We were due to stay here beginning of Oct for a function we were attending, I had this booking booked a year in advance & got a very good rate @ £80… about 5 days before we were due to stay I got a email telling me it’s getting cancelled due to maintenance work, they wasn’t bothered in the slightest that my stay was now ruined, I got a email saying we can send you pictures if you like & just abruptly told me to basically deal with booking.com, who may I add tried to find something for me but everywhere was just so expensive at the last minute, therefore we had to cancel everything…. Yet at this time they were still advertising apartments to stay in not a mention of moving us to one of them, but then again they were now double what I was charged, god forbid they would lose money , not a care for there customers, never again Weekend ruined …

Where do I start? We booked Dale Street apartment and were moved here at short notice. On arrival I was told by receptionist that we'd been upgraded for the inconvenience but we were a bit early to check in so we went out for a bit. When we got back and gained access to the room I was extremely disappointed. The room hadn't been cleaned properly. The sheets were dirty, duvet too big for duvet cover, hole burnt in pillow, floor dirty, sofa was filthy, blinds broken and no bed sheets for sofa bed for our 10 Yr old. Immediately I went down to reception to highlight this and was told it had been cleaned. I asked to move rooms and was offered a smaller room which wasn't suitable for us. When I asked if the bed could be changed I was told that they didn't have any clean bedding left (which was a lie as I later found the linen cupboard when I was looking for staff). Eventually I got the receptionist to agree to hoovering the room and providing bedding for the kids sofa bed so we headed out for dinner. On return, the room had been poorly hoovered, still crumbs etc on the floor, my burnt pillow replaced n sheets on pull out bed. At this stage it was too late to do anything so we slept fully clothed, in middle of the heatwave, on top of the bed to avoid sleeping in the dirty bedding. We were only there for 2 nights do decided just to roll with it as staff didn't seem interested. I would say these apartments were at one point very nice but are now very run down. It is expected that in city centre apartments they might have took a bit of a beating but from my perspective, if it had been clean I would have had no issues whatsoever. The best thing about the hotel was the night security guard, he was very nice and friendly. I would suggest that if you have any standards of hygiene, avoid avoid avoid! PS even the corridors and lifts were dirty/smelly

We were given a room which smelled so we asked to move. They promised to get back to us within 20 mins but didn’t so we took our bags to reception and asked for a different room. Initially they said they had no other rooms and told us that they couldn’t do anything. We asked for a refund and contacted Booking com. Then they checked the room & agreed that it smelled. They gave us a new room but this did not have a second set of towels, a bath plug or any washing up liquid, tea towel or scourer. We asked for a bath plug and they said they’d get us one. They didn’t. We weren’t given a receipt for our deposit or stay. Eventually they printed out an invoice and promised to send it by email. They didn’t. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were completely flat. All in all, a terrible experience. The staff / management don’t seem to care at all about customer service and fob people off all the time. They don't answer the phone to customers or to Booking.com so don't bother trying to contact them. We felt completely let down and it ruined out whole stay in Liverpool. .

Stayed with my young children - they found a drug bag in the sink! None of the beds had been changed - covered in hairs and dirty marks so had to sleep in our coats. Someone kept attempting to get into our apartment in the middle of the night. Absolutely shocking customer service. Have not received any correspondence in regards to our complaints - completely ignored. Disgusted.

