Lovely modern pub with a homely rustic charm. Very friendly staff, great tastly pub food. Nice cocktails. Covered outside seating area, idea for warm sunny days.

A really impressive tapas selection which changes with the seasons. Great service from friendly and helpful staff. Drink selection is varied & high quality. Atmosphere is relaxed but still suitable for an 'occasion' meal. Great addition to the Rammy/Holcombe food scene.

Honestly this place was unreal. The best mushy peas I've ever had and the food, service and overall value for money were second to none. I can honestly say this was one of the best meals I've had this year.

Food, service and atmosphere was, as always, fantastic. My daughter and I shared 6 tapas style dishes between us and tried the new dish of pork cheek which was amazing.

We enjoyed our lunch at the Holcombe Tap and the restaurant area itself is cosy and attractive. The staff are welcoming, friendly and efficient. We both enjoyed the food but thought it was a little heavy on the fried side. It was nice to have a veggie choice and would have been better still to in include some boiled potato for bravas and some tortilla or warm bean salad. Loved the Ice cream!

Had beef curry only one fork full of beef in it and curry sauce was like salty water with tiny peaces of dry nanbread rest of food was average not justified with the expensive price. Please owner try this if you disagree I will remove my review.

Spent a lovely evening in Holcombe Tap, the service was excellent and the food amazing. All the staff were attentive ,polite and looked happy in their work...especially Lucy,what a lovely young lady...she is an asset to your business. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you

Got told about this place by a friend and thought it sounded good so we booked for the other Sunday and my wife and I went over and it was fantastic, great place, a proper hidden gem, live music ( and she was brilliant sorry don’t know who she was ) food amazing and staff absolutely fantastic. We had a few dishes from Ribs, Wings, Duck, Garlic Prawns, Spring Rolls and they were all cooked to perfection, places like this are hard to find outside of big cities like Manchester but whomever has bought this place and made it into this great eatery needs a pat on the back. I’m a big believer in a good place to eat needs to be visited again to make sure that we didn’t just get a lucky meal so we have just returned for an early tea and again the food was outstanding, the waitress was really nice, very chatty and very efficient In taking order and getting drinks but also looked after us all meal, the food was even BETTER than the first time we went so I can only say if you get chance then go, we have told loads of people about this place and cannot wait to return with friends, we’ll done Holcombe Tap and the staff you have a brilliant place to come and enjoy great food.

Booked out the lounge area for a surprise birthday party. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Bill kindly put together a buffet of traditional sandwiches and tapas; and we had Suzie's little jazz band playing in the background. Food, drink, atmosphere superb! A huge thank you to all the staff for making the day so special X

Food is fantastic. Really good portions and very good value for money. Atmosphere is excellent too. My only complaint was the service wasn’t good. Even though the servers were very friendly they weren’t attentive. After finishing our meal no one came to clear our plates. After 20mins we got the servers attention to ask for a dessert menu. At this point she did clear the plates but never returned to take our dessert order, so after waiting for 15mins we went to the bar to pay. Maybe they were just very short staffed as it was full but I just felt kind of ignored. I’d definitely give them another try though as I loved the food.

Nice bar with a friendly atmosphere and good bar staff to boot. plenty of Beers to temp you seems to be popular for cocktails. Got a good name for food (haven't tried) not a big place but worth a visit, dog friendly.

10/10....THE best salt&pepper chips I've ever had, I'm no good with spice but these had a sweet kick to them so they were perfect 👌🏼 the tapas selection we had was great, very high quality food and really tasty. The service was just as high quality, the staff were lovely and very attentive to our table. They were very helpful by clearing away our plates so we had more space and making sure we were all ok. I would definitely recommend this place to locals or anyone visiting the Ramsbottom area :) Thanks Will & the team.

First visit with a friend for a catch up. It was a Tuesday evening so limited restaurants open in Ramsbottom so I decided to try it here. I know a few people who have visited before and also checked reviews which were both great on Google and Facebook. Inside it's very much a traditional pub but nice and clean and a good amount of space. There is also parking to the side of it and street parking as well or on the road opposite. The service was great from the get go and the food, although small plates and a tad pricey were very good. We did stay a little past the time we were allowed for the table but they were very polite and fairly subtle about it. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would certainly visit here again.

We took a friend to lunch here, a bit of a drive for us but she lives not too far away. It was worth the trip - both the food and the beer were excellent. It's worth going as a group as the menu has small dishes so with a group you can select many more to share among you. Nice ambience - and long after we had finished eating and drinking we stayed on to chat as they cleaned up for the evening - and it was nice that they did not mind and made no attempt to throw us out which was really nice of them. Certainly worth a visit.
