Unique Italian experience c/o Franco.

Great breakfast rolls and coffee to take out at reasonable prices. Smallish indoor and outdoor seating for food and drink.

Lovely little Italian/Polish deli/ cafe. Had a smoked salmon salad, white wine & coffee- all delicious & very reasonably priced. Friendly staff. I also bought some delicious homemade fruit cake to take home.

Was quite do too it been early I had a cupa tea host was realy nice and friendly would recommend this place when it's got a few more people in.

Surpassed my expectations. It is small and based on Bradford Road, but the food and drink was good, Covid guidelines followed and staff friendly. It was busy so suggest you book ahead. Coffee was really strong. Slightly disappointed to find shortage of lighter meals and Continental breakfasts absent from the menu but their specials salmon bagel was delightful.

We didn't book but the place didn't look busy as plenty of choice for seating. Outside was empty when we arrived as a party of 4 for breakfast. We ordered 2 big breakfasts and 2 salmon bagels. The owner (we think) came out and quite aggressively told us that there wasn't enough bacon for a big breakfast and that we would have to have small ones. Breakfast took almost an hour to arrive and when it did, the owner (?) said 'i'm not being funny but in future you need to book, I have too many people to serve' , he made us feel very unwelcome. If we had been told when ordering that they couldn't accommodate us as they were too busy (?) we would have understood and left but nothing was said and the order was accepted. The food was ok but we won't be returning.

Wonderdul international style cappuccino and the staff serving was lovely. Has a really nice, local vibe.

Best cooked breakfast I've had in a long long while. Perfect coffee. Nice relaxed vibe with lots of local regulars.

My friend and I visited Franco's Continental today, the 21st of December (2019). The place was packed, full of people eating, talking and generally having a great time . The food is fantastic. We had the King prawn Linguine and it was delicious.

Lovely meal and home cooked. Nice friendly staff too. Only a small place but we'll worth a visit.

That's not how you want to run business!!! I was out for a nice walk(bike ride) to Saltare, when I saw that place. My first impression was "great" , I was so happy, that I had a chance to get a "freshly grounded Italian coffee". Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do it, because after I entered that place, I ordered a single espresso, The man on the counter told me, that I can't stay, because I don't have cash and he will not accept card payment for just a few pounds. I completely understand, that sometimes small businesses are hard to operate and it is not worth it to accept card payment for small amounts. But they are much more polite and business oriented ways to tell that to your customers, especially that one, who visits your store for the first time! Do I recommend that place - no. Is the coffee good enough - no idea, could be, but it will be sour with that kind of service. Good luck

Four friends had a wonderful evening meal here. Delicious food, lovely service and incredibly good value. I highly recommend it.
