Tried Sainsbury’s cafe as a change from Morrison’s , bad mistake , you choose your pre cooked sandwich i.e a sausage sandwich ,, take it to the till ‘ they take it from you ‘spend 10 mins grilling it so it shrinks and dries out , the mrs ordered 3 sausage sandwiches and a toddlers pack meal £25 total , the only saving grace is that we all kept laughing at how bad it was , the staff are great , but the whole concept of pre cooked food along with the price sobers up the laughing ,,

Entrance to the cafe is exceptionally wide and direct from the large foyer between B&M and Sainsbury’s supermarket .Easy access for a wheelchair ,but I had considerable difficulty serving myself as I couldn’t reach over the counter to get anything . The chilled drink cabinet was partially accessible . Luckily a wonderful lady came over and helped me get what I needed .Grateful thanks to her. When I got to the till there was no one there!!! A member of staff did appear eventually and then carried my food and drink to a suitable table . Having looked around I was quite surprised at the low standard of a Sainsbury’s cafe. The decor and maroon colours and jaded furniture do it no justice and could really do with updating and brightening up .The cafe outlook is really good and even viewing the car park is pleasant as you can see the hills behind .

Nice little pit stop for a breakfast before the shop. Always order the big breakfast and out of dozens I have ordered only ever had one mistake which they was quick to sort out. Only advice is don't sit near the newspaper stand as you will have people trying to reach for a paper whilst you are eating.

Cleaner than its rival in Middleton, Leeds. The teacakes were hot and the cake was excellent. The only small niggle is the slow coffee machine. The coffee is excellent, but you could do with two three machines. It took a long time to make three cups of coffee.

I visit this cafe often. The coffee was nice but what is the obsession with air conditioning? It was freezing outside yet air conditioning was blowing. A the pages of a newspaper on my table were flapping about. I saw two ladies changing their table because of the draft. I visited yesterday and changed tables four times and still couldn't avoid the draft. Looks like I will have to vidit the nearby costas instead.

Very nice and helpful staff but we had a long wait despite the place being nearly empty and the food wasn't the best even though it wasn't exactly cheap.

Lovely lunch - had a slight problem with my order and the staff set everything right really quickly. Fantastic service.
