I cannot compliment Ashley enough for his work, his understanding, his teachings and most importantly, his help. It is clear as day, he has studied the way emotions and thoughts work to a level I have never seen or heard of in my life. I was educated beyond belief during our sessions. The way emotions and the mind work, were truly baffling to begin with and it endured an awful lot of stubbornness my end which looking back hindered my progress. Once I broke down that wall, this man has helped give me the strength and understanding of myself, for me to flourish and write a new chapter in my life again. It was one of the most challenging times of my life and I am extremely grateful for all the progress I have made. Every few years, I meet someone extraordinary with the capability to help others and Ashley is easily within this bracket of influential people. Legend.

Dr Francis recently carried out an autism assessment with my 8 year old son. He arrived promptly and conducted the "test" within our home to put everything in a relaxed setting, he was very calm and relatable to my son, who said after, that he'd really enjoyed talking and playing games with Dr Francis, he was great when we had to do our part of the assessment and very clear on explaining the process,timescales and charges. He really put our minds at rest. We got our results on the day he advised and could not be happier with the care we have been shown as a family. I could not recommend his services highly enough. I really wish I hadn’t waited until my anxiety was so severe day to day tasks were impossible before seeking therapy. I instantly felt more comfortable talking to Ashley than I did any friends or family members. He listened carefully and helped me find the route causes of my anxiety helping me to deal with feelings and emotions both old and new. I found some emotions particularly hard to be open with but Ashley was always supportive and reassuring. Our experience of an ASD assessment with Ash was lovely. Ash was friendly and put us at ease from the 1st consultation phone call and all the way through the assessment. The website is very clear and nothing is hidden from you. Our Son (aged 10) was very relaxed with Ash during the observation. In just the observation, Ash saw our son in the same way we did and that was very clear in the final report. Throughout the whole process, Ash kept us "in the loop" and again, we felt very part of the process and nothing hidden from us, as seen on his website. The final report is very detailed and clear. The whole process was completed within 3 weeks. We would highly recommend this service.

I have found Ashley to be a lovely down to earth man. He is an incredibly professional and skilled psychologist. I was apprehensive about starting therapy, however, Ashley soon put me at ease and we quickly established a rapport. Had an excellent experience with Dr Ashley Francis for an adult Autism test, for someone who struggles to be around people I don't know, even for the shortest time, I found I could be comfortable around him, He was clear and precise in what was needed and the final result was presented extremely professional and clear, I would highly recommended him to everyone.

I searched the internet for many and came across Ash, My enquiry was dealt with so quickly , On the same day he had replied to my emails. The best part was when I received a 15 minute FREE consultation to even see why I require the diagnosis which I found very helpful and helped me make my mind to get a assessment. The whole process was so smooth and worked around our needs. Three weeks later I had my results which was a relief. I Highly recommend Ashley for your enquires he was amazing. Before meeting him I had found not much luck with any one as they were just taking too long replying to my emails or suggesting online assessments. To my surprise the whole procedure took around 4 weeks which was better than waiting around for the past two months.
