Don’t bother going here. They are expensive and if you park in their car park to see a film that lasts longer than expected you better rush back before you get a fine. We went queued up for popcorn etc watched the film and got backed to car and received a fine. Tried to appeal the fine but no luck. Not easy to see the signs in dark either. No doubt this place is a rip off. No wonder it’s quiet and empty. Needs to treat its customers better

Very nice cinema, let down by rude staff at the entrance. Woman scanning the tickets at the entrance needs to be taught basic customer service skills. She was rude to our group and the group that came in after us. Rest of the experience was enjoyable with pleasant staff behind the kiosk. Date for ref 17/12/21

The cinema itself seems OK, staff all friendly enough. First bad point, when I pay nearly £40 for my family to see at film scheduled at 1540 I don't expect to sit through nearly 30 minutes of adverts. Secondly when the ads contain a film clip with men kissing and oiling each other up.... I don't expect the world to cater for my religious values, but I don't consider this degenerate behavior appropriate for any 12yr old kids to be seeing BEFORE Jurassic World.

Family friendly cinema, reclining seats. Nachos are better than the other cinema chains. Snack line is slow, so arrive 30mins before movie to avoid missing the start. Staff are really friendly.

Went to watch Spider-Man (the trilogy 🤓🧐🤩) with family and kids. Not my type of movie but the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Would have gave it a five star but the nachos and popcorn was too expensive and served on cheap and flimsy paper cartons. Could be a bit cheaper if you’re going to use recycled materials. Overall excellent no other negative. Top staff all friendly, welcoming and attentive.

Awful experience to be honest. The entire lobby has changed which is not necessarily a bad thing except that it is totally disability unfriendly both in layout and staffing. I was on crutches and couldn't reach the car park check-in screen which is fixed to the far side of a table. There was a member of staff sat on a stool and at no point did she ask if I needed assistance even though I said I can't reach the screen. There were no signs explaining the new system for ordering refreshments and snacks. They must be ordered from the ticket machines or bar. I hobbled over to the snack desk and a member of staff asked if I had ordered. When I said no, they walked away. No explanation, no offer of assistance. Very poor customer service. My husband arrived and after some walking back and forth, we discovered the new system. There was nowhere for me to sit whilst waiting for my husband to sort out the order. I ended up waiting in the bar area. When I went up in the lift on my own, I showed my ticket to the door staff. Neither of them asked if I needed assistance opening doors or getting to my seat. There are 2 sets of heavy doors to enter the screens and I had to wait for my family to arrive and help. This venue has always been a bit dirty and unwelcoming so the clean up was necessary but now we are very unlikely to return due to poor staff attitude, and ridiculous ordering system and customer service. Clearly staff need Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training. It was not worth the £90 for tickets and refreshments.

Will never go to this cinema again. Went to the cinema 7 of us to see barbie not our usual cinema turned up a little late for the film so totally missed any signs for car parking . How ever got landed with an £85 fine even tho I appealed twice with proof of cinema purchase tickets so spent over £100 in the cinema and still got charged and refused good will as I was using the facilities. Horizon car park you are disgusting ! Would not recommend this cinema at all.

Went to try to see Spider-Man today with my daughter. Saw only 4 staff the whole time and 3 of those were behind the counter at the entrance. The system in place for buying drinks and food is ridiculous as you have to queue twice; once to pay and collect your receipt, the second to collect your food. Once you’ve paid you can’t then add to your order at the collection counter. Very poor. Why can’t I queue and pay at the same place as I get my food like a normal cinema? Also, we’ve been sat for 30 minutes now past the film’s start time and still not started due to what I think might be projector problems….in fact we’ve just been moved.finally starting 35 minutes late. Will not be coming back to an Odeon “Luxe”.

Nice local cinema. There is plenty of space with the recliner chairs, nice and spacious, unlike back in the day when everybody was cramped together. The only flip side is the price of going to watch a movie these days. It has become more of a treat to do this now. I'd definitely come here again, though. Dont forget to log your car reg number in at the screen at the entrance to avoid a parking fine!