This was probably one of the worst places I have been in my whole life. I do travel a lot. I gave one star because I don't have an option to give zero. So let's make a sum up of my realy realy very bad experience. 1- arrived at 11pm to check in. The door was closed. I had to wait outside in the rain and the cold with a 6 months old baby till someone who already had their room came in put a code to open the door (I felt lucky as I could have spent the night outside). 2- Once inside I see there is a note on the reception desk with a number saying for check in please call. That note should have been put on the door!!!!! Anyway I called and a guy came in and provide me with a key. I had to pay 100 for a deposit. 3- I got finally in front of the room with my big luggage. I opened the door and someone else was sleeping!!!!! I had to get back downstairs with my luggage and call the guy, wait for him to say well you gave me a room that is not available really. 4- I had to wait in the reception while he makes some calls because he was only a security guy and had no idea what rooms are available. I asked for baby cot bed when I made the reservation. Well that will never happen. 5- I finally got a room. In the morning I went to complain at the reception. The girl was soo rude. Incredible!!! Can't believe it really!!! No apologies nothing not even a sorry. I had to ask again for baby cot bed. 6- only stayed 2 nights thank god!!!! After check out I asked for the refund of the deposit. They said it might take 10 working days. WELL it's been almost 2 months and I haven't received anything. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Cancelled people's rooms who booked before Eurovision was even announced in Liverpool just so this company can make more profit! Awful! Will never stay at one of their branches again if they treat customers like this.

I have 30 mins to go for checkout but I am furiously sitting and writing this review. This hotel will give you the worst experience and pathetic customer service ever. The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. Not a single radiator in our apartment was functioning. And there was no hot water till the last moment. There was nobody at the reception in the night to whom we could report this issue. When we reported this early in the morning no action was taken. I had to go down thrice to the reception to ask if they are sorting it out. Despite of me speaking in the most polite and calm way possible the general manager at the reception managed to talk extremely rudely. Every word coming out of his mouth would spoil your day. They did nothing to sort out the issue. One of us slept without bedding, no shower for us and no working radiators. It was a waste of £150.

I wished I had read these reviews on here instead of another booking app before booking. I tried to call this apartment for 7 days to enquire about the parking reservation as the email they sent with links on to reserve the parking does not work. I had to call the Manchester branch to get sorted. Where you park is shared with the cafe next door, there is a awful greasy smell and the parking is very tight but it will do. The reception is very basic, from the outside it looks a lot more than it is. You get a form to fill out but it does not actually tell you what you are signing for. When we checked in all looked ok. Then we got to the room. Decor is ok, we were only staying for on night so it would do for us. It didn’t look the cleanest place I have stayed but no horror stories. They did only provide us with half a toilet roll or less in each bathroom. The kitchen fridge didn’t shut properly & the dishwasher/drains absolutely stinks. The bedroom windows did not open, we were staying there during a heatwave. There is no AC and when checking with reception there was no fans available. We had to have cold showers to keep us cool in the apartment to was tooooo warm. I needed to ask reception if we could have more glasses as we were provided one. Now the biggest problem there was in this apartment is the mattresses. I can’t express how bad they are. They are small doubles and it feels like you are lying on bricks with a thin sheet over the top. They are extremely uncomfortable. One mattress had no spring support so one person had to sleep at a certain angle otherwise she rolled off the bed. Thankfully we did go clubbing so this meant we only had around 6/7 hours on the mattress and we weren’t after a full night sleep. I honestly think lying on the floor would have been more comfortable. We will not be staying here again and will be letting people know of our experience. One positive to this apartment is the location. It is a perfect location 3/5 min walk to the city centre where all the clubs and bars are! I really hope this place improves the facilities because I think paying £260 for one night there should be profit there to upgrade & will therefore have returning customers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Please do not stay at this hotel, they refused our check in as they wouldn’t take the security deposit via apple pay cash or any other method that wasn’t a physical card which was not stated in the email, on the day we went to check in we had to wait over an hour as the rooms hadn’t been cleaned on time. We were then refused check in due to the security deposit issue we were told on the day we would be refunded for our stay as we didn’t stay… 2 MONTHS LATER i still have not received this refund and i have contacted the hotel multiple times via phone call and emails and they don’t even have the decency to respond. I feel completed scammed and my birthday weekend was ruined and i’m out of pocket £143 which they won’t refund back to me or even reply. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I’ve contacted this company 3 times to complain and not once has anybody replied. I even used the whatsapp contact and they read the complaint and then ignored it. We booked for 3 but were given a room for 2, we were then moved, but for our second night had to move rooms again. The room was dirty and had no towels. We called reception 4 times for towels to eventually be told that they had none. We were going out for Valentine’s Day, and had to dry ourselves using our own clothes as they didn’t have any towels and didn’t provide us with any solution. We were also waiting for 3 hours to be told which room we had to move to, and every time I came to reception I was told to ‘come back in half an hour’ so instead of us going out for the day we had to wait inside and keep coming back downstairs to be told to come back again later. I’ve stayed here before and it’s been great, and even after the last experience I would still come back because I understand that one bad experience doesn’t outdo the good. However the fact that I have tried to contact and have been repeatedly ignored is a joke and this is what has lead me to leave a bad review, which is really a shame.

