the time of booking till Hotel check in - staff had ensured our check in is flawless. My kid is hypersensitive, and I did not had to worry at all as the hotel ensured absolute cleanliness and Hygiene. I particularly liked and would like to thank, Housekeeping - Riaz Hussian who after checking in also came personally to check if everything is upto expectations. Our stay was made comfortable and Abhinaba ensured proper follow-ups at every step to ensure that our stay is enjoyable. You really stood by all your commitments. Abhinaba Saha- A big thanks to you 😊 I have never seen any Hotel staff do so many follow ups to ensure a comfortable stay. Normally staff do follow up till check in and that is all. Visitors have to adjust to hotel amenities after check in. But this Hotel- they amazed me with their services. The Hotel's dining (restaurant) is one of the best with food quality and quantity as excellent. The ambience is worth to enjoy. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel as not only the price is modest but the amenities are worth the standards. The room was good, although not greatly maintained, pathetic breakfast - buffet not available only a selected few items at this price it's not justified. Amenities provided although not the best of all. The staff is good, the front office is always active. In room dining menu is decent.

Nice place to stay. Clean and spacious room. We were three people, added an extra bed. It was clean with good room service. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only reason for the lower rating is the food. The quality of breakfast could be improved. If the chef cannot cook South Indian food, it could probably be taken off from the menu.

Decent hotel with all the amenities. The hotel should have been maintained a bit more in the nook and corner. The towel and hand towel given was dirty. One more thing, when you come here after visiting a hotel which open or a resort kind of property, this feels not soo good. But the rooms are pretty good to sleep and stay for a day or two. Breakfast is also good. Should have been better. Booking was quite easy. Decent property if the price is below 3K.

I stayed with Family here in Standard Double room in February 2023. Please find the review below: 1. Rooms: The rooms are smaller in size as compared to 3 star hotel we have stayed. Only 2 person or 2 person and 1 small kid can stay in the room. You can't accommodate 3 people in one room. AC was working but no fridge available. In One of the bathroom, toilet seat was not fitted properly and stuck with the washbasin. So, please do check the bathroom before check in. 2. Service: The service was good 3. Location: The location is too good. 10 min from Hong Kong Market and 10 min walking from the Shopping mall. You can find multiple restaurants and shopping places nearby. 4. Food: Food was too good. 4.5/5. Better to go in restaurant and eat food rather than ordering from room. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

Had ordered for cygnett special kabab , it was raw from inside and wasn't cooked well. It was just topped with cheese and was bland otherwise. Had ordered for cocktail and was served mocktail. Had ordered for a drink for the kids mentioning that it should be room at temperature without ice. The drink was served chill with ice cream in it. The one took the order dint mention that it ll be served with ice cream , it was obvious we were avoiding ice so we would not take if it has ice cream. Very disappointing experience.

Very good hotel and location. Restaurant maintained very well & food taste is also good. Only minus point is rooms are small in size compared to price.

The hotel is right on the bustling Revoke Road. It's half an hour around from the airport. The restaurant is great. We happen to remember the names of the staff. Bhumika, Akriti, Amit are great at their job. The rooms and the common area is great as well. The staff in all are very experienced and professional. The reception is open 24*7. Overall stay was great.

The Hotel is well located,food quality is above par and in general the ambience of the restaurant is great. However the travel agencies taxi reached late by more than half an hour citing a procession.....It's fine to over charge (which they have done )but it's also the duty of the management to make sure that the pick up is on time and done professionally. Secondly ,at the front office inspite of booking a taxi for 10 am for check out ,the front desk looked helpless and ultimately we had to book an Ola at the last minute.....We paid 700 rupees lesser and the Ola fellow was professional enough to make sure that we reached the station on time.The girl in the front desk along with the security guard did try their best though....We are told that the person who had received us the previous night goes by the name Ravinder....Very unprofessional I must say....Saturday evening duty... The fellow in the restaurant desk on Sunday morning too did not care to inform the front desk that we wanted to check out...Am told his name is Prakash...Laid back and to hell with the guests,I felt.... Overall a good property probably not managed well is my review......

The staff in reservations (Ms. Shamini), and the the front desk staff (Mr. Vishaal) as well as the staff in room service (Ms. Madhuri) provided exceptional and expedient service. Ms. Madhuri was courteous and thorough in getting the rooms cleaned. Her professionalism is an asset to the company. Great stay! Kudos 👏.

I visited to cygnett style Tania's in the first week of september for dinner with my family, it is awesome ambience with entire jungle theme, the one of the best theme restaurant in siliguri, ideal place for kids as well as elders birthday party, the food quality and taste was really too good and the service was truly awesome. staffs are very polite, and their behavior was so good, my overall experience very good. so i highly recommend to all to come at cygnett style Tania's and enjoy the moment.

Decent property on the main road just after Anandaloke Hospital and shares the same premise as Reliance Smart. The dining menu is on the expensive side, and the taste is just about average (I had to skip lunch once due to oily pooris)

Well it's a 5-star review for me. Why? The ease and convenient they made my stay. First, the parking. It was a covered parking and with always a guard there looking out. And in the night time, the parking is locked and closed. So utter peaceful mind of mine. Secondly, the room. It was good, not heavily spacious. The package we got it for, we were absolutely ok with the room size though. Enough for a couple. But for a couple with kids might be a bit small. Third, the food. We booked breakfast in our package during booking. And the breakfast spread is good and tastes good also. Special mention here about two people, Musaraf and Akriti, who took good care of our needs. The restaurant a-la-carte menu is good but somehow we felt the Chinese cuisine tastes better than the Indian cuisine. Fourth, cleanliness. The hotel and the passageways were always very neat and clean. It was really nice to have a very clean hotel at your disposal. The staff responsible really did a great work here. Fifth, the staff. The staff has been excellent here. They cater to all the needs your request to the best of their capability. They were polite and understands your issues if explained properly and try to proactively sole that. So, here's my 5-star review for this hotel. Shall I recommend staying here again? Of course. The amazing location, the comfort and convenience of public transport and plethora of food joints around, it surely is one of the best places to stay at Siliguri.

This has been best stay in Siliguri so far. The staff was courteous, rooms were always clean, food was great, the parking had amble amount of space and mostly importantly this is located right at the heart of the city. Here Aakriti and Musharraf’s service has been recommendable and I will always look for them every time I come here again.

It was a great experience staying at Hotel Cygnett Style Tania's. Room was very clean & comfortable. The hotel is in the center of city. Best place for corporate people as well as family trip. The Cygnett pavilion Jungle theme restaurant makes us feel like a eating in the jungle. Staff's are very professional and friendly. Overall great experience.

The location is perfect. Cleanliness is top-notch. Great food. The breakfast buffet was more than perfect (I was full for whole day). All of them at just Rs. 3500 per day for the superior room we stayed in. You got me Cygnett! I am going to stay in any of your hotels whenever I visit the places where you have hotels.
