Today I visited a premises selling your sandwiches, to find the sandwiches were £4 each extortionate prices but been heavily pregnant and extremely hungry I paid this price for 2 sandwiches, one for myself and one for my husband. Again I'm hungry and pregnant, I start to eat my sandwich (egg mayo) to find a live spider crawl out of one of my sandwiches, and actual LIVE spider crawled out of the sandwich!! Safe to say I did not eat this neither did my husband, so wasted £8 and still starving hungry. This is absolutely disgusting, I do not expect to purchase any food to have a live animal/insect crawl out preventing me from eating this, I am appalled by your products.

You will never eat a worse sandwich than an Urban Eats sandwich. I work at a university and we used to have a really great selection of things for lunch. Now the Union has gone for Urban Eats only and if I don't bring my own lunch I just have a bar of chocolate instead. Dry bread, no filling, all the vegan options have fake cheese or fake mayonnaise in and are as close to inedible as you will get. Don't bother wasting your money.

A 1 star is possibly too generous - something that isn’t generous is the amount of filling inside the sandwich! Of course it made it look like a generously filled sandwich but opening it up and seeing the ‘real amount’ - hideous!

THE WORST SANDWICH I HAVE EVER EATEN. BLT from Queen Mary's hospital Sidcup. Totally flavourless with an unacceptable lack of filling. I couldn't even finish the first half as it was like chewing mush. I actually found it funny when I read other people's reviews because an overwhelming percentage had also out negative reviews. Stockists should stop ripping customers off by stocking UrbanEat products.

Worst ploughman's sandwich I've ever bought. Smallest amount of dehydrated tomatoes, old lettuce, pinch of pickle and bread that thin you could use it as toilet paper. Right where this excuse for a sandwich belongs. The toilet. awful awful awful

Bought a wrap a few weeks after coming out of hospital. Literally worst wrap I've ever had. Virtually no filling and of what filling there actually was, was dry and tasteless, plus way overpriced. Not have litterally just left weatherby services, only shop left open was whsmith and the only sandwich choices were urban eat.. Thought I'd play is safe and get the cheese and onion, because surely no one can mess that up. Boy was I prices wrong. Never again mind.

I work at a school where urban eats have been providing school sandwiches. The sandwiches are completely dry, no butter at all although it states on packaging that it has salted butter and the bread is very stale. Absolutely disgusting to serve to children for lunch and totally unacceptable.

Unfortunately the sandwiches are good, if you can get them on the day they went on sale. I often find that stockists in my area, A303, I'm a hgv driver are selling yesterday's sandwiches, even again today, bought at 10.30 in cartgate station on A303, just opened now and its obviously yesterday's sandwich, cardboard bread, wilted tomato and lettuce, a complete waste of money. I will in future avoid this brand of sandwiches as this is an all too familiar scenario.

Expensive for a sandwich but there were no alternatives and I was hungry. Chose the BLT. Use by was today's date but found the bread to be quite dry. Disappointed to find a minimal amount of bacon strategically positioned at the cut of the sandwich and none anywhere else. Very deceptive & dishonest. Shame on Urban Eats for that!!. Will not purchase your product again. 😠

Panini ham and cheese should be illegal to sell it under that name a tiny piece of ham and even less cheese. It’s laughable. Urban eats shouldn’t be making sandwiches Terrible

Sadly really poor. I purchased a sandwich from the ladies at teh WRVS at a hospital. to be honest there was very little filling and the breasd was not that fresh. Sadly I wont be supporting the WRVS going forward.

Vegan cheese sandwich has no spread - no idea why they made this decision. So dry without spread. Awful.

Bought an in-date sandwich; it’s covered in mould and cost £4.

Bought an Urban egg and bacon sandwich at Victoria services on the Cornwall dual carriageway. Alas, no bacon at all, just a thin layer of some sort of egg mayo paste on some tasteless bread!

Had to give one star to write this otherwise would be none. If your that hungry your thinking about one of these sandwiches don't. Save yourself money and by a loaf of bread it will have the same nutritional value

Absolutely awful. Chicken and Smoke ‘flavour’ (?) bacon. So vinegary it was inedible. I’d rather go hungry.
