The front desk clerks know nothing and give misleading informations and have no one to return to to be sure about their information

My mum is in A&E because this ridiculous practice may as well be non-existent. She cannot travel alone and is reliant on calling but hasn't been able to get through for a long time.

This is the worst practice. They do not care about patients full stop do not join this micky mouse practice

The staff on reception and answering phones need more training - they make life a lot harder and have no empathy for what people are going through It’s a constant challenge having to speak to them for anything

I actually cannot believe the unprofessionalism of the staff at this practice. I waited a while to get through and then the staff member literraly told me that I am not an urgent case and then decided to cut me off when I was responding. I am leaving this practice.

Cant even answer calls never appointments available you'll be waiting 30mins on hold just to be told no appointments

Can't even get through when you ring .. they say call at 8am can't get through.. its now 10am still can't get through and it's like this everyday.. what happens if someone can't travel to the surgery and they need to call and get advice from a doctor or order their medication? What a joke
