I was passing by & 6 off us went in to open our fast. We also had 2 children with us. 1. Don't be fooled by the pictures the food are very limited. 2. My kids were not spicy eaters everything is spicy from start to finish including starters even the Wings, it's not a little bit spicy it's very spicy. 3. We were cramped into a table of 4 with two chairs at the end to make it six but once we got our plates they were nowhere to put them. Even though we booked it 4 days in advance knowing we will be passing there. 4. Starter plates hard hair on them. 5. Glass is were not washed properly had stains on them, see picture plus these were the absolute cheapest glass possible. 6. The the water bottle which with top water in was brought from IKEA with no lid. 7. The glasses were so filthy had to ask for straws just to drink the water. Will never be going there again for £19 per head I suggest you go somewhere else like BBQ'D Oldham. It's not a buffet but a family-owned steakhouse.

Went during the 45% off deal. There’s a number of problems with this place. 1 - Food - Quality is really poor, the options for food are quite limited and the desserts are even worse. Small cups of cheap cake that tastes like plastic along with jelly and other cheap offerings. They have a station to watch the food being made. The man serving it on this date was very unpleasant and rude to speak to, when he bothered to say any words. 2 - Service / Staff - The service was unbelievably poor. We asked for a bottle of coke and they decided to bring it before waiting 10 minute to bother with any glasses despite us asking multiple times. The staff seem to congregate in the middle of the floor, near the buffet entrance, blocking most people trying to pass with food without a single apology or smile. I think they’re all in serious need of some customer service training. 3 - Price - Due to the anniversary, it was 45% off. The food still wasn’t worth it post discount but the staff had decided to not bother adding the discount to our bill. When we spoke about this, the men behind the bar were incredibly rude and patronising. We had to find the manager who was also no help before refusing to pay before they bothered to even charge the correct amount. It’s a shame really as when I’ve visited this location around 10 years ago, the food was incredible so it’s sad to see it slowly decline over time into the diabolical place it is now. Unless you want cheap food, poor service and staff who try to rip you off, I’d recommend avoiding this place.

I have been here twice now this month and on both occasions have enjoyed my experience. From other reviews, I can see other people have had different feelings about this place but this review is what I feel about the place. Went for the buffet and I would say it was decent. My advice always when going to buffet restaurants is to try one of each and then enjoy what you tried in the next round. Loved both types of seekh kebabs, I found them nice and spicy. Lamb chops were decent but were not the best on my second visit. The fish masala pieces are only nice if you 'fish' through, pardon the pun, and find the good portions. Tried a small amount of all the mains curries, what I enjoyed most was the saag chicken one. Chilli chicken and the lasagna were okay too. Desserts wise they have a selection of small cups which are good. They are limited otherwise to jam roly poly, sticky toffee and gajar/shai halwa. They have a tank of pink tea too which is nice to drink at the end.

e have been going to Aagrah for years but have never been so disappointed. The menu or cook must have changed recently. Food was overly spicy. There were no soup bowls. There were poppadom sauces but no poppadoms. To make things worse, the fish was raw! This put us off our food. When we spoke to Manager, he went away saying " bear with me" and never returned. The waiter came back saying they wouldn't charge us for 1 out of 4 people. When I mentioned it to the person at the tills, he shrugged it off saying these things happen. We ended up going to a takeaway to get some food after leaving the place. Our anniversary meal was obviously ruined...

I cannot say that i go for curry's often, but I enjoyed a quick stop for a curry in bradford! Aagrar mid point came to mind as it was just off the main road with good parking. This is a buffet restaurant but I chose from the menu. The food was presented nicely and brought on a separate trolley. The service was the nicest aspect of the evening to be honest, but that may be me not managing oily food! Its a shame that dessert options were from the buffet as I would have loved an authentic finisher. I can imagine that the buffet is nice for those with a big appetite, I took my dish home as the portion was generous. Overall a nice experience and definitely worth a try!

Loved the food, you could tell food was made fresh. Spices are on point too. So are the prices her head. Has a welcoming atmosphere, staff are also friendly. The only shameful thing is not about the restaurant but the customers inside. Understandably you go out and have a laugh and chill with friends and family. But when they're sat right next to you screaming and laughing to a point you can't hear yourself. I guess that's what Bradfords about. Apart from the customers, the restaurant is good and I will be coming back soon. Would ideally like to sit away from people or have some sort of more space.

Staff are fantastic, food quality is very poor. Starters were dry and had no taste. Main dishes were very bland. Desert was non existence, they had KCB angel delight cakes cut in pieces with a small drop of custard on it and was very dry. Hope Management can give themselves a pat on the back.

