worst dentist by far. haven’t been in about 5 years even though i’m meant to be going on yearly checkups 🤣 i just avoided it to be honest, you should too! maybe somewhere local would be fitting.

Absolutely disgusting service from day one .. charged me wrong amount over the phone for an appoitment ( i have proof of all claims) also i cancelled an appointment was told to pay for it as i missed it .. every time i go in for my appoitment have to explain myself to incompetent staff who cant add notes .. there is one rude reception lady ( very rude morning shift blonde haired) who told me to go somewhere else actually shouted at me on the phone.. cannot get appointments even though its an emergency .. was told Rebecca the manager will ring me but no follow up.. disgusting service and staff. They need disciplining over there attitude and service. AVOID AVOID AVOID.. this place needs shutting down .will be. Complaining to Management in due time

so i went for a tattoo on me teef, i asked for words "ride or dye" on each of me molars, they gave m a perfecto tat and it looks bare sick.

you can never get through to them on their line appointments are so hard to get mayb three months down the line place was very untidy and staff unhelpful

Sent me an email during Covid saying "Please don’t try and book a routine appointment just yet". Then told me I couldn't book an appointment due to high demand. Heard nothing further and now I've tried again to book and have been told I've been struck off... for not booking an appointment in so long! Total shambles.

Been coming here for about 20 years have never had any problems. Always professional always friendly.

Wouldn't see my 14 year old with dental pain because we arrived 15 minutes late due to mix up at school.
