The cafe took a bit of finding and even when I was stood outside it I wasn't sure as it looked like an office unit. Very pleasant and welcoming inside. Nice music. I ordered tea which was served by a pleasant young man. It was served with hot milk and brown sugar which i thought was unusual. I didn't order food as I had already had lunch. There was plenty on the menu and I will be returning soon to try something.

An excellent cafe hidden down a side street on the border of Shipley and Saltaire with a yoga studio underneath. The food is all vegan. We ordered a mezze platter and as all the food was prepared on site and fresh it wasn't the cheapest, but totally worth it. We enjoyed every type of food in the platter and some items were outstanding. Will absolutely be going again. Only criticisms would be to rethink the drink choices a bit and possibly the seating as I can imagine some people may prefer cosy tables for two rather than larger tables. Accessible with a lift. Wish I'd had a piece of the cake!

Best chips in the north! Wonderful service, amazing food and a great atmosphere, 10/10 will be coming again. Had the Mexican tempeh burger and the Smokey Tempeh wrap, both were excellente 👌👌👌

Saturday April 30. Restaurant half full. Mostly elderly yoga refugees having lattes. Waited 30 minutes for the £25 meal. A salad. Went to enquire where the meal was. Was abruptly told by the waitress there was only 1 chef working. Rude. Meal finally arrived and was dumped on the table by waitress. The meal was bland. Service abysmal. Never going again. Namaste? A mess! Avoid.

This is the best place to go for lunch in Saltaire and Shipley. I have never had such delicious vegan food in my life until I visited the Dandelion Cafe. All dishes are properly tasty, well presented and is not overpriced at all. Hot drinks such as the spiced tea are worth trying. Staff is very friendly. Makes a difference in the area. Booking recommended.

We’ve visited twice In the last two weeks which speaks for itself really. A beautiful, welcoming cafe with a fantastic vegan menu, that also caters for gf diets. There’s a really nice range of small plates, bigger meals and sharing plates. The coffee is excellent. Dogs are welcome, and our last visit was with a 5 month old baby who was also made to feel very welcome.

I love the food created here. Such exciting flavours and combinations. People think vegetarian/vegan people have given up on joy or something, but all you taste at Dandelion Cafe is JOY! Most suited to those of us who like to take adventures in our food. Pictured here is my half eaten banoffee cake (I eat alot of cake and this was amazing, reminding me of the ground almond based cupcakes that Sunshine Bakery Chapel Allerton used to specialise in) and also the avocado on sourdough toast with sesame and sumac. Make sure you squeeze that lemon over the avo, it's the BEST finishing touch for your taste buds. And a surprisingly stodgy dish. Just what I needed. The business owners are also active supporters/stockists of other indie producers. Absolutely brilliant.

A surprised find after our visit to Salts Mill. Tried its Mexican wrap, smoked tempeh wrap & tabbouleh today. The dishes are super fresh & full of flavour! Staff & chef are friendly.

I love this place. I'm raw vegan and they cater to me beautifully. The food is always spot on, the puddings are awesome, and the fellas serving when I get there are just wonderful! Thanks so much for feeding me all the lovely food.

Tucked away on a back street of saltaire is this little gem - tasty vegan food in a collective space. Good service and good selection. But still not sure about almond milk in coffee..

Incredibly moorish and tasty healthy options, we go here every time we are in Shipley, I personally always order the Dahl with Lemon Noodles. A must visit!

Amazing vegan food which is a short walk from all the touristy stuff to see. Dog friendly and yoga too. Especially recommend the Koran loaded fries!

Delicious food, high quality ingredients and lots of flavour. Conveniently located behind the small tesco in Sailtaire, lovely zen atmosphere and kind staff. The food was very fresh and the taste superb. They also sell ingredients that can be hard to come by, the best herbal teas and insence.

Very friendly cafe and the food is so tasty. Even though it's all healthy stuff there's no compromise on flavour.

I have celiacs so it can be hard finding places to eat, but Dandelion has such a wide selection of food that I love going there. It's all delicious, the staff are brilliant and friendly as heck, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Would strongly recommend :)

Love this place with a passion. Very obvious a very small team of extremely passionate and nice people doing their absolute best to serve super nice vegan food, all made from scratch. Food is delicious, service is excellent, everybody is ever so nice, the attention to detail in the space is phenomenal, the light, the plants, the music, the menu, the energy... everything is incredible. It's like a little oasis

They were very slow, it takes about 50 minutes from payment time and still they could not prepare one Felafel wrap and another wrap. When I asked one waitress did not apologise and just said we are very busy. Only a waitress with black hair said sorry. I get my money back with no food after 50 minutes. I do not recommend there especially due to their attitude and slow pace.

This place is very cosy and welcoming, especially on a wintery day. Semi-communal tables make for a very relaxed and social atmosphere. Charging as USB sockets are available but perhaps not ideal for working unless it was already quiet - my visit was on a Saturday lunchtime, so I probably saw it at it's most busy. Food was of a high quality and you can see right into the kitchen. Vegan diets and allergen sensitivities are well catered for, and all the staff were kind and willing to help. Lunch, including cake and coffee ran to around £20 per person. A very reasonable price for the quality of the food. A handful of steep steps just inside the front door, but there is also a platform lift available for level access.

Love this place, great vibes with a friendly touch. Lots of options to choose from. I opted for the Mezze plate and was not disappointed. Great coffee too. Well worth a visit 😋💯

Great vegan cafe. Food is always very good, I love the mezze, and the rest of the menu when I need a change. A good range of coffees and herbal lattes too. A good ambience to relax in, often with photographic exhibitions on the walls. On of my top places to eat!

Came here yesterday and had avocado on toast. Presentation was not the best but taste was amazing. I'll definitely come back.

Quite disappointed, visited for takeaway ordered one wrap which took over 50 minutes to receive, no communication during the wait and did not appear mega busy. If i'd have known we would have eaten elsewhere.

Great tasty vegan food. Tempeh wrap was delicious. Peanut chocolate slice was fab.

Great place for vegan food, but also for people who aren't vegan but happy to give it a try. Staff very helpful and very knowledgeable of Gluten Free and other things.

A hidden gem of a café. The setting is light and airy, and the decor catches your eye and draws you in. The menu seems mainly Israeli and Goan vegan in origin, with modern twists. We loved our bean and beetroot burgers respectively. The coffee was delicious. We will be back to try some of the rest of the menu ❤️

Loved the choice of dishes, and coffees/teas. All vegan - how lovely. My first visit, but not my last. Wish there was one nearer to where I live..!!✨✨😃
