Highly inadequate, deficient, disrespectful, insensitive and utmost unprofessional service providers. They made an itinerary as per my requirement and a day prior to the visit to Khangchendzonga National Park (covers 35% of Sikkim and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site) their drivers claimed they didn’t know where it is. Later, they tried to fool me by taking to some other forest claiming that was the National Park. When I refused to believe that Pangthang Forest is not a part of the KNP, the advisor yelled at me stating I have troubled her all this while and cut the call without paying any heed to what I was saying. Obviously, I wasn’t taken to the KNP. Thereafter, later while I was moving to Darjeeling, they asked the driver to stop the car on a highway and not move until I made the remainder payment. Despite me having paid the advance and other half amount instantaneously when they had asked me to. I was travelling with my aged parents and couldn’t embarrass them anymore so I made the payment right away even though it was agreed that the payment was to be made a day after I reached Darjeeling. The moment I called the lady (the advisor) and informed her that the payment was made, she cut the call without uttering a word. Apart from that, initially they sent us driver who wasn’t their regular driver. This guy who owns an iPhone himself, refused to give me my iPhone’s cable which I unintentionally left in his car. AKK Cruiser did nothing to reimburse me for the same. These are just money mongers and highly unprofessional bunch of people. Their service is running only because of the few drivers on the ground who know how to host a visitor. I was fortunate to have two such good drivers. People travelling to North-East, don’t hire services from AKK Cruiser or your impression of the North-East will be hampered for life. And don’t believe their itinerary. Sikkim holds India’s most unique both Cultural and Natural UNESCO World Heritage Site which these people are unashamedly ignorant of. One of the sweetest and nicest souls I have met and known are from North-East of India. Hire local drivers for your tour and don’t miss this gem of a place called Khangchendzonga National Park.

Worst travel agency I have ever seen. They don't care about customer satisfaction. We have booked sikkim tour with this agency, but our whole trip was flushed by "Mr. Amit Bhowal", he was our tour manager but he didn't know about our hotel booking, meal planning and even transportation, he only knows money. Time to time, he collects money. Many times we had problems, so we called him but he is the prime minister of india, he didn't attend our "faltu calls" for 1-2 hours. At the end we managed ourselves, and next day he excused so much about previous mis-management, and next day again same thing happened. We are gujarati, so we always carry some snacks, and we had to depend on those snacks. So pls don't book your valuable vacation with this agency. This company has so many owner (around 4-5 persons), every time new person will talk to you. I have given one star because there is no provision of 0 star. Pls beware of such type of fraud agency. We are 8 persons (4 couples) and we have lost our vacation with the help of this respective Mr. Amit bhowal.

This is the worst travel agency when it comes to Darjeeling trip. They are locally based at NJP and they don't have any controls on their drivers . In fact the taxies that they use are all local taxis. They don't have any carbs of their own . And their charges are on the higher side. Plus on my drop day their driver refused to come to my homestay and asking me to come to mall road. Don't book them and if you book them don't pay in advance .

It was the worst experience ever faced. Jounrney in may 2018. Amit bhawal talks like he is the boss. We booked the package for Lachen and lachung costing 37000. Night before journey to Lachen from Gangtok it was confirmed by Amit via watssapp that amount can be transferred through NEFT,but in morning the time we were to start our journey he asked for cash.He asked If not arranged better withdraw your journey.How in this unknown city amount can be arranged more than 25000 from debit card. Even hotel provided in Lachen and lachung was very below par quality. But you don't have any options. Under package it was clearly mentioned in the tour itinerary to cover Nathula pass but we missed because of their mistake . neither call Cantrell nor Amit bhawal was replying. Coming with family and getting this service after paying this heavy amount is really painful. Better not to avail their service

We planned our trip to Bhutan for our lengthy vacation. I am glad that they offered a lucrative discount on modern luxury vehicles and the driver was very cheerful. Overall, they’re highly organized and dynamic. I will book Lachung Trip with akk cruiser again very soon

I had a very superb experience with AKK CRUISER while on my tour to Sikkim and Bhutan. AKK CRUISER cooperated with us throughout the tour. I paid the major part of the tour cost after completion of the tour as he insisted that we complete the tour first before making any payment. I strongly recommend his services for fellow travellers.

Last year after bijaya dashimi we booked the tour in hurry, generally when you have to book tour during puja you have to book earlier. however fortunately we got to know about AKK crusier when the car service was refused by Hotel Rapking in Darjeeling. Though we didnt booked any tour package with them but their team and Mr Amit bhaiya ne really help kiya hum logo ko regarding best tourist spots in Darjeeling.

We are not satisfied with this travel agent at all. 1st: They don't have any car. They also boom a car from another authority. 2nd- They will not provide proper information of your iterniery to that travel agent. Every moment I have to call this agency to tell the driver about our iterniery. Even for stopping at road side view point the driver was asking additional charges will be applicable. So, you will face problem in between with driver. 3rd- They have provided a driver who even doesn't aware the location of sebok. Just imagine the scenario. We went all off beat location. I have stayed in Siliguri for 10 years. I am also aware of this route. So we managed some how from our experience. Don't believe them. I shall not recommend their service.

We are just returned from our Bhutan tour. We had large family group with elderly grandparents. Sincee we had booked our holiday from akk cruiser, every little thing was taken care of by the operator. We have the perfect dreamlike tour and never faced a single problem.

I had booked a holiday for sikkim and darjeeling for my friend coming from Gujarat. Akk crusier executed the holiday package professionally and Amit bhai the owner took personal care over phone and made their holiday a memorable one . I will reccomend all to use their service .

We had booked a vehicle innova for our guest on 29th Jan from njp to Gangtok to dargelling to Njp .This was our very worst experience and hectic tour after booking vehicle with Akk cruiser. Agent Kakoli from these travel took our booking and cheated us in the vehicle arrangement and guest did not visit many spots in Dargelling till the last date as these people purposely send the vehicle very late by 2 pm after following up for hours and then said only 2 points will be covered and also charged extra amount of Rs 500/- on the last date 02/12/2020 when guest were about to go to Njp return for their train these people told us to come out of hotel at 11 am and since then till 2 pm their was no vehicle my people were stranded with their small kids we from Mumbai were following all these people of Akk cruiser travels but no body was responsible and finally at 3 pm one vehicle that too which was not booked came and driver started asking extra money from guest of Rs 500/- then only will start the journey at that moment guest didn't had any option other than paying so they paid and went till nip very unprofessional behaviour like not receiving calls especially the agent name Kakoli she mainly avoided calls when she couldnt arrange the vehicle on time and denying for the sightseeing and also there drivers were also very rude we highly recommend all tourist and travel agents to be aware and do check and then only book with thise travels because they will show u on
