Extremely pathetic service! I visited this cafe for the first time with a few friends. The interior is well furnished and the food was okay as well, but the waiter was extremely untrained and disrespectful. We ordered some pizzas along with a side of momos and he refused to provide us with plates. Rudely and arrogantly, he told us that they don't provide plates. I insisted them to provide us with plates to finish our food, but he refused. Out of the blue, he kept tea saucers on our table to use as plates. Later on, he also quarelled with us regarding this matter. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful on his part. Deeply annoyed by this behaviour as a customer. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place.

Well we ordered cappuccino and a kullad pizza. Both were awesome and we r happy with the service.

Great ambience and tastefully decorated. Atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Lively place. Service is very good and staff is very courteous, helpful and dedicated. They welcome you and keep on asking for something new. Food is awesome, delicious and very fresh. Price is high but one has to pay high Bills when you go to such an upscale place.

One of the best Bar and Lounge in Shimla ! It’s located in the Lakkad Bazar. Family restaurant and Bar serves you amazing food and Drinks. Me and my wife went there in December and it was freezing cold. Waiter and Bar tender were very polite and nice. They made us comfortable by providing us with a heater too. We had a few drinks of Old Monk and ordered some Fries and Afghani Chicken, chicken was amazing. Prices were normal, not too high. Over a good experience, go for it !

This place has got amazing view of hill side plus interiors too. There is art wall where different painters have exhibited their arts and is for sale. The waiters are very friendly and calm. On the food its not a budget restaurant but, fried chicken with garlic sauce is one of the best with chicken chilli. The washroom is not up to the mark compared to the interiors and the view it offer Overall a nice place to hangout if you want to enjoy the view and music.Add on is good music.

completely stale pastry ...worst experience 🤢 my stomach got upset.. ruined my trip 🤮

I ordered honey chilli potato... although there was no honey in that.. still the taste was manageable... But then I asked to pack a chocolate pastry, it was looking fresh and delcious in the showcase but they packed a staled pastry, I was not able to take even single bite. You should not make fool your customers like this.. it will ruiñ your business and reputation.

This is the first decent place that we saw after a steep walk to the ridge. It's written Diplomat and its written Logo Cafe at the bottom.. there are two was as entraces, we are thinking which is what and a lady assisted us downstairs Ordered butter chicken, butter naan and garlic naan. I didn't expect them to be that delicious. Chicken is so tender and flavourful and naan are very soft. There is a wall full of art inspired by local people which is very unique. Loved the food and the place.

This restaurant tied up with swiggy does not bother to entertain orders. They will confirm your order first and then say that the location is out of range. Even though their location is within the range of the address we stayed at as per swiggy. Swiggy will be absolutely uncooperative in delivering it. We finally had to cancel and go and buy food from outside. Extremely poor service!!!!!
