    Very clean. But oh dear the food. Bacon not cooked, fat still white. Member of staff agreed it wasn't cooked but that is how they get it. Bit more probing and it transpires they don't cook on site. Probably just warm it up. My coffee luke warm, so just left it. Astoundingly saw female member of staff take rubbish out of the inside bin, rummage through the bag and replaced unused, salt, sugar, etc. How unhealthy is that ! That's my first mac for years and will be my last for sure

    An awful awful place. No actual counter staff. It seems that they solely exist for drivethru only. Walked in to order, staff looked confused to see a human on foot. Was totally ignored. When asked if I could pay cash, looked utterly bewildered. After being ignored again as they walked away rather than take my order, I hopped in car to drive thru. Service was quick, but nuggets were stone cold and hard. The whole new set up and refurb is an absolute dusaster and I will never be going in there gain. Not at all welcoming or user friendly and it reminds me of a depressed minicab office. Just absolutely awful on every level.

    All the staff too busy shouting over the top of each other to be helpful, and if you ask any of them anything they usually direct you to someone else. One of the employees, I presume was a manager with the way he was speaking to other employees, decided that, as it was raining outside, he'd just stand in the doorway vaping. Must do better

    Every time I visit this McDonald’s, I consistently have a negative experience and end up with a meal that doesn't meet my expectations. Recently, I went there and found that they had made a mistake with my order (as usual). Unfortunately, I only realized this when I got home. They gave me the wrong burgers (which was dry and tasteless) and forgot about some chips. The fries were also unsatisfactory, leading to an overall disappointing quality and taste of the food. Unfortunately, this affected our takeaway night with friends and left us dissatisfied. On a previous visit, I ordered a chicken and bacon salad, which turned out to be the worst thing I've ever had. The chicken was cold and small, the bacon was undercooked, and once again, the overall experience was unsatisfactory. I'm unsure if there's anything McDonald's can do to address this, but it's clear that changes are needed. Despite this, the restaurant itself maintains a decent level of cleanliness, even during busy times.

    Each time we have been to this McDonalds recently there has definitely been nothing ‘fast’ to this fast food. The last time we went the queue at the drive thru was that long my husband went in and only came back out with our order after 40 minutes! The service seems to be getting slower even though they are busier with Uber eats orders etc too now. Also the last few times we have been the food had not been well put together for McDonald’s at all.

    Kids working in the food prep area have no clue what they're doing! Foods always thrown in boxes and bags with NO STRAWS OR SAUCES! or items missing!and its cold most of the time What a shambles, the manager not doing a good job at all! The Skipton mcdonalds is far quicker presented well and don't forget items n condiments like keighley does! It's an absolute joke and run to the ground by youths!Disgusting fast food restaurant!!

    Crammed drive thru last night and after 20 minutes of waiting I finally get to the window. My food wasn't ready so instead of telling me this the girl just turned around and acted as if I wasn't there? Then began a slightly less long wait (only 13 minutes) of being ignored before silently being given my food which as you would expect was stone cold, drink only about half full and chips absolutely dripping with grease. Nice to see they haven't tinkered with the winning formula after their refurbishment by trying to introduce any quality to it!

    Where to start. By far the worst Mac Donald’s I’ve been to. Always has drinks missing from the menu. Never have shakes. They don’t put salt on the fries. The waiting times are insane. Today the payment on the touchscreen isn’t working I’m not coming back. They’ve had enough chances

    Really poor service. Ordered vis the App to save time & was told to park up. Waited 15 minutes until I complained. It seems this McDonalds cares more about Uber & Just Eat than it does its other customers. Shocking.

    I had to get their attention at the order station as no one was there. I ordered two burgers with extra toppings made fresh and they came out cold and the cheese hadn't even melted. Very poor I won't be visiting that outlet again

    service was amazing! before I was given my food there was a conflict between a young staff member and a customer. The young girl handled the situation beautifully and did not let this effect the quality of her service, she remained polite and ensured, all customers were dealt with.

    Went in to Keighley McDonalds to get some food, miserable girl serving on the counter, waited quite a while even though she saw me and looked at me many times as she was working behind the scenes. No I won’t be a moment or just a minute absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Very disappointing. When I asked how long it might take as I was now pushed for time to collect my daughter was told “I don’t know!” So I just left. Since the refit it’s been terrible food and terrible service. Not a good look for a McDonalds franchise, not good for the brand. When I looked on how to complain was told to ring the McDonalds in question, guess what no answer! Therefore the reason for this review.

    It’s like visiting a restaurant run by kids who don’t have any manners, common sense or even the intelligence to correct wrong orders; they just look at you like you’re an alien 😂 it’s laughable. They should all be ashamed of their work ethic and level of common sense.

    The last few times we have been to this McDonald's we have had to wait for food/ no fizzy drinks/ no salt on fries and the staff at the drive through have been too busy talking to each other to spare us the customary McDonald's politeness. Very disappointing letting down the brand.

    The staff were helpful, the food was hot, and tasty. I like that with every item on the menu, there is information on calories, and ingredients. I don't believe that the French fries are good for me.

    Absolutely appalling. Came through the drive through, forgot some of my order, wanted a coke and was told they didn’t have any drinks. Asked for sauces with my mozzarella dippers (that come with them), was told they are in the bag when I said they weren’t. Then proceeded to tell me I need to pay if I want any. The young lady was extremely rude. However, the boy at the first window was absolutely lovely and very polite.