The worst company I ever deal with. I bought an apartment from them a year ago. signed an Underlease agreement with following clauses: They guarantee a certain rental price that would be paid to me (the Landlord) quarterly, for the next two years. This is regardless of whether they manage to rent out the apartment or not. They as a Tenant is obliged to pay service charges during this 2 year period. Apartment as per agreement should be fully furnished. So far I haven't received any payment. My apartment is not furnished and it's without appliances, but they sent me to pay maintenance costs, which should be payed by them. Now they do not respond to my emails, nor phone calls. Horrible company, with horrible attitude. I would give them 0 stars!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST -- You'd have a better nights sleep by pitching a tent in a car park Had to stay at this apartment with my partner for ~2.5 months during summer of 2021 whilst emergency repairs were carried out at our flat. Initially things seemed well, however quickly issues started to mount. One of two lifts has been out of service for supposedly ~12months meaning everyone had to share 1 tiny and very slow lift. There were bin bags on the staircases that have been left to rot in summer heat. Half of the windows in the apartment neither ventilated properly not closed safely. Cleaners didn't show up until last week of our stay even though we were told on arrival cleaners would visit on regular basis for longer stays (outright lie). Our bed was insufferably uncomfortable due to being half broken. If that wasn't enough the dishwasher broke about 3 times and even when an engineers was sent up, he didn't fix it on any of the visits. While less than ideal, none of these issues would've been hugely inconvenient if the stay was shorter or the staff at the hotel bothered to do their jobs. We spent WEEKS asking for simplest of issues (i.e., broken airer) to be addressed with nothing but empty words from the reception desk. About 2 weeks after mentioning issue with the airer reception staff gave us another blatantly broken airer... Me and my partner were delighted to leave this hole, but the problems didn't end there. The £150 apartment & £50 additional key deposits have not been paid back to me 5 months after vacating the room. I have called the support line, the apartments directly and even visited the apartment reception in person to have this sorted only to be told utter nonsense. Will be following up with legal action against these clowns.

I wish I'd read these reviews first but I booked via airb&b and there was no mention of the reality that awaits staying here. From check in to security especially lobby..its not safe. We arrived to chaos for check in on a Sat afternoon ...masses if people/ long queues to even get inside whilst we were left to stand outside. Bookings not found/ people shouting in frustration reporting missing beds in rooms. Our personal bed was old & uncomfortable..despite requesting a mattress topper or hange of mattress.. it didn't happen. We raised our concerns with the one if the managers on Monday am..he apologised but we have had no reply to written complaints or refunds or any act of compensation. STAY ELSEWHERE.

Possibly the worst place we have ever stayed in, especially for the price and ridiculous deposit put down. Check in says 3pm when you book, however when we turned up at the check in time the rude receptionist told us we were too early and sent us away for an hour. When we came back, same lady again did not make eye contact, and simply ignored us for what I counted to be 8 minutes without saying a word. Gave us the key, sent us on our way to the apartment. For us to arrive, and the poor cleaner had only just gotten into the apartment. Bin bags, dirty sheets and stains of sick everywhere, and we had been sent over to spend the evening??? To top it off, almost everything was broken. The oven door did not stay on, lats on the bed falling through so made the bed not able to sleep on, sticky, dirty floor as the apartment had been poorly cleaned when it was finished. Don’t waste your money, the receptionists are awful and the state of the apartments are even worse.

