Best Cake Box I've been to. Definitely best place in Keighley to get cakes from. They provide great service and a really good selection which are customisable. Lady serving was really nice think her name was Zaheda, super friendly and very helpful. If you want good service and a good cake come here.

Fantastic service. Affordable personalised cake ordered yesterday afternoon collected the next day as requested. The lady was very helpful and polite. Not tasted the cake yet but I have bought here before single slices for myself and guests. Helium balloon and candles purchased at a very good price on collection. Thank you

I purchased a birthday cake, 2 cheesecake slices and a sundae pot. The cheesecake slices ended up in the bin because they were spoiled. The birthday cake was kept refridgerated, was supposed to be a freshcream cake but was old and dry the cream was crumbling and left a strange after taste. Quite embarrassing at the birthday dinner. We usually purchase from Cakebox in Bradford and expected the same quality, never had a problem. Unfortunately was left embarrassed, gone to waste and in the bin, will not be revisiting the Keighley Branch.

Very bad experience manger in keighley branch is so bad she charge me extra cake was 35 pounds or something but she charge me 55 and when we arrive there to pick the cake up it wasn't ready no picture on cake and nothing she put the picture on in rush it look so bad my son was really upset on his birthday
