Never choose their service. I had a bad experience both in service and customer service. I went with them because of the coordination needed between drivers of Sikkim and West Bengal because of the state laws. That task itself was poorly handled, along with the troubled hotel folks and drivers that dealt with them. Ajay Shah, the manager has no sense of customer interaction and literally hung up on me when my parents and I waited for hours for a vehicle to arrive - after it was all booked in advance! The driver mentioned that he hadn't been told about any booking and came only after the hotel called a few times! At other times, their car didn't have the registration to cross Sikkim border and had us stranded there for hours. Again, this driver said he had been relaying the info to the owners to renew the registration. Wacky! I'd have done a better job booking everything myself, and for cheaper! Do your bookings online with the hotels itself. They will help you with cars and tours too. Lesson learnt!

It was great journey with him. He was very nice and soft spoken and provide timely all facilities that he promised. They provides experienced drivers with good condition vehicles... Thanks Mr. Shah hope we will come again soon and get a chance to connect with you😇😇

Extremely bad service. Not recommended. We booked this travels for cab service for a family trip and after being picked from airport we were stranded right after 20 mins. He asked for the whole amount and rather more which was not the initial deal. We wasted a lot if time because of this guy. The owner was extremely rude and unreasonable to talk to. We had to book another cab for the rest of our trip. I would rather suggest not book this with guy in the first place.

Fraud tours and fake 5 star reviews by their own local guides. They charged for DZire and gave WagonR. No customer support. Every time you need to call the drivers. Delays and very poor service. They also didn't gave GST bill after charging for it. We are filing complaint against them in consumer court.

It was an excellent experience. All the arrangements done were superb. Special mention to the cab drivers, very obedient, and skilled drivers, with nice attitude towards guests.

Excellent service! I was fully satisfied with the service they provided because everything was perfect and on time. I would highly recommend everyone to reach out then for anything.

Wonderful experience of touring Sikkim with Shah Tours and Travels Mr Ajay is very prompt in responding. And the drivers allocated are all courteous and polite. Strongly recommended .