Always choose respect and peace of mind over cheap price. I hope everyone understands this, You book rooms a week ago, prepayment done, with deposit £100. And what you get is a room with a mattress on floor without a bed.

Avoid at all costs. Not enough bedding provided for the sofa bed, when we asked we were told there wasn't any. Belongings are kept in an unlocked room before check in, anyone can walk in and take what they like. There was a plastic bag over the fire alarm which is so far fetched that it hasn't been removed by cleaners etc and pretty sure it breaks several laws and regulations! Bin in the bathroom wasn't emptied, hair blocking up the plughole. It's a dive in comparison to the photos on the website and booking.com, and overpriced for what we received. Glad we only had to endure it for one night and wish I'd read reviews before I booked. Stay in a travelodge or well known chain where at least you know there'll be a certain level of quality!

A place that looks good from the photos. Has an elevator some of the flats does not have curtains only missing blinds exposing your self to the view of people working in offices….Not central heating, has basic things like one towel, 1 pillow, 1 tea spoon, one glass of wine, not tea or coffee like in other places around the world, not extra blanket, not toiletries basic soap….,some of the hall carpets of the building were dirty….. the lady working st the counter was nice. The building is located walking distance to main attractions

Avoid like the plague. Awful. Kev the manager wasn't there and wasn't available for the entire stay. Cleaning staff were unapologetic for the dirty sheets and crockery left behind. The seventh floor had no flooring! Will hopefully be getting my money back. Concerned about getting the £100 security deposit back. Customer service puts me through tm Northern Ireland where they site GDPR laws to not give me any contact details. I've not received any emails in return to my queries. Slimy tactics by a company and Kev the manger who are looking to steal your money. Apartments are terrible quality and dirty. Do not stay here!

The front desk guy was the rudest person I have ever met! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We booked an executive apartment that was supposed to be a single and double bed. They were only going to give us a double bed only...and despite we asking over and over again that we had reserved a room with 2 beds, he kept insisting that it'll only be a double bed. Threatened to even call the cops and even asked us to leave the hotel! Oh my...this place is a beautiful apartment but with a terrible front desk person, I can't see a future for the company.

The worst apartment I’d ever stayed in my life. don’t ever think to stay in that place because There’s old lady with big glasses in the reception she doesn’t want to assistant me and shouts on me and she doesn’t respect the customers and when I talked to her to found some solutions for my problems. No wi-fi available No hot water No bathroom lock The sofa smells like dead mouse At the end if you want to be comfortable don’t think to be there.

I have no words to describe my stay at Dream apartments. This was genuinely one of my WORST experiences within the service industry I have EVER had. Firstly, we arrived and it looks nothing like the photos, but false advertisement aside, although it was over 25 degrees out, all radiators were on. In fact, not ever imagining they would be on I accidentally touched one and burnt my hand. I then went down to reception to ask for this to be turned off as I am not from here and I have NO idea how to operate this (and shouldn’t have to). I also had to ask for towels because we were initially only provided with two HAND towels. After several hours, they still hadn’t come and when they did, they were very rude to us and also very unhelpful. Also, the conditions in this apartment were as UNSANITARY as you can possibly get. Everything was dirty and full of dust, there were loads of dead insects everywhere, and the floor was filthy. Obviously with COVID-19 still being prevalent, the fact that the apartment was SO dirty was a huge concern for us. In addition to all this, when we were tired after a 5 hour journey and a day filled with work meeting, I went to lie on both my bed and the sofa and they were both BROKEN. As we called reception to ask for help sorting this we were assured by someone that they would contact Airbnb themselves to help us escape this horrid place and not have to stay another night. However, when we came downstairs today, we were greeted by the most ill-mannered person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting: Kevin. Not only was he uncivil and disrespectful to us, he was also incredibly condescending, disregarding all of our issues and concerns. After a long discussion that was leading nowhere we were half-offered a change of rooms, although with no help moving AND no guarantee that it wouldn’t be the same. We could obviously not afford ANOTHER night of sleeping (if you can even call it that, as the springs from the bed kept poking me relentlessly). We thus politely declined and asked to at least get our deposit and the second night refunded so we could find somewhere else. He laughed it off and said he did everything he could and that it was not his fault. The issues we had didn’t even finish there, as fire alarms hung from the ceiling, which is obviously not safe, and the towels we were eventually given were DIRTY with make-up.

