If you are looking for world's most horrible agency, you found it 🙃 (no joke) this is literally the most pathetic and unprofessional "real estate agency" I have ever had. No other (silk warehouse) residents can even say 1 positive thing. I have no idea how they manage to survive financially. So unresponsive, just too sad for words

I have been emailing Urban Splash since 8 February 2022 about cleaning up the space next to the Velvet Mill. It is a part of the site that tenants are barred from entering. It is their responsibility to keep it clean. This is the view from my apartment, thanks to Urban Splash.

Google should have an option for zero star, because this is the worst agency. Living off peoples hard earned money, avoid them!!! Run for dear life.they made me stay in Airbnb for over a month only to tell me they don’t know when I can pack in, after taking my 135 pounds.though they initially said I can move in only to start saying stories after the 135 pounds , they requested I pay six months after making me pay for Airbnb for a month. Run

Absolutely the worst agency in the world not only UK bunch of lousy employers that will only remember you when it comes to money but other than that you don’t even have animal rights Avoid like the plague

Ridiculously poor service, incompetence of people there is absolutely on top of the top. No answering to emails or phone calls, even though I am leaving there 4 years. They just don’t care. If you have choice, choose other place as the service that they provide is absolutely the worst
