I contacted her with my skin concerns and she gave me a detailed reply suggesting the treatment that would be best for me. She was really professional. I was really impressed with this and booked my appointment. During my treatment, she made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed on what she was doing. She explained what would happen in the coming days after my treatment which reassured me when I actually saw what she said would happen without worrying as I was well prepared for this. The best in the game! I have followed Maihvish on Instagram for a while and have learnt so much from her informative posts! I had my first skinpen microneedling session a few months ago and honestly, I will never get facials from anyone else ever again! The results exceeded my expectations! My skin has never looked nor felt better than it does now! I finally feel confident in my skin! I can't wait for my next facial, literally counting down the days now! Where do I start… Maihvish is just absolutely amazing. Such a kind, caring beautiful soul. She supported and advised me from the moment I contacted her. So professional and friendly. I was nervous about the facial and about travelling but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She really put me at ease. Answered all the questions I had and still does 😂. Could not recommend this service more! Went for a ‘basic’ facial but it was still so luxurious! I left feeling so relaxed and amazing; my skin was glowy and felt refreshed! The complimentary products I received after treatment was the sweetest touch and so kind! Maihvish is professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and so accommodating. Gave me such a detailed explanation of what treatment would be best and booked me in on her time off as she understood my situation, so nice of her! She tailored the treatment after listening to my skincare routine and type of skin I have and took the time to explain the aftercare as well. The place itself is so clean and comfortable (had a heated blanket under me and a fluffy one on top) and the service treatment itself is beyond commendable, she is too good at her craft! The only downside, selfishly saying, is that she is so quickly booked up but this is only a testament of the quality service that’s provided! 11/10 recommend, genuinely can’t wait for my next treatment and will keep coming back for more!

Upon recommendation, I had my first facial with Maihvish and she was really lovely and accommodating and helped me to feel relaxed. She was really informative and helpful with any questions I had about my skin concerns and even gave me some samples to try. My skin is noticeably glowing and feels refreshed and soft. Had an incredible facial on Sunday. I got the basic spa facial, cocoa enzyme with hot cloth, custom hydrojelly mask and ice globes massage. Maihvish created a relaxing environment as she talked me through each step of the facial. The products felt so lush on my skin, it was in a dull and dry state when I came in. I left looking hydrated, plump and visibly glowing. It was pure magic ✨ never thought my skin would look like this, few days on and it’s feeling so fresh. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I am probably one of Maihvish’s longest clients and this review has been a long time coming. I have had most of her facials, including MDF, Skinpen and now Deluxe Dermaplaning. She is the BEST in the business at assessing any skin concerns and helping eliminate them, she will only perform facials if she truly believes you need them. Maihvish has been dealing with skin, starting with my teenage acne scarring, then leading up to my wedding, pregnancy and now post-partum. She has always been careful with what products we were and still are using whilst I was pregnant and now currently breastfeeding, which just shows the level of care. I recommend her to everyone, with any skin concerns, even if it isn’t for a facial and just a chat to discuss a basic skin routine this is the girl for you! (but she’s too busy now so I am already pre booking my 2023 appointments)

Exceptional levels of ensuring a quality customer experiences.I went on a recommendation by my friend to get the skinpen treatment earlier this year and the expertise advice starts from the very first DM. She was welcoming and really knowledgable, when I went for my treatment she started with extractions, and prepped my face. Walked me through the entire process , giving me some aftercare to take back. And the end was a lovely jelly mask. My skin felt so good and so refined after the recovery period AND I was super happy withthe results. I always try to book in when she releases her slots but end up missing out. I have a hydrafacial in Dec and looking forward to that and also have my notifications ready for her next slot release where I will be booking my next skinpen sessions. She always gives professional advice on the treatments best suited for specific skin concerns and also has access to medical grade skincare which can be purchased to help with concerns. She has a great deal of knowledge on the skincare she recommends its not the case of "oh yeah, this is good for you skin" she explains which ingredients and technology used in the skincare is best suited to target which concerns. Ok can I also just say her instagram page is phenomenal , her detailed and very informative post and graphics created are brilliant. Absolutely love her engaging content and the hard work and effort she puts in shows. Her booking system is also flawless. Nothing but good to say about Maihvish hats off to her.