1 star being generous, had my booking cancelled because of an over booking 2 days before my stay. Originally booked in February and was lied to by the apartment claiming there was a flood. Convenient as lockdown was lifted they are now charging 3 times what I paid and have more than likely sold the room to someone for a higher price. Shocking service and communication, I am now left with with no room as everything else is already booked.

This company is very unorganised and unprofessional. Upon arrival the key to our room had been taken home by a member of staff and the room still needed cleaning. Baring in mind we did not arrive till 6pm so they had plenty of time to sort the apartment out. We then had to sit for two hours waiting to this to be sorted. We were only provided with one key to the room which is not ideal for two people who have different schedules. When we booked we were assured parking is available for two cars but then once arriving are told parking is first come first serve. We eventually got parking but the carpark was disgustingly dirty and unkept. The apartments and parking is meant to have security however large portions of the day no one is there. Cars were getting broken into in the carpark (which is very expensive to use!) and the alternative carpark is infested with rats. This company needs to take a serious look at itself and improve the quality of customer service. I will definitely not be using them again.

My family and I stayed over the weekend. For the price, it was good. Our room had a fridge, washing machine, microwave, and all of the dishes we would need. They brought us up extra pillows, duvets and lou roll upon request. The staff were friendly. The area is great as a tourist but it does get loud at night so I recommend packing earplugs. I was shocked about the £100 deposit and wish that was mentioned before booking - but other than that the stay was great. The room was clean. The shower was above my expectations and the staff were lovely. I would definitely stay again. Note; the deposit was refunded just as described by the staff :)

Cleaners are very unprofessional, slamming the doors from early morning and doing their jobs like trolls, making as much noise as they can with no considerations to others. The staff talk to customers in a terrible manner, the whole place is just a disgrace. The rooms are very basic and they are lacking in a lot of stuff. Book elsewhere and rather pay a bit more if need to, because it's just not worth it...

Customer service as absolutely appalling! They don’t answer their phone no matter how many times you call! They don’t answer messages, the only way they will respond is if you contact them on their social media page! They will not send you your deposit, you have to chase it up and threaten to take it further before they will actually send you it! Other people have experienced the same issue with them, I believe they are out to rob people when it comes to deposits! Avoid at all costs!

Be careful!!! They do Not return back the deposit (150 pounds). They say they will return two weeks after you leave but they never do that. And they won’t answer your calls or respond to your emails. And although booking.com assured me that they would pay on their behalf, they never did. Both booking.com and this hotel are scammers and liars. AVOID both

Told 3 days then 7 days, now can't get hold of them. Many others have had a similar experience and have been told 30 days! Total scam artists and generally scummy people. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. 0/5

In the afternoon of 16th of October I booked to stay at Dream Apartments Silkhouse in Liverpool. Later that afternoon I received a call from a gentleman informing me the hotel had done a mixup with booking.com and our room was no longer available. He asked me to cancel the booking via booking.com and the hotel would be notified of my absence and they can issue a full refund later that day. Until this day I have yet to receive my money. I have tried contacting the company via their phone number, facebook, whatsapp and email but nobody has responded. I am amazed that the company can get away with such blatant scamming!

