Great staff, great food with vegan options and a beautiful function room with catering for a tenner a person. Great selection of stouts, lagers and ipa's and most importantly a good atmosphere.

Fantastic choice of mostly local real ales and craft jobbies. Friendly service, and the menu looks good for a future visit.

A great selection of craft ales. Knowledgeable, very friendly bar staff. Menu looked great and we'd wished we hadn't already eaten! Returning soon to try. Interesting, vegan Caribbean dishes included. Relaxed atmosphere. Toilets are upstairs,m so difficult for patrons with mobility issues. Highly recommended to bob in for a pint (or two!) and to sample the food.

Great food and prices. Only issue is wooden knives and forks.

Wow! I tried 3 beers, they were all off and basically vinegar, sort it out! Some of us are used to drinking good beer, not rotting swill. In reply to the comment below, I'm in Shipley on business, i tried 3 pale ales, they were all off, have a taste.

Brilliant pub. Been a couple of times now. The food is amazing, had a selection of tapas style Caribbean plates. They were all outstanding, and things not seen anywhere else. Love the choice of craft beers and cider. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming, and it’s dog friendly as well. Will definitely be back

Totally different pub. Amazing selection of beers and food, but in a different tropical atmosphere. Live music and lovely gin tonics too.

Efficient staff, good food, good selection of craft beers. Would sit further inside past the bar for a quieter visit.

Great little bar and Caribbean style food. Good beer, plenty of choice of gin and 'tapas' style small dishes of Caribbean food. The goat curry is delicious with rice & peas.
