I cannot begin to say how good of a night it is here. Absolutely without question a great atmosphere, good drinks, staff are hard pressed to be beaten. Breath of fresh air that they play alternative music instead of generic mind numbing tripe. 10/10 would smash again.

Great staff, great atmosphere, dog friendly, worth a visit

I've not been in for many years and it's been taken over since then. I had high hopes as it doesn't have a great reputation. I ordered Landlord and it was thick of cloudy floaters, the second replaced pint was a little better but still not a good pint. This was replaced by an alternative which looked ok but tasted terrible, in the end we left. The bar staff were good about replacing the beer but the pub needs to look into how they look after their beer.

My 1st visit for 30 years. Popular with the younger generation. Choice of real ales, which were well kept. Bouncers on the door...........

Staff are always welcoming on arrival and super efficient. Great beers on tap, well kept pool table and a tonne of screens. Keep it up guys!! P.s Can’t wait for the big refurb 👍🏼

Went there to see the football game. The mulled wine was delicious. We reserved a table in advance via email and when we reached there, there was a table with our name placard on there, so it was wasy to find. Not a lot of TVs in the place, not really a "sports" bar, but good ambience, good drinks, good service!

Can’t fault the place, had a fantastic afternoon, food was fab, staff were friendly with cheeky banter, don’t get that often now, love it, love it love it. See ya next wk peeps.

Had a great Saturday afternoon here watching the football scores come in drinking very good beer. It had a great atmosphere and staff were brilliant talking about the football scores as they happened. Obviously not overly busy on Saturday afternoon, but still plenty of people around.

New owners have killed it. No jukebox, £4 for 30 minutes of pool on a table they don't even have yet, can't even use the outdoor seating area. Turned a great pub into a soulless dive.

Large clean well maintained pub - very good beer @ £2.50 a pint on Wednesday - Excellent staff. Needless to say, a big thanks to everyone who served me 👍

Great pub. As a newby to the area it is a great place to go on weekends and meet people from the area. More than happy to call this my local.

Amazing bar, it's so clean, the staff are friendly and quick. Brilliant atmosphere. Couldn't ask for a better place to visit !
