Staff working on 25/08/23 refused hot drink on O2 priority Friday/Saturday- because it only stated free pasty or roll- but in terms and conditions- it also states “or any sized hot drink”. One of staff scanned voucher and stated it had expired- but hadn’t been used before. Staff have been working there a while so should know basic operating procedures of dealing with vouchers and what foods are included/not. We pay a lot of money to 02 on a monthly contract- to benefit from these perks and they are not free as such. I will be complaining to head office.

I have given this store a score of 2 stars, not because of the food as that was up to it's usual great standard. I was disgusted on the state of the store. The outside where the tables were, was full of wrappers and leftover food all over the floor, plus cigarette butt's. The inside was not much better, all of the tables were left dirty and people were having to wipe them off before they could sit down, plus the bin was overflowing. Come on Greggs, it only takes 2 minutes to wipe a table and remove rubbish. You could of had 5 stars.

Foods ok, nice staff.

Very small shop but some nice food , had a vanilla latte which was very good , I like the new Mexican vegan chicken free bake ( not sure why it mentions chicken if it doesn't contain it tho)

Majority of the staff are miserable, always out of sandwiches and usually only one person on the tills, occasionally no one at all

Easy location good for quick bite to eat

I bought my favourite as usual potato wedges with sweet chilli sauce it was delicious.

The sausage roll wasn't to bad, but the coffee has to be in the bottom 10% . I got there just after 9:30am the shop was a mess. Floor needed sweeping and a mop. The sandwich food fridge still had sandwiches and rolls from yesterday in it, and when they started filling it with today's food yesterday's just got pushed to the back

Greggs is the best place to come down to for a quick bite for lunch. I have been a returning customer of Greggs in Shipley for a couple years now and it has not disappointed me yet. I receive great customer service and find the food to be perfect in both portion size and presentation. Would love to return to Greggs for more wonderful experiences like these.

Best Greggs in the country. The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to always provide excellent customer service and quality products. I’m never disappointed with the service or products from here. The staff are very accommodating if you have allergies which is excellent - even if they’re busy they will meet you’re dietary requirements. The shelves are always well stocked even though they are very busy (likely due to them being so good!) Highly recommend this Greggs - thank you so much to all of the staff at this branch for your hard work and kindness!

Very quick service with plenty of choice, just ashame people in wheelchairs get there order from the door. Preventing other customers coming in and standing in the freezing cold until they have done. 🤦

Visited today to grab one of the new vegan sausage rolls. Got my paws on two. Really nice rolls, my only criticism is that they could have done with one more staff member to cope with the traffic in and out of the shop. The shop was clean and well presented with plenty of choice.

It's Greggs... It's the same as many other Greggs.. What do you want me to say! The sausage rolls here taste better than the next one? Nah.. Prefer the traditional cornish if I'm honest and the glazed ones, from Sparks

I'm not a big fan of Gregg's but they do sell a nice coffee, I've never eaten here so cannot comment on the food , as for the staff very friendly and helpful,it's always nice to be greeted with a big smile,I may try the food on my next visit.

Food was the usual no problems. But for a shop that opens at 6:30 to still not be open at 8:15 and for us all to be lining up outside waiting for our bacon sarny and coffee, surely that's a good 2 hours lost revenue. Didn't appreciate the long wait.

Love getting our coffees and pastries from here on a morning...even if there is a wait due to staff shortages and a little thing like a global pandemic!. Not one member of staff is grumpy, they always have a smile on their faces and we always have a good morning laugh which sets us up for the day, we wouldn't be able to function without our lattes and pain au chocolats. Fantastic store 10 stars.

They are always busy (a good sign) but the queue moves quickly. The staff are quick and friendly. There are only 4 x 2 person tables inside and 2 outside so it's not a place to sit for long. Good selection of cakes, sandwiches and warm snacks on offer. Hot and cold drinks.

I just bought a cappuccino and hot chocolate none of them were good only milk inside them no coffee no chocolate we had to throw both of them two men were working there they were not paying attention to the customers and they were talking to each other
