Make good coffee but need to sort out the store. It was a busy weekend and they were clearly understaffed. The staff were doing their very best to keep up with the orders but the wait time was quite lengthy. There was no-one cleaning the tables after customers had left so dirty pots were piling up. Toilets definitely needed a good clean.

A pleasant environment to chill out and enjoy a coffee while watching passers-by, sauntering up and down Brook Street.

Had a lovely coffee with my girlfriend , the two lads that were working there were so happy and polite ,I did mention this to them and they thanked me so much for the praise, they were also a colleague down so were under pressure with the amount of people coming for a coffee ☕ , so we'll done lads

Enjoyed the coffee and a table inside. Saw toilet being cleaned first hand by a smart courteous young man. Staff very attentive. A pleasant atmosphere

Stood in line to be order. Party taking orders ignored me, despite having to listen to her chatting away with the gentleman in front of ke for 4 minutes. She saw me. Left if they do not wish my money I take it elsewhere. Will not go again.

The staff were very kind and welcoming however I ordered a chai latte with oatmilk and was sorely dissapointed when it was served and made with normal milk. I had already left the establishment with my takeaway cup when I discovered this AND that there was several coffee beans unground in a chai latte that shouldn’t contain coffee as chai literally means tea. It tasted alright but unfortunately was not what I ordered, the quality was lacking and could cause discomfort for a lactose intolerant person ordering a lactose free drink.

Friendly staff, toilets filthy, eating area scruffy and cold, latte only just hot enough not to return. Only called as it was empty and cafe Nero next door was packed....we know why 😉

I came here with a group of Scouts after a long hike. I (and others from my group) ordered my drink to find that the staff were very kind and welcoming. Additionally, my drink was very good quality and came very quickly. I definitely recommend if you are nearby and fancy quick coffee!

Costa Plenty! Prices have inevitably increased across the range which will obviously have a knock on effect for those wishing to indulge in any treats with ones coffee. One can apparently accumulate enough coffee beans in the course of purchasing more than 7/8 coffees to earn a free drink but be penalised if purchasing any food item offered for sale i.e by paying the full amount . This applies to this particular Store only as all other Costas still apply this discount when we both purchase coffees. Although the Staff were busy this day we did raise this matter with them twice . In addition when one has a food item marked with a discount one expects that discount to be applied and not be told it was a mistake! Another point to make relates to the members of public who use this place to chill out, or to bring in their own food and drink without any purchase ,or to shelter from the rain, or to use the public convenience (which is a good thing due to the lack of facilities in Ilkley as you do not have to pay for it's use) Costa proves convenient for this service at least.

Great Costa with wonderful staff, very clean and great big windows and loads of room inside. My partner said the manager Shaunnah was a ray of sunshine.

Busy afternoon in town. Not been in this coffee shop before. The staff were well organised and there was a steady flow of customers. Tables were clean and cleared very quickly. Happy that this could be my alternative coffee shop when I lose my existing one

very ignorant staff, busy chatting. stood there for 5 mins with zero acknowledgement that we were even there, backs turned, natter natter natter. very poor . place had no customers so no excuse for this other than being a set of ignorant people.

We didn't have the food so I can't say if it was good or not, but the coffee was. Nicer environment the others I have been to. The decor etc was in keeping with the locality.

2nd visit here again. Always good standard quality food and drink, smily staff. Good parking good price by the hour, 20 yards opposite Costa. Nearly forgot to mention, main road parking for free, 1hr or 2hr, forgot. Anyway, it's a great place to visit and peruse the shops. 3rd visit later in the year.

Probably the cleanest Costa we have visited! Young team and they were all customer focused. The young lady who appeared to be in charge never stopped! What an industrious person. The food and coffres were excellent: piping hot and served with a smile.

There was no sanitiser available in the toilets for our half an hour stay. The toilets were not clean either. This is not acceptable, particularly when there is a virus in circulation. This wasn't helped by the fact that there were little staff available. Our table was very dirty too, where a plate and rubbish was left out by a previous customer. This is definitely one of the worst Costa Coffee's I've visited.

Wrong sandwich given (given to another customer and no more left of the one I had given them) cake also missing from order took ages to get served when we did the order was wrong. Not very good service.

Had a chai latte from here wasn’t very nice too much ginger was very strong I couldn’t drink it unfortunately. Definitely sticking to Costa coffee not chai latte in future
