JYSK I will start by saying I love the products this Company sells. However a few weeks ago I stopped off at the Oldham store. The manager was rude unhelpful and arrogant. She clearly had no interest in her job as the store was filthy and extremely untidy. I definitely will not be visiting that store again.

If I could give 0 stars I would the way this store is ran is disgusting, staff are very rude and management don’t care about customer service and don’t know what to do. Not organised and boxes all over the floor. Needs drastic improvement.

About a month ago I purchased a table and set of 4 chairs. Table is great and looks amazing however we had some problems with the chairs. 1 chair didn’t come with the screws or bolts it needed and the other was faulty. This was not an issue because we live close to the store. On a later date we went back into the store to sort this issue in hopes to get the screws we needed and a replacement chair for the faulty one. The woman serving us was very rude and condescending when speaking to me and my husband. We understand a receipt is important however because we ordered the furniture online we thought there would be a way to resolve the issue. This woman definitely needed to work on customer service.

Loved the range of products in the store. For someone going there for the first time, it's quite like Ikea but just with better pricing. I ended up getting a Coffee Table and an End Table. Staff is super helpful too but the person who served us (Zaina) was an absolute rockstar and just brilliant. She had a great knowledge of the product and guided us each step of the way like a pro. Overall because of her service 5 stars!

Brilliant store high quality homewear at great prices beats ikea hand down

Bought a chest of drawers for £80, they have only lasted 6 weeks before they started to fall apart. Two of the five drawers have fallen apart, the screws keep coming out of the back and the drawer fronts keep coming loose.

Prices are a bit too high for me. However, I loved most of the products. Bought a cuddly pillow, furry and really comfortable.

Recently visited JYSK and must say I'm impressed with the exceptional quality of their products. The value for money is outstanding, making it a top choice for anyone looking for high-quality items. Highly recommend this place!

Helpful, friendly staff, great quality products. Like IKEA but better quality and better and faster service. Shopped here 4 times recently and even with an issue with one purchase it was resolved very satisfactory: even though was an issue with customer service not store staff.

I walked past it I won't go into IKEA because well I'm a man so there's no way I'm going in here but looked nice and staff looked friendly

Trying hard to be Ikea but it's just not. Found furniture price cheap enough but you get what you pay for and the quality was poor. A few interesting vases, throws and cushions tho.

We regularly shop at the store in Punta Marina, Spain and have made many purchases. What a disappointment the visit to the Oldham store was, so many items didn't have prices on them, for example, head rests, vases, items in the reduced area, in fact too many to enquire about so we left the store.

What a nightmare! Sent here by a different branch of JYSK (that had just sold the last item we wanted). Stuck in horrendous traffic for a journey that should have taken less than 30 mins, took close to 2 hours and arrived 30 mins before closing time. Traffic was not their fault, but they could have been more sympathetic to our urgent need to use the toilets. Staff would do well to remember that not every disability is visible, and they should consider themselves fortunate that we did not go in to details. They refused to let us use their staff-only toilet due to "health and safety" and directed us to another business on the retail park. The other business refused, directed us to a supermarket a few minutes away... that also had no toilets. By the time we eventually found a toilet the JYSK store had long since closed. Suffice to say we will not be coming back, and will be looking for somewhere else to purchase our garden furniture.

an employee threw a box in front of me. After opening it at home, it turned out to be broken inside, I had to go back again and ask for a replacement. I notified the manager about the employees throwing boxes and destroying furniture. I got a reply, if I'm not satisfied, I don't have to buy from them. They should fire the rude staff !!!

Decent stuff, good prices and easier to deal with than ikea!

Shop aint bad but online purchase are impossible payment via visa never go through they say its not there issue but it clearly is

You can buy home and garden furniture, small home decoration and accessories, bedding. Occasionally there are some great deals and promotions. You can also buying online and collection in- store.

Overall: not a bad place to shop. Several shops to chose from and very close to the Alexandra Park Oldham.

Love it nothing bad to say all good love the self checkouts too the clothes and all they sell got a lot today with ok prices too wasn't full either so I went at the right time bonus 😃

Not a bad out of town place home bargains, food warehouse, Matalan and that JYSK gaff in and out of the carpark can be trying for sure when it's busy but hey ho.

Used JYSK a few times now and have a few items from here highly recommended over other similar outlets.

Visited matalan not been for a few years , not changed in layout cushions x2 , work pants shoes and tops for my daughter new job lots to choose from , nice young girl on the sales floor, 2 staff at tills 1 man I woman not too friendly bit snappy ! when we tried the self service till that spoiled the experience .

Was expecting a larger store, didn't really have anything I wanted but did have good prices for furniture can find a good bargain on occasions and would suggest looking online for sales
