Best coffee shop in Bradford. Maybe I should stop spending £5+ every morning on a coffee and save for a house like all the Gen X’s keep telling me to do…but the service is just too great to miss! The staff never fail to make me smile and brighten up my morning, and from what I’ve seen, remember almost everyone’s name and order. Thank you team Bradford!!!!❤️

I come here often but recently I haven't been experiencing a good service. Whenever I ask for a customisation, I never get it. I don't get why you guys don't do that right and I hope I don't get charged extra for the customisation I never get. Also one of the times, just a week or two ago, I felt patronised, the worker was treating me like a child. I hope things improve otherwise this place is great but the service is getting poor.

This is not my first time here but had a good experience today, so thought to share. Ordered some caramel drink and staff was caring enough to offer me some water. Guess she saw how hot I looked😂

I was served by Sarah, Louisa and narya(sorry if I butchered your names its been a long day!). The atmosphere was perfect and the entire team was jovial and engaging, I felt comfortable and im sure everyone else in store did too. Its truly impressive to see this kind of work ethic in retail considering the holiday season and its hardships,coming from a fellow coffee maker i get how hard it can be. Everyone on shift deserves plenty of recognition as they've made my day and I couldn't help but laugh along, it was very contagious:)

Met my friend for a hot chocolate and a chat. The staff were very polite and helpful. The drinks were the same as all Starbucks.

I thought the staff were great and they have a good selection of food and drink but the toilet was awful it's dusty and needs cleaning and modernising. The restaurant needs a face-lift it looks shabby. I wouldn't want to spend that kind of money to sit here. Although my daughter loves it!

The lady working here was so friendly and helped me choose a drink. My complaint is that the poor staff are absolutely overworked. There’s nowhere near enough staff so the whole place is constantly filthy with old drinks sat out most of the day.

My first visit to Bradford. On my journey I found Starbucks, which was tucked away and rather hidden. I walked past at first as I couldn't tell if it was open or not. Food was great and so was the coffee and customer service. Thank you.

The coffee is amazing and it's quite too which is good for work or study and the drinks are amazing the customer service is also amazing best part is they have food for people who are gluten free

Staff here are amazing. Always helpful. Especially the girls working in the morning that know my coffee order by default. The baristas here make the best coffee! The First Sip hits the spot every time! Well done you all

This store has become my go to for a Starbucks in Bradford. My drink is difficult to get right but whoever makes it at this store has been doing an excellent job. With other stores I find they put too much white mocha syrup and not enough Matcha. Staff are always friendly, would definitely recommend.

Nice hot chocolate, frappacino and food but the toilets let the place down! No soap, no toilet roll, dirty floor and generally untidy 😩

I enjoy all Starbucks coffee shops. This one is good most of the time, but it can get quite busy, crowded, and the tables aren't always cleaned.

We visited today a group of five.Very busy place,nice and cosy. I been there before. This time we had just cupuccino, 5 medium cups.paid 16 pound something is okay but what about taste? Honestly I didn’t liked it.

Just ur regular Starbucks, the decor was a bit dated. There are coffee shops around town with more aesthetic decor. Very tight not suitable if u want to go work. Especially when it gets busy with people ordering. Other than that the drinks are the same staff were lovely.

As an Italian i prefer stronger coffee taste, but overall it's a very nice place.. Also, the staff as well was very sweet and nice. As a tourist or digital nomad, I just didn't like the "bitter" price.. Compared to other countries, here in UK, Starbucks is quite expensive.. So that left me a bit thoughtful. For example in Turkey / Istanbul, Starbucks prices for coffe cups are much more reasonable, so they are full of students and digital nomads who hang out in such places.

Home atmosphere. Excellent coffee. Very nice and clean. Very good service. Facilities for disabled. Close to the Interchange and Taxi rank. I recommend highly.

Staff are always friendly and fast. Most know me and my order even if I wear a mask at busy times. My latte is ALWAYS perfect as is the Cinnamon Swirl.