If I could give this a zero star I would. Although the receptionist and security guard were lovely, my stay was NOT. The hallway was dimly lit and quite dirty. The bathroom had mould - the shower wouldn’t get hot and there were lots of amenities missing from my room. Not to mention a very uncomfortable bed and a broken door handle on my front door. The worst was the windows… they blew open randomly in the night and wouldn’t shut. The receptionist said she would put me in a different room, but then the security told me they were fully booked - the receptionist left in the interim. The security guard tried to help me jiffy them shut, but they blew open again in the middle of the night. So a freezing cold night in a dirty and mouldy “dream” apartment. Nightmare is more likely. I left swiftly the next morning without hesitation.

I had booked this hotel for a trip next year. Yesterday I got an email that the hotel would have to cancel my booking due to overbooking (!). I had booked months ago... it would be very surprising for them to release now that they had been overbooked, and then cancel someone who had a room booked for months... Now, I may be cynical, but there's just a tiny chance that it has something to do with Eurovision 2023 and thousands of people descending on the city during the nights that I had booked. But I suppose I won't see the rooms advertised again at 10 times the rate I secured, as has happened other guests? Of course not. Gouging b*st*rds.

The worst apartment I have ever stayed in my life. don’t ever think to stay in that place There a old lady with big glasses in the reception she don’t wants to help me and shouts on me and don’t respect the customers and when I talk to her to found some help with my problems. No wi-fi available No hot water No bathroom lock The sofa smells like dead mouse At the end if you want to be comfortable don’t ever be there.

Much needed night away, my fiancé and I enjoyed a romantic Italian dinner in Gino D'acampo which was close to the dream apartment. The apartment itself was city centre and very comfortable, had a good night sleep. We would visit again.

Absolutely stunning. An extremely warm welcome, and amazing stay. The reception staff couldn't do enough for me. Kevin was a great face to greet me

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!! I stayed at Dream apartments Liverpool in October last year. On arrival I was told I had to pay a REFUNDABLE £100 deposit. It has taken over 1 year to get my money back!!! Months of calls, emails, messages and being ignored. If they owe you money please persist. They should not be able to get away with this!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

SCAM- They don't return deposits. I don't usually write reviews but this is a scam to be avoided. They ask for a deposit and don't return it, i had to file a dispute with my bank. You cannot contact them after the fact. The place itself was filthy, dirty crockery, dirty old socks and broken lamps/AC unit. AVOID.

An amazing help with an issue we had from a previous airbnb, staff absolutely lovely and rooms amazing for the price. Ann Marie was the best host we could’ve asked for and we will definitely be back! Couldn’t recommend more

DO NO STAY HERE!!!! worst experience I’ve ever had, rude staff from the get-go. Our room absolutely stunk and was covered in the previous occupiers makeup, hair and food, no cleaner obviously had ever stepped foot in there, no basics even down to toilet roll. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay that dingy pit , DRUG remains in our room and we were planning on staying there with our baby!! But the customer service is the tip of the iceberg. Don’t bother calling the number as they never answer the male manager was the worst id ever encountered in this hospitality industry. We immediately went back to reception for a refund as we’d rather drive 2 hours back home than stay there, he accused me initially of not paying for the room?? Then threatening to kick my partner out,I him and the half-soaked receptionist didn’t even bat an eyelid let alone apologise as they were very obviously used to the complaints. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Not even worth a star but couldn’t continue without putting 1. I would highly advise not booking with these apartments . What was supposed to be a beautiful day/night celebration of my 30th birthday turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I had booked in advance for an apartment for myself, partner and family from london. I paid in advance also. However the morning of the day we was due to check in I received an email from booking.com to say the room had been cancelled. I was so confused as I hadn’t cancelled this. I then called the reception for the apartments and spoke to a gent, who when I asked what had happened said ‘I cannot tell you, you need to speak to booking.com sorry’ I found this very rude and it was as though they were passing on the blame. I then spoke to booking.com who then told me they had ‘over booked’ so it was actually indeed the fault of the apartments, booking.com then tried to change the reason to say something had broken in the room and couldn’t be fixed, which I know is a cover up considering I work in a well established hotel myself. I then had the stress of trying to find and pay for another apartment due to not even being able to get a refund from them until 12 days. It was so stressful for a day that should have been spent enjoying my time with family who travelled all this way. So unprofessional and at least next time speak with the guests direct instead of deflecting the situation away from yourselves.

