有人レジとセルフレジの列がわかりづらい＆有人レジはスタッフに言わないと開けてくれないのはなぜですか？ 有人レジはスタッフが常駐していない為（セルフレジを見てるスタッフはいる）セルフしかダメなのかな？と仕方なくセルフレジ待ちの列に並びました（8番目） しかし中々お会計が進まず……けれど有人レジを開けてくれる様子は無く…しばらくして他のお客さんが有人レジの台にカゴを置いた所「レジおねがいしまーす」とセルフレジを見ているスタッフが応援を呼んでました。 …それってもっと早く対応出来ないでしょうか？ レジ待ちに並んだ時点で8番目、それ以降も後ろずっと並んでるんですよ？お客さんが来なかったらずっとレジは開けなかったんでしょうか？ その後、セルフレジに先に並んでる方を優先して案内するわけでもなく…対応が酷いなと感じました。 また、この一件があってからまたこの店舗を利用する機会がありましてレジに向かった所、全く同じ状況だったので、そのまま有人レジにカゴを持ってきました。 応援で呼ばれたスタッフが面倒くさそうな態度でレジを対応してくれました。 同じ接客業をしているので、忙しいのは十分理解してるつもりですが、あまりの態度に悲しくなりました。 そんなレジを開けるのが嫌なら、有人レジ2台とも潰して全てセルフレジにするのはいかがでしょうか？
