This
place
is
a
scam.
They
sell
you
their
property
as
a
'dream'
but
it
was
definitely
a
nightmare.
We
bought
a
penthouse
overlooking
the
bridge
with
an
amazing
view,
two
bedroom
two
bathroom
luxury
accommodation.
Without
even
asking
us,
they
downgraded
us
from
this
to
what
can
only
be
described
as
a
filthy
crack
den.
I
don't
think
this
place
had
seen
a
cleaner
or
sun
light
for
quite
some
time.
Mud
all
over
the
floor,
diarrhea
splashed
all
over
the
toilet,
dark
hairs
everywhere.
The
table
and
cabinets
were
filthy
and
our
view
out
of
the
smallest
window
imaginable
was
of
a
water
pipe....
shockingly
we
refused
to
stay
here.
The
lady
on
reception
named
Chloe
was
incredibly
helpful,
but
limited
to
what
she
could
do.
The
manager
refused
to
take
our
calls
and
booking.com
have
a
strict
24
hour
waiting
policy
where
they
will
not
relocate
us,
unless
manager
of
Dreams
consented
for
us
to
move.
And
for
some
suspicious
reason
Dreams
apartments
phone
was
blocking
or
'
not
receiving'
all
calls
from
booking.com.
After
a
long
5
hours
back
and
fourth
on
the
phone,
with
myself
and
my
friends
doing
their
jobs..
we
managed
to
get
sorted
and
moved
to
a
nice
hotel
in
the
city
Centre.
(no
beautiful
views,
and
not
the
apartment
we
had
'dreamed'
of
but
at
least
it
was
CLEAN!!
Honestly
do
not
waste
your
time
with
this
place.
I
am
so
concerned
that
Bookings.com
even
have
'Dream
Apartments'
on
their
website.
We
wasted
a
whole
evening
sorting
this
out,
and
even
missed
our
dinner
reservation
(which
we
had
paid
a
deposit
for)
I'm
assuming
they
have
had
new
management,
as
all
old
reviews
are
positive
and
all
new
ones
are
awful!!
STAY
AWAY!!
