booked
maashree
travel
agent
for
darjeeling
n
gangtok
and
back
to
bagdogra
airport
via
naamchi
on
25
dec.
18.
The
bill
no.is
ASM
526
dt.7.12.18.
On
last
day
of
tour
there
was
a
Mismanagement.
First
of
all
no
cab
came
at
7.30
am
to
pick
up
us
as
was
informed
to
us
for
drop
to
airport
for
our
scheduled
flt.At
19.00
hrs
via
naamchi.
On
being
contacted
one
cab
came
at
8.
30
am.
We
load
our
luggage
in
the
cab
and
sit
inside
the
car.
In
the
meantime
one
person
came
and
sit
alongwith
the
driver
infront.
On
being
asked
the
driver
told
that
he
will
travel
in
the
same
car
upto
bagdogra.
On
our
objection
he
refused
to
drop
us
and
unload
our
luggage.
We
have
to
wait
another
1
hour
for
next
cab.
At
last
we
started
at
9.30
am
for
naamchi.
Due
to
this
our
2
hour
got
wasted
and
1-2
point
left
for
sight
as
schduled
and
also
could
not
spent
too
much
time
on
the
points
which
were
shown
to
us.
From
naamchi
to
bagdogra
travel
the
driver
drive
the
car
half
of
the
way
through
under
construction
road.
On
being
asked
he
said
that
it
is
short
route.
During
that
way
we
faced
many
times
hurdles
as
the
jcb
machine
and
kuccha
road
was
obstructing
the
way.
Our
1hr.
Got
wasted
in
this
short
route.
On
reaching
siliguri
at
5.15
pm
we
paid
the
balance
amount
to
the
person
on
the
way
as
was
told
by
agent
and
he
took
15
minutes
for
that.
Infact
by
that
time
we
were
supposed
tobe
at
airport
for
boarding
and
balance
amount
should
have
been
paid
at
the
airport
after
dropping
instead
of
on
the
way.
But
we
reached
airport
only
at
19.45
hrs
and
we
missed
our
flt.
It
was
a
great
loss
to
us.
We
have
to
took
room
in
the
hotel
at
bagdogra
for
night
at
our
expenses
and
booked
flt.
Ticket
at
very
high
prices
for
next
day.
Apart
this
we
have
to
bear
dinner
lunch
expense
extra.
This
mismanagement
n
negligence
on
your
part
caused
us
a
huge
loss
as
well
as
mental
agony
to
me
and
my
family
members
and
contact
person
of
your
co.
Mr.Krishan
who
has
been
in
touch
since
the
booking
of
tour,
said
that
he
is
helpless
in
the
entire
scenario
and
u
have
to
bear
all
expenses.
It
is
unethical
approach.
He
has
no
knowledge
of
airlines
rules
i.e
one
should
be
at
airport
before
2
hrs.Of
scheduled
time
of
flt
for
completing
govt
formalities
and
aeroplane
gate
closed
before1
hr.
of
scheduled
time.
He
kept
in
mind
only
dropping
the
pax
at
airport
before
1/2
hrs
of
flt
time
n
have
no
brain
to
imagine
that
any
delay
on
the
way
on
any
ground
could
lead
to
missing
of
the
flt
n
can
cause
a
loss
to
the
customer.
Had
we
departed
in
time
in
the
morning
and
a
proper
route
was
followed
we
did
not
suffered
from
this
type
of
bad
experience
and
would
have
been
reached
at
airport
in
time
and
our
flight
not
missed.
It
is
requested
to
look
into
the
matter
and
compensation
must
be
made
tome.
