I
repeat

order
from
this
restaurant!
So
I
had
some
friends
over
for
new
year,
and
we
decided
to
order
4
pizzas
from
my
just
eat
account,
costing
me
a
total
of
£31.20.
We
ordered
at
00:58
and
the
app
said
that
the
food
would
be
delivered
at
2:15am.
We
understood
that
we
might
be
waiting
a
little
longer
as
obviously
it
was
new
year
and
everywhere
was
likely
to
be
busy.
It
had
got
to
2:30am
and
the
food
still
hadn’t
arrived,
despite
it
saying
it
had
been
delivered
on
the
Just
Eat
app.
Therefore
I
went
on
Just
Eat
and
clicked
the
‘my
order
hasn’t
arrived’
yet
button,
at
which
point
the
delivery
time
changed
to
3:00am.
AGAIN
we
waited
till
3:15
and
AGAIN
Just
Eat
had
said
the
food
had
been
delivered
so
yet
AGAIN
I
pressed
the
my
order
hasn’t
arrived’
yet
button.
At
this
point
the
Just
Eat
app
suggested
I
should
try
calling
the
restaurant,
however
I
had
already
rang
like
12
times
while
waiting
for
the
pizzas,
with
no
answer
every
time.
So
I
tried
ringing
again
with
surprise
surprise
NO
ANSWER.
Now
it
was
closer
to
4:00am
and
the
pizzas
still
had
not
arrived
so
I
pressed
the
‘ask
the
restaurant
for
a
refund
button’.
At
the
end
of
the
night
I
WAS
NOT
GIVEN
A
REFUND
and
the
pizzas
NEVER
came!
I
checked
my
bank
balance
a
couple
days
later
and
the
money
had
gone
out
my
bank
despite
NO
pizzas
being
delivered!
So
I
went
into
the
restaurant
to
ask
for
a
refund.
The
man
who
spoke
to
me
was
extremely
rude
and
unsympathetic
and
actually
mumbled
rude
comments
about
me
under
his
breath!
The
rude
man
told
me
that
he
couldn’t
refund
me
as
it
was
Just
Eats
fault
and
that
I
should
ring
them.
So
I
went
back
to
my
flat,
rang
Just
Eat’s
customer
service
and
got
through
to
a
more
understanding
man.
He
explained
that
usually
they
only
deal
with
complaints
48
hours
after
ordering.
However,
once
I
explained
that
I
had
only
waited
to
make
sure
the
money
had
come
out
my
bank,
he
told
me
he
could
provide
me
with
a
full
refund
but
he
just
needed
the
restaurant
to
confirm
this
and
answer
some
security
questions.
The
man
told
me
he
would
try
get
in
contact
with
the
restaurant
and
ring
me
straight
after.
In
total
this
guy
rang
the
restaurant
4
times
ringing
me
back
each
time
explaining
he
couldn’t
get
through.
Therefore
I
went
into
the
restaurant
to
explain
and
asked
if
they
could
ring
Just
Eat
back.
The
other
members
of
staff
told
me
that
only
the
boss
(the
rude
man
I
initially
spoke
to)
could
deal
with
refunds,
that
he
wouldn’t
be
in
till
later
that
night
or
4pm
the
next
day
and
that
Just
Eat
should
ring
him
then.
I
rang
Just
Eat
back
to
explain
what
had
happened
and
got
through
to
a
different
man,
who
gave
me
a
ticket
number
for
the
incident
and
said
he
would
ring
the
restaurant
and
call
me
after.
I
never
heard
back.
So
the
next
day
I
rang
Just
Eat
again
and
got
through
to
a
woman
called
Gladys.
I
read
out
my
ticket
number
and
asked
what
was
happening.
This
woman
was
useless.
She
told
me
she
couldn’t
do
anything
because
the
restaurant
wouldn’t
refund
me.
So
all
in
all
thanks
to
the
incompetence
of
the
staff
at
the
pizza
shop
and
the
Just
Eat
staff,
I
have
not
been
refunded
and
have
had
£31.20
practically
stolen
from
me.
So
unless
you
want
to
pay
for
nothing
or
have
your
money
stolen
-
DO
NOT
ORDER
FROM
HERE!
