Ordered flowers for mums birthday. Whilst the delivery was prompt the flowers were nothing like the picture of the website, looked half the size as advertised. Over half of the freesia stems were broken and the roses were brown around the edges. Flowers still wilted after 3 days. The cost of the flowers was £27, would have been better off going down Tesco. Wont be ordering again.

Flowers arrived a day late and were dead, an embarrassing situation for me and clearly unacceptable, shoddy quality control and goods. Pitiful, waste of money. Have photos to prove should anyone wish to see what interflora call fresh flowers.

Just received some flowers as a gift from my mother in law for xmas the glad tidings scented box...what a disappointment they are the worst flowers I have ever had. They are just lifeless, 6 tulips half dead and a few twigs as foliage, feel sorry that my mother in law has paid good money for these...not happy..nothing like the picture at all.

Good service again, there postage dates and arrival is always bit hit and miss, flowers arrived in good condition, although early, and the volume seems considerable less than ordered, but Mother is happy, and that's the important thing I guess. I would recommend but with caution.

My lovely sister surprised me with this bouquet and it arrived absolutely beautiful, 5 days after they've arrived and they're still looking gorgeous! Would definitely use again!

Absolutely wasted my money ordering from them. You will not receive the quality or the quantity from this company, see comparison images. Flowers all dead on arrival and wouldn't recover, and my local petrol station would have been 100x better value. Terrible experience and it's a shame you can't rate them a ZERO

I didn’t receive my flowers this time but the first time i used flying flowers i had a very good experience. I contacted customer service and received a refund straight away but those flowers were a present so it’s a bit upsetting i couldn’t give them on time(at all). Don’t want to solely leave a bad review because of it because the first experience was fantastic. Oh well it happens. Thanks guys for the quick and easy customer service!

Flowers despatched, it said, on the 7th Dec/23. I returned to my home on the 9th Dec/23. the box was at my front door, for everyone to see, was soaking wet and upside down and therefore so were the flowers. I left on my door, a note which was still there, asking for deliveries to be handed in next door if I was not answering. This was obviously ignored! No great 'SMILES INSIDE' I'm afraid. Soaking cardboard box, flowers left upside down. and instructions totally ignored. Hardly a class exhibition!