Really happy with my experience here, the staff were really helpful, especially Amaan who helped me with my order a was very polite and professional. The seats are reclining and the Natchos and Cheese are delicious. I tried the chips out today and was impressed. Overall really happy to have this quality cinema in Bradford. Thank you Odeon.

Gorgeous interior, good quality food, nachos are mediocre but otherwise good food. Wonderfully comfortable seats with loads of leg space should you need to move in front of people while reclined. Staff are happy to offer help should you need it.

Beware of the seats you select! Love the Odeon at Bradford but when booking the seat it didn't advise there would be an obstruction to the screen, I'm 6ft and could not see the full screen. Its a nice cinema but beware on screen 2 where you book.

Excellent screen 7 isense . Great picture and oh the sound was brilliant. Shame they have such high prices for popcorn and drinks. Also downer I got a coffee from there but that was a Costa machine coffee and it was only just lukewarm.. won't get a coffer there again.

Must be my age but the vast self service foyer was not good vibes for me. But I guess it saves time. Good to see the place busy and it was quick and efficient. Only seat I could get for Oppemheimer was front row recliner, but this was great.

It has plenty of screens, including large ones. The customer service was good. I would definitely recommend it if you live local. Comfy reclining seats which is so nice compared to other cinemas. Table for my popchips and cans of cherry coke! Really clean inside, volume was a bit loud but this is why I always sit in the middle away from the walls; the cinema is always loud! 😃

I came to see Spider-Man with my deaf sister, and I got to say I'm really impressed! The staff is very friendly and polite, I was served by a young lady called Liv. As she proceeded to bring our snacks she asked how to say enjoy your day in sign language; she then signed thank you and it made our day. It's such a nice small gesture that made us both so happy. Definitely a visit to remember. Other than this, the movie was great and cinema well taken care of.

Nicely laid out and appealing cinema, set in a small complex of restaurants and immediately adjacent to a Pure Gym. It has the usual recliner seats, allowing plenty of room between cinemagoers and great screens. Plenty of free parking but make sure you register your number plate before you watch the film. Snacks are too expensive.

Good experience, staff were attentive and film was okay. Just the price of going is a little off-putting, but I'd say worth it for the few times I go to the cinema, to have a recliner spacious seat with a table for your snacks. Don't forget to enter your reg number into the display after the payment counters to avoid paying any parking fees!

This was our first time back in a cinema since the start of covid, me and my daughter really enjoyed the film, but unfortunately screen 7 was like sitting outside it was that cold i even went to the car to get winter coats and blankets to keep us warm. There was quite a few people who complained about it and we were apologised to and given tickets to use on any film.

We visited on a Tuesday evening and found the screening was around half full. Tickets were pre booked online with seat reservations. The cinema was clean and the refreshment shop was well staffed. I’m a big guy but the seats were large and comfortable. The seats reclined, but I would have liked it more if they reclined a little further (like at the Showcase Leeds Cinema).

We were served by a young lad (I think his name was Barnaby- something quite interesting like that) and it was incredible service. So lovely, chatty and helpful. Then we needed to speak to the manager regarding a query and he was also so helpful! Definitely recommend!

Experience was great, although my seat did not function. I mentioned it to staff after the movie had finished and after they checked the seat they kindly compensated me with tickets to return again. Kids really enjoyed it, I would say it's definitely worth visiting this Odeon for an extra special treat x 🎬

This is an excellent cinema at a very convenient location. Parking was ample, but don't forget to enter your car reg at the kiosk when you get inside! We went on a family outing and really enjoyed the movie. The seats were recliners at the Luxe, and therefore very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back and I'd recommend to others too.

Very nice place to watch movie. The seats have recliner and are very comfortable. Coffee machines didn't work and I had to get refund for tat. Other than that I loved the over all experience in this place.

This is my son's and my favourite cinema, we love coming here. Friendly staff, little expensive but worth it. Sweet popcorn with 3 toppers is the best 🍿🎬

Great cinema Always clean Staff fantastic. One in particular deserves a special mention as her customer service is exemplary. Her name is Shaila and she cannot do enough for you … always makes my son and I very welcome …. A real credit to you and firm old fashioned customer service values.