Hello I have recently stayed at dream apartments and want to register a complaint. I recently encountered unfair treatment which is the reason for my complaint. I recently stayed at the dream apartment and upon going back to my apartment in the early hours of the morning I encountered the receptionist. The receptionist informed me the hotel needed to ask guests to leave their rooms soon. I spoke to him and asked if I could pay for a late leave option. He informed me that I could do I paid the additional fee for this service. The receptionist then went on to make a rude and aggressive comment, to which I decided to return to my room and try to ignore it. I slept in my room and a few hours later he came to the room at 11:30am and opened the door without permission and forced me to leave the room. Whilst the room was booked till 11am I thought the way the situation was handled was very unfair and unprofessional as I was not trying to make problems. I want to bring this to your attention as I feel I have been mistreated in the situation.

good location. Read reviews & I was worried about the deposit as it showed as pending on my bank account for 10 days. but I called & was informed this was a standard period and it was soon cancelled without any charge. Reception staff were Friendly. We needed an iron for the evening out, asked the front desk for one, it eventually arrived but it did take a few hours from requesting it until we got it. Overall there were no complaints from us & would stay again.

The worst hotel I have ever been in. I never normally write reviews but I don’t want anyone to be caught out by the unrealistic photos and description in the way I did. I was sold a executive studio suit 431sft room, 1 double bed and single bed with city views on hotels.com. I arrived at the hotel, parked the car on their car park. Not an inch without rubbish. Walked through corridors to reception, every single wall covered in dirt, stains and black marks also including dents and holes. As it being my partner’s birthday, I asked for a special romantic package for £25 including rose petals and a bottle of wine. I got to the room and there was a bottle of wine on the table, no city view, lights didn’t work, lamps and photos all wonky and definitely not the executive suit I purchased. After expressing my disappointment to reception, we then were upgraded to a “better room” which was actually worse. City view of an office block, broken plugs a huge health and safety issue, lights with no bulbs and unclosable windows not forgetting the toenail next to the bed. Nothing in the room was straight it looked like there had been an earthquake. My partner went to iron a £100 white shirt with what looked like a clean iron but then got covered in brown greasy gunk which will not come out. After this room, the staff didn’t have any rooms available so we requested a refund which the staff were happy to do. The booking cost £235 for 2 nights stay. I know this isn’t hugely expensive but it also is t one of the cheapest. We had to find last minute acomadation which was not cheap. We missed a birthday meal reservation in the process. As you can imagine we were extremely disappointed. In conclusion, do not be miss sold by the room descriptions and photos I can assure you you will not get the experience you are looking for. Stay well away.

Worst stay I have ever had The reception staff were the rudest and most unprofessional I have ever encountered. The apartment was unfit for 2 people to stay in, with basic items broken and missing. when I raised these issues nothing was acknowledged or rectified. I was then called rude for continuing to raise these issues in a civilised manner, and asked to leave the building. I have never been so insulted or unsatisfied with a stay. we looked for alternative accommodation

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! The "deposit" that they take (£100), you will never receive it back. Initially, the hotel were communicating and ensuring they would look into it and now they ignore all communication, you cannot get in touch via phone, email or online messaging. Whatever you do, do not book here or give this waste of space any of your money.
