Really enjoyed a relaxed evening meal for 12. It was the day of my Mum's funeral & a great way to end on a more positive vibe in a nice atmosphere that evening before going our separate ways. Food was nicely cooked & well presented. We all had different and everyone seemed pleased with their choice. Desserts were particularly tasty. Loved my orange cake. We used to take Mum here with her grown up Grand & Gt Grandkids & I pictured her here previously in her happy space which is why I booked for this occasion.

My favourite Italian restaurant. Excellent food, service and drink. Staff are super welcoming and friendly. Lasagne is to die for. Angelos chicken special is unreal. Excellent venue for birthdays. As you can see the staff go the extra mile to accommodate your requests. We will be returning. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5*****

We have been going for years, over 10 years at both premises and have come to know Angelo, his family and Umberto well. They cater for our dietary needs wonderfully and we are always so happy with everything we have, in all the time of eating, spanning thousands of dishes. We have had one issue with a dish, we didn't complain, they noted it wasn't eaten as much... They noticed, asked, went away, and brought back a freshly cooked portion. Took it off the bill as well! That was in 2009. No problem since. Go, enjoy, it's fantastic food, great service, lovely surroundings and they're brilliant with allergies too.

I've recently moved to Baildon & this was my first visit. I cannot praise San Angelo enough. The service was excellent, the menu varied & the ambience lovely. Oh, & very good value too! This is somewhere my partner & I will be visiting in the future & on a regular basis too!

Surprised I haven't reviewed this before. Been here a number of times over the years and been fantastic every time. Menu has a wide array of choices, including a good specials board with plenty to choose from. Pizza's amazing Steaks, probably some of the best I've had, especially with some of their sauces that you don't get in other places, e.g. diavolo. Had other stuff such as seafood, stroganoff, ribs, and much more, enjoyed absolutely all of it. Price is reasonable for all items on the menu, but expect to pay a little more of course for your steaks - not a criticism, it's well priced for what it is, just an observstion. If I had a criticism, it would be that the seasonal veg that comes with some meals can be a little overdone. Would highly recommend 👌

Great atmosphere, fabulous food , lovely staff , a place to go and let the stress of life disappear , I love the terrace outside , now I have to go visit Italy , keep up the amazing work , my daughter had a fantastic time .🥂🍷🎂

Easy. If you like good food, then this is the place to enjoy it. A visit will only confirm my comments. Don't waste time going to San Angelo!!!

A bit of a punt as we were staying locally and this friendly restaurant was a great find. Fabulous food and service. We will definitely be back if we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our meal here. The service was fast and efficient and all the staff were warm and friendly. I would like to have the option to order different side dishes. The main course came with new potatoes, carrots and green beans. I couldn't see the option to order something like sautéed potatoes or jacket potatoes. Lovely place and we will be going again.

I was really excited to go to this Italian and was really let down. An older female member of staff with blonde hair was grumpy on arrival. Then it got even worse when I moved my chair to face my partner, as the same member of staff told me to sit back where it was originally placed as they had a larger party arriving and there wasn't room. There clearly was room as another member of staff kindly helped us move the table after she saw what was happening. The older woman was then shaking her head at us. When challenged by my partner if there was an issue, she said no very moodily. The other party arrived and one of them clearly had Covid (not that this was the restaurants fault) We went there ready to splash out on a lovely Italian romantic meal, but instead we had a main and left as soon as possible as we felt very unwelcomed. We will never be going back again!!

Staff talk amongst themselves. Not attentive at all. Poor table service and well below any average of true Italian meals. Will never go again and would sorry to say avoid. Poorest Italian meal I have ever had. So disappointed

What a perfect night for my missus Karen's 60th. Food was out of this world, atmosphere was perfect, and the staff were so accomodating to Karen's altzimers, no rush no nothing. Mind you the dessert with the sparkler in it, scated the s*** out of her. Angelo and your staff are the best of the best. Thank you all. Chris

I have been going here since it was just called Angelo's and was in Bradford town centre. There food has always been fantastic. On my last visit there was a party of 18 of us and everyone of my family and friends agreed how great it was and that they were looking forward to their next visit. A massive thank you to Angelo and staff for another wonderful evening!

San Angelo has become one of my favourite places to eat out for a treat. Always excellent food. Not just pasta smothered in tomato or bechamel sauce but tasty and perfectly made pasta with delicate fillings. Good wine and friendly staff, with smart but relaxing surroundings.

I was there for my 50th birthday on 12 January ... I couldn't have asked for better service or food! Fresh pasta, EXCEPTIONAL service and amazing ambiance. Thank you for making my day; being 4800 miles away from my American family ... you made me feel special for a milestone birthday and I thank you for that!

We had an absolutely fantastic evening for my sister's birthday. The service was exceptional! The staff were attentive, professional, and an absolute pleasure.
