Really nice dog friendly pub located on the river. Can get quite busy in summer and quite expensive but worth it for the views, overlooks Roberts Park.

Lovely pub with a great view overlooking the park. The food smelt amazing but I didn't get a chance to try it this time. Definitely going to be back in the future.

The view from the pub is amazing. The food was great. There were lots of people with their pets so definitely pet friendly. After a good meal, you can walk around the park across the river. Would definitely make it a stop for anybody visiting the area!

Went to the Boathouse for a late afternoon Lunch with the family. Ordered the Battered Fish and chips (see Photo). It was a great place with friendly service from the staff and served with a smile. Enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere. The views through the architecturally designed large minimalist windows added to the atmosphere of connecting to the outside space. The history of the boathouse can be felt through the building and the service was impeccable. I hope that a drinks menu can be introduced for the future for the restaurant area, everything else is available at the bar! Amazing Place!

Had chicken salad and fish and chips, they both are amazing. Wish they gave more sauce for the fish.

A great place to meet up with girlfriends for lunch. A good menu and my duck salad was light, filling and delicious. Service to clear our plates was slow but the staff were obliging and friendly.

Beautiful view of the river and nature surrounding. Inside is warm and easygoing atmosphere. After 20.00 no food served - so I couldn't feedback on this.

Went with my wife, son, his wife and grandson. The location is perfect - right on the river overlooking Roberts Park - but if you have restricted mobility, be aware that you have to negotiate a small series of steps to get to the inn. The food was alright, but I'd probably ask them to ease up on the jalapenos next time. It was good value too - five meals and drinks came to Β£60.

Surprisingly busy on a Saturday afternoon. We sat outside in the sun and had a lovely hour there. The park, cricket, and canal all make for great surroundings. The staff were great, and we were served quickly. Beer choice was excellent. Toilets clean. We had a very pleasant time here.

Delightful bar / restaurant situated on the banks of the river Aire with wonderful views of Roberts park. A good selection of beers which were quite pricey for a pensioner from Hull however a couple of Timothy Taylor's landlord was still extremely enjoyable. We never viewed the menu but several people were eating and the ploughman's lunch looked very inviting. We enjoyed a most pleasant experience visiting twice during our day there finding it peaceful and most relaxing.

We stumbled on this lovely pub as a treat for my husbands birthday as we were over that way for my little boys football. It looks amazing and is set in such a lovely spot. The only downfall for us was there was not a very good access point down the pub itself there are on steep steps. We had a pram with us so we had to carry it down which isn't ideal when it's near the waters edge. Apart from that brilliant service and wonderful food.

Met up with some good friends for a walk on the canal and called in here after for lunch. We all had the pies, chicken and leak and beef pie, with either mash or chips and vegetables. Really good value at Β£12 and plenty of gravy πŸ˜‹ x

The boathouse inn was amazing mainly as if you get a portion of chips there are quite large the only down side is my chips came with a ton of salt on but that doesn’t lower my rating, would come again 10/10 would recommend - claire

Great lunch had by all here on a day out in Saltaire. I chose the fish finger butty and wasn't disappointed. Excellent meal and service

Nice little place, depending on what time of day you go. Service was good but could improve. The food choices were poor. Nothing or little in stock for vegetarian or vegans. Hopefully, in a couple of months, Time I'll pop back to see if there's any improvement.

Wonderful gem by the river! I've been at the Boathouse before and this time brought guests who loved it too. Great choice of beers, food was delicious and the lady who served is was brilliant - so friendly and polite. Will definitely come back.

Was lovely to be able to sit inside & enjoy our meal looking out onto the river & be able to take our puppy in with us (who happily slept under the table after a long walk on the canal banking). The food was tasty & plentiful (my Husband particularly enjoyed his pie) & the service was friendly.

One of my regular spots, lovely selection of beers, superb cappuccino, friendly personnel, not too bad for a quick bite and amazing views! Recently renovated with additional tables, better food choices but still cozy πŸ˜‰

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and generous portion size. The service was friendly and helpful. The environment was relaxed, with quiet music that allowed for conversation, and a good view across the river.

Fabulous duck salad whilst watching the ducks swim on the river. Food and drink came in at just a smidgen over Β£10 per person. Was not over crowded. Very pleasant weekday evening.