    Took my little girl to keighley McDonald’s this evening as a little treat for a reward at school, we placed the order and took a seat, once my food came I opened my burger box and proceeded to tip my fries onto the other side of the burger box, I then noticed they had given me a normal Big Mac in a double Big Mac box when I had infact ordered a double, I approached the counter to swap the burger and a staff member who was lent against the wall on his phone asked whatsup mate, I explained my burger was wrong and he took it out of my hands I assumed to give me a new one but I was wrong, he disappeared for a few minutes and brought me back the same burger (and fries) that had just been passed around the kitchen area with a couple of extra patties thrown in quite literally it looked like. He then said what’s the problem mate I’m assuming he’d noticed the look on my face I said have you really just handed me that back after Uve passed it around the kitchen? He replied well what did you want me to do? I said a fresh one would’ve been a good idea, he then shrugged his shoulders and left it at that. His attitude and whole demenor was just poor, he then proceeded to go spend the next 15 minutes talking to a female who was on her break before laying YES laying on the seat opposite her in a busy resteraunt around 18.55 in the evening. Is this really now the standards McDonald’s set. The whole visit was terrible and will definitely use an alternative branch/resteraunt going forward.

    These guys have got the mcdelivery order wrong SO many times my account is no longer able to refund missing items because I'm suspicious now hahahaha. Don't think I have ever ordered from them and had every item I actually paid for.

    I have mixed feelings about this McDonald's. The food and drink is really good! However, it does take a bit for it to cook and some of my bacon came raw. I also had a oreo McFlurry which did make me a bit sick but that was because I had a large. I would reccomend this place for families and adults. 3 stars overall.

    I used the drive through but found the staff to all be lovely who I encountered. Polite and happy to be there it appeared. Food was hot and seemed fresh.

    Where should I start the food was flat cold when I got it but as I've been waiting 25 minutes I couldn't be asked going back in as I come out you've got the manager vaping outside telling some kid to not smack his work colleague absolutely not professional at all the food was flat cold and literally went in the bin straight away so I wasted £25 then to drive up to KFC so I could have some warm food so that unfortunately was another cost because McDonald's is a renders for food nowadays and I be pretty honest with you if I did go back into McDonald's with the food I would have made the manager bleeding eat it

    To the manager On Friday evening I placed an order through the McDonald's app at approximately 8.50pm for collection at the drive through. When I arrived home I found the order to be totally wrong and I attempted to contact you Branch to resolve the issue on numerous occasions but nobody would answer the phone. I have attached my copy of the order for reference and have been asked by the duty manager to email you the details. Here goes ;- The big tasty ordered was a spicy version ( not as ordered) and consequently I was unable to eat it as I don't do spicy. All fries served were clap cold and certainly not fresh. The child's happy meal was even colder and was not even slightly warm I was told even though the app accepted my order that you had no large cups for the Pepsi max and therefore I could have a frappe instead which it appears, I have been charged extra for. This was particularly strange as the app stated frappe was unavailable. The sweet chilli crispy chicken wrap which I customised to leave out the cucumber arrived as grilled chicken with cucumber. I subsequently spoke to Rob ( the duty manager for keighley) who requested I put this in an email who's shocking response was " it's just the way of the world mate". I seriously doubt I'll get a response. Disgusting.

    Place is always slow to serve, latest trip people are queuing with loads of mistakes to their orders, manager nowhere to be seen instead leaving one bloke to try do everything and answer to everyone. Staff behind counter just staying out the way avoiding helping anyone. Manager then comes back and has a pop at the bloke (Ryan I think he was called) despite him out here putting out fires and helping customers the best he could. Pay peanuts ya get monkeys, and its full of em here

    Absolutely appalling. I have a allergy to the sauce that comes on the mcspicey and I asked for it to be taken off. I was given the food and mostly everything was missing and cold. Just very disappointing and will not be ordering or eating here again.

    A very different experience at my usual Monday evening visit to Keighley McDonald's 7.15 tonight. Restaurant was busy but the front of house team were polite and helpful under the supervision of the manager. They must be new staff as I haven't seen them before. They were working quickly and efficiently together with the manager heading up the service like a well-oiled machine! And seemed genuinely interested to provide a good customer service with politeness and a smile. I've never left a review before but thought tonight's visit was worth a shout out. Thanks to the Keighley crew my 99p Monday special was made extra special! 😃 Ps still no hot drinks lids but take your old one or a refillable cup. They're happy to use that while stocks are delayed

    Every time we go for a frappe they say they aren’t doing them, I just think it’s poor service to have it displayed all the time if they aren’t actually doing them anymore. It’s a waste of time being sat in the drive through when they are more than perfectly capable of making one for their customers.

    Went to the drive through which was pretty quick. No milkshakes!!!! Chicken burger consisted of more mayo than chicken. Cheeseburger was cold. In fact only decent ring was the chips . Certainly won't be going again.

    Drive thru was not fast at all, would've been quicker walking in and ordering. The server at the end forgot to give our second happy meal, lucky I spotted before driving off. But later on we realised they gave the wrong burger meal too. Better attention detail need by the employees

    Very disappointed I must say, normally I will get a plain big mac, no cheese and no salad just the bun and burger yet they always give me the cheese. Yesterday I had been given the burger with some strange sauce on it, this sauce has made me be sick twice, bad diarrhea and very saw stomach, I would highly recommend to not attend this mcdonadls as there customer service is disgraceful. I had also got a burger yet they didn't give me it but still charged me, how disgusting of these people.

    Good location. Quick service and fairly big carpark. The access is easy if you drive from Bradford. It's a good place to stop to grab a coffee if you are traveling toward M6. The food like any other McDonald. Decent coffee

    The staff here are so rude sometimes.. went yesterday ordered a plain cheeseburger for my daughter.. it had a few onions in it !! … Also the staff just hand me the food.. no napkin offered or sauce ! . When I was paying two young staff members were play fighting behind the cashier…. Shipley McDonald’s is 100 percent better and the staff seem happier at this branch 😃
