Was recommended to try this place. Ordered a take away. The staff were extremely helpful as it's my 1st time to order. Placed a pretty decent size order. Was done in 20 mins. When I try somewhere 1st I try to order as many different varieties. The burger was delicious. A very decent portion the pizza was on par. The milkshakes were very tasty. O don't usually drink milkshakes but finished mine off.

The food is very nice but their worker whose name is Israr is the most rude and impolite person I have ever seen in food business. I have been a regular customer of YFC denton and order food from yfc atleast twice a week. Today when I ordered the food, wings were not fresh so I called to let them know as a valued customer and the phone was taken by Israr who was extremely rude and started misbehaving with me and saying why are you calling me to tell that. He even said that i should not give any order again as he wont accept it. I just called as I felt I should give my feedback to them as most food takeaways value feedback. I feel I should put this on here to let other people know especially the owners of yfc denton not to keep such rude people on their outlet who do not know the value of respecting regular customers.

This place is amazing, my go to place when it comes to chicken beats KFC hands down. Perfect food every time and amazing value for your money. They have a large selection and some great box deals. The gourmet burgers are to die for, the pizzas are delicious (light and fluffy base) and they do some really good milkshakes. All in all I highly recommend this place to everyone, you’ll be pleased with the price and delighted with the food

Asked to make extra four strips after ordering on phone for pickup charged me extra £2 odd instead of just making 10 piece meal and it's not like was ready when I got there. Bit sly!! No Iman dear Muslim brothers.Reply to your answer ,this has just confirmed for me what I thought happened when your colleague was telling you and you ignored him and put it in as separate order so could you change me extra for same thing regardless if I asked or not even though I did you should have done that for your customer. And when replying to this, normal business would just apologise and said something like that was an over sight from ourselves we should offer best value for money but sometimes we may miss things.

First time we've tried this place, good food, good service. We got a couple of the dipped burgers, spicy wings and strips...absolutely spot on. We will definitely be back.

Disappointed.. wouldn't give 1 star... Kids strip meal freezing cold peri salt on the chips he didn't like... Donner mashup box freezing no onions or peppers in it or salad also no sauce as requested soggy cold chips and there was no chicken in there like stated!!!! Chicken wrap was nice but again all cold

Been in on my way home from a few nights out. First time, boss man let me off over a quid as I was short. Wouldn’t even take the difference back on my next visit. The food is great and everyone is friendly. 10/10

We order from here ALL the time and never had a problem with any order the food is ALWAYS on time always delicious always hot and fresh and the pizza 🍕 😋 is to due for I reckon the pizza's from here put pizza hut to shame 😋 I love this takeaway it's by far the best around 💯💯💯💯

Food is absolutely incredible. Had the spicy dip dip burger, chips and BBQ wings. So fresh and tasty. Great value for money. The chips were banging. Food arrived absolutely piping hot. This will be our go to chicken shop from now on.

Passing by and popped in for a burger at iftari time. The place was clean, staff were polite and helpful. I ordered the house burger. Food was freshly prepared whilst I waited patiently. Wow what a burger, enjoyed every bite. Definitely recommend

I've Knocked a star off my previous review because tonight we ordered online in advance and arrived at YFC to pick our order up. They weren't aware of it.. they found it still on the printer 🙄 Food was good as usual though 👍

Food was lovely! Bread was fresh, chips are amazing, burger was just lovely, place was clean and would defo recommend!!

Ordered some chicken and chips with my sister, the order for chips arrived OVERLY salted. The call handler was assuring us we didn’t put ‘no salt’ on the order. They are failing to understand it’s not that we didn’t want salt, it’s that they OVER salted it and it’s not edible for us or the children to eat as they will fall sick. We have binned it as they are refusing to take the order back or even try it. Instead of accepting responsibility and apologising the call handler said in a blunt tone he can’t do anything about it and his manager said we didn’t opt out for salt. Not sure what type of ppl they hire as they couldn’t comprehend what we’re saying.

Since new owners the food is disgusting especially the chicken. They've changed the portion sizes an prices have risen. I would not be bothered if this was nice food. Ordered a wing meal it came in southern fried pieces rather than actual wings. Had nothing like this before! The food came cold.

Me and my family waited too long for the food to arrive after placing the order online as we were fasting we were given the time frame of 45 mins to 1 hour. 1 hour had passed and we called as anyone would in this situation and I was asked if this was for ramadan to which I replied yes it is, the person on the phone stated I had to put in the comments that I want the food before iftar so they can send out deliveries at 8pm. If this was the case, this should clearly be stated on the website or at least operate your business according the time given on your website or have that changed. The food arrived 1 hour 30 mins later after being told its going to take 5 mins when we first called. Only for it to be left next to our rubble bags that were there due to ongoing housework. We questioned both drivers at this point who said due to covid they had to. It wasnt left on the doorstep as advised by covid regulations it was near the rubble bags. The doorstep was completely clear. We were disappointed over and over again and we were provided with the option of "free food" which I find absolutely hilarious and in some cases may work as a means to save your reputation. But we wanted respect and some responsibility to be taken both with your timings and how you deliver food. We have always been a returning customer but after this, we will no longer look to order after being treated this way.