I been many times in this restaurant but after 2020 the variation of the food and quality is a bit down, the entrance fee is a bit high than before. The service is good, very busy on the weekends but during the week is ok, the atmosphere is like normal Indian buffet

Here is the review of what We all 7 people experienced and this was second time. Lam Chops Cold Hard Fish tasted little sweet and Hard Mint Sauce was ruining the taste of everything (Because they are using readymade over the shelve Mint sauce, probably) IF thats not the case then their mint is not fresh taste is Horrendous. Rice Pulao (weird taste) Beryani (is only good on a certain heat after that taste starts dying specially if you have used Lemon in this) It taste sour and smells like rotten because of slow sale and continuous heat which kill the Original taste of ingredient. We tried Payee We tried Haleem Both tasted same Compare to many other restaurants in Bradford, Agrah’s food taste and Quality is at its LOWEST. Hygiene. DIRTY PLATES comes out of steamer. Most of the plates has Edges damaged. And yellow stains and sticky. I have experience this second time and NEVER AGAIN, Absolutely NOT Recommended. Tea and Deserts are GOOD.

Many years since our previous visit, staff were very accommodating and friendly. They dealt with matters professionally and could not be more helpful. The buffet food from starters to main had a wide selection and had lots of flavour, my only regret is my small appetite and that I couldn’t indulge in more! The family were very pleased with their selections and enjoyed their meal. Staff were consistent in clearing used/ finished plates between courses, which was very helpful when you’re having a buffet. We’ll be back soon!

Aagrah Bradford is known for its buffet. You get wide varieties of food for 20£ usually but they are doing discounted price of 17.5£ this summer so it’s definitely worth the price. We went there yesterday and tasted some of the dishes in the starter and main course. The dessert varieties are good but it could be improved. Overall a great buffet without burning your pockets.

Not been here in 8 years, my oh my the food has changed BIG time. Last time we was here, it was all about the bells and whistles, and the food was awful. This time round food was lovely, although the noodles, lasagne and biriyani wasn't up to scratch the rest was excellent. You always get a couple items in a buffet that aren't great, so wasn't an issue. Plenty to choose from and ample desserts aswel. We all had a grand time here...

I have ate many times in Aagrah & always chose the buffet which is spot on. The first time i ordered from the menu, i was very dissapointed as the food was not very good! I have not been back since, this was a couple of years ago!

Have to say this branch is much better then Shipley. The service from the waiters was very good. The food was okay. Some of it was salty and there was maybe 3 items I fully Enjoyed out of the whole buffet. The desserts options could Be improved on. The restaurant itself was clean however I don’t think £18 pp is really worth it. Would I go back? Probably not.

We've been here a couple of times and the food has been good. Yesterday it was amazing! We chose from the menu rather than the buffet. Mixed tandoori starter for 2 was nicely spiced, the meat and fish cooked perfectly. I had butter chicken; medium hot was a perfect blend of heat and taste, a couple of pints of Kingfisher helped it all go down and a masala chai (with a bit of sugar) was a perfect finish. Everyone enjoyed their choices and said the same as I did. If you love Indian food, try this place!

Had our works festive do here last night and it was a blast. The food was fantastic the mock tails were delicious and the atmosphere was brilliant. I'd also like to add a huge thank you to the lovely family who helped me across the icy carpark. Without them, there would be no review!

Came for a family birthday meal. Was packed, bustling. We ordered mixed grill starters and lots of different meat and veg curries to try a range of dishes. lots of choice . Overall the dishes were delicious , particularly liked the fish curry we tried. Staff were very accommodating, good service, and helped with cake surprise.

We love the food at the Aagrah and tonight opted for delivery rather than eat at the restaurant. Ordering online was simplicity itself and the order was delivered exactly on time. Delivery orders include the supplementary items such as salad, raita, etc you would receive in the restaurant. Very impressive and very delicious. Thank you to all involved: chefs, waiting staff, delivery agents. 🙏

This was an interesting experience. Unfortunately professionalism is often confused with aloofness and being rude. The chap at the front door is incredibly rude and miserable. The chefs and servers at the buffet look burnout, unhappy and miserable. The plates and cutlery and very dated and broken. The tables are unstable and are wonky. There is no air con so you sweat away on to the buffet. Its has gone very downhill sadly. The rear of the younget waiters are very polite and helpful

We went for about 8;30pm, the chai was already running out 😭. It is superb tea but only thimbleful cups. The starters were all excellent, the lamp chops although very juicy, but over spicy. The dish to avoid is the noodles and the associated Chinese whatever it is. They need to rethink what they offering with that. Service from the kitchen people was excellent because they were pleasant and receptive but the waiters were bit disappointing because we asked for jugs of water multiple times but never got, this happened multiple times too. Overall was good, could be better, maybe because it was end of night during week but still. I know they can do better.

Good selection of food. Spiced just right. Only criticism i have is that they charge full price for a 9 year old on the buffet. Children dont eat no where near as much as adults so maybe ahould charge half price.

Came here for a relative's wedding. Restaurant is located down stairs and wedding hall section upstairs. Restaurant got nice modern decor. Had a good atmosphere there. Wedding hall area nice and big. Food was really good too. Need to come back again just to sample the restaurant.

Good place to eat if you're really hungry, however I feel the starters are a bit too meat-heavy and can do with some complimenting sides. Mains are good but at times too oily. Deserts are very nice and go well with the chai they serve.
