😠 havnt been able to get an appointment for 7 weeks now, get told to use the e consult but it is always switched off and the lady on reception isn't allowed to book appointments, have an ongoing problem which has now got worse and affected my movement and ability to work

    Absolutely disgusting tried ringing all day and no joy.. since covid its diabolical service should be ashamed

    I am very disappointed that it takes days to get through to the surgery and then when you do, you are told they have no appointments or phone consultations left. In desperation, urgent ailments have been submitted on econsult and then days later you get a phone call. My 87 year old mother in law was a casualty of this inadequate system. This is NOT good practice.However, when you do get a consult the doctors are excellent!

    Shocking service people are going to die but to this service actually went to the surgery but told I need to book by phone but cannot get through to talk to anybody.

    Diabolical service infact its not a service. it's a death wish if you are unfortunate enough to be with modality the goverment needs to do something about this practise immediately

    Well, I was on the phone for 2 hours and 18 minutes when they finally answered I was told there was no appointments that day for my 11 month old daughter, I then asked about the next day and was told I would have to ring up again and wait in the queue for an appointment, she was rude and in the end didn’t want to speak to me after she interrupted me while I was talking.

    Recorded on my phone 147 calls in one day to get emergency meds.eventually promised ring bk from gp never happened

    Impossible to get my repeat meds despite ringing and logging on to NHS App. None are working
