Says 120kw on unit 60kw on website only gave 39kw max. Started charge at 20kw. Estimated 1hr 20mins to reach 80% state of charge. Is this "fast" charging? Still charges for fast charging though. Trades description discrepancy here I think. What they advertise isn't what you get!!

I want to give a better review but one working charger and tbh in a part of the M6 where you need a reliable service has almost made me want to switch back to ICE! Calling all EV charging companies, sort out the M6 charging north of Wigan and south of Gretna Green this is a vital part of the infrastructure which is so poorly developed and inadequate I’m surprised anyone would risk using this I certainly don’t bother.

Availability, average Reliability, good Price, HOW MUCH?! ARE YOU MAD? I'm sure it would be cheaper to buy and run a diesel generator to charge your car. With instavolt you'll pay the same or more per mile than if you run a diesel car.

Need more charging points as there is always a queue. Even though there are two machines with two cables on each you can only use one at a time which is ridiculous

Couldn't charge here. Wouldn't accept my card as a guest. Tried 4 different cards (debit and credit, visa and mastercard). Thanks for wasting my time

Appears free vend today which is great but the app is terrible (hence low rating) and doesn’t allow you to use drop down boxes, therefore unable to register car even if I wanted. Only able to select first option on make and model etc which was Axiam? Then said car not appropriate for rapid charge?!

Stopped to charge my car on a long journey and there were no working chargers! Ridiculous! Will never stop here again!

Says 40kw - managed to get 19kw - at an extortionate rate of 69p per kw - and if I want to get to 80% I’ll have to pay £13 for parking too. Someone needs to get a grip on this

Two, super SLOW super EXPENSIVE outdated chargers. Beautiful location but a joke only two super slow chargers here. Very expensive
