PROs:
*
Hospital
is
sufficiently
big.
Can
accommodate
approx
15-
20
patients.
*
Many
services
are
available
in
house.
*
Rooms
are
adequate
in
size
with
better
&
clean
washrooms.
CONs:
1.
Nursing
staff
is
pathetic.
Why?
As
follows:
*
A
single
request
to
provide
a
hot
water
bag
took
45
mins
on
first
day
of
admission
and
2.5
hours
on
second
day.
Had
to
buy
own
electric
hot
water
bag
to
get
rid
of
begging
to
the
staff
every
time.
*
Patient
was
a
9th
month
pregnant
women
in
pain
who
needed
to
go
for
sonography.
Had
to
create
a
scene
at
reception
to
remind
the
staff
to
take
patient
sooner
for
sonography.
TOO
LAZY
STAFF!
*
Staff
will
come
at
5:30
AM
to
change
the
bedsheets.
VERY
STUBBORN
STAFF!
They
are
not
bothered
if
the
patient
had
a
sleep
whole
night
or
no.
they
just
wasn’t
to
change
the
sheets.
*
Washroom
door
in
the
semi-
private
room
kept
getting
locked.
NO
CONCERN
TO
THE
STAFF!
Staff
didn't
bothered
to
get
it
corrected
permanently
in
spite
of
repetitive
complaints
from
all
patients
in
the
room.
*
Number
of
reminder
calls
to
be
given
to
staff
to
remove
the
IV
bottle
from
patient's
hand
as
it
was
a
sleeping
time.
First
call
was
cancelled
by
staff
even
before
coming
to
attend
patient.
Later
tried
again
to
give
call,
THEY
SHUT
THE
CALLING
SYSTEM
DOWN
SO
THEY
DONT
GET
DISTURBED
AS
IT
WAS
12
AM.
Had
to
go
to
reception
to
meet
staff
personally.
Some
lady
called
Sonali
came
in
&
just
shut
off
the
valve
of
the
IV
line
and
stated
another
nurse
will
come
to
remove
it!
For
which,
we
had
to
give
2
more
calls.
Of
which,
1
call
was
again
cancelled
by
staff
before
attending
the
patient.
Post
4
calls,
simple
task
of
IV
removal
was
done.
STONE
HEARTED
STAFF!
*
Was
calling
nursing
staff
to
see
9th
month
pregnant
patient
who
was
in
immense
pain
due
to
slip
disk.
Patient
was
shivering
profusely
followed
by
fever.
1st
staff
came.
Asked’
“What
happened?”
Told
the
situation,
she
came
back
with
thermometer.
“Temperature
is
normal
sir.
Will
ask
doctor
what
to
do
for
shivering.”…….
No
response!
Second
time
rang
bell,
another
staff
came
asked
“What
happened?”..
Told
the
situation,
she
came
back
with
thermometer.
Took
temperature
and
left…..
No
response
again!
Third
time
rang
bell,
another
staff
came
asked
“What
happened?”..
Told
the
situation,
she
came
back
with
thermometer
AGAIN!!!
Post
creating
a
scene
on
this,
finally
a
smart
lady
appeared
and
told
us
what
they
are
planning
to
do
after
consulting
seniors.
This
response
was
expected
on
the
first
call
itself!
Had
to
give
3
calls
and
create
a
scene,
then
they
responded
properly.
2.
Control
over
patient
relatives
*
Visiting
times
are
just
for
namesake.
We
had
multiple
visitors
coming
in
for
other
patients
in
our
semi-
private
room
creating
chaos.
Nursing
staff
will
just
come
inside,
do
their
regular
duty
to
patients
and
leave
room.
NO
CONCERN
TO
THE
STAFF!
They
won’t
oppose
the
visitors
at
all.
Relatives
will
play
loud
music
on
mobile,
chit
chat
loudly
even
at
3
AM!!
Yet,
not
a
single
word
from
nursing
staff
to
ensure
all
patients
in
room
gets
proper
rest.
Relatives
will
occupy
empty
patient
beds
and
chit
chat
sitting
on
it.
Only
1
staff
was
alert
enough
to
ask
people
to
leave
the
patient
beds.
Rest
all
were
not
bothered
at
all.
If
you
opt
for
a
private
room,
then
&
ONLY
THEN
you
are
safe
and
can
rest
properly.
(I
hope
so
as
I
didn’t
experience
private
room).
3.
Cleaning
*
Cleaning
is
very
very
poor
especially
during
the
COVID
pandemic.
Layer
of
dust
on
walls,
fans,
etc.
Thankfully
washrooms
were
maintained
clean.
*
Nursing
staff
had
spilled
some
iV
fluid
on
floor
while
setting
up.
(Agree!
Sometimes
mistakes
happen).
But,
they
should
get
it
cleaned
with
help
of
cleaners
immediately
to
avoid
patient
or
any
other
person
slipping
over
it.
We,
patient
and
relative
had
to
remind
the
staff
to
get
it
done.
It
didn’t
happen
on
that
day,
was
done
on
next
morning
only.
CARELESS
STAFF!
Morale
of
the
story,
AVOID
THIS
HOSPITAL!!!!
