Amazing fresh food. Polite staff. Reasonable cost. Loved it. Been back now on 3 occasions and loved the food and service each time.

We had a family meal to celebrate our grandsons birthday - he choose the restaurant as it is one of his favourites. We chose the buffet which is a selection of any dish from the menu freshly cooked and served in a small portion, and you can order as many dishes as you can eat. By ordering one or two small portion dishes at a time a meal can have a mix of flavours and textures which is a true Far East style of eating and makes an excellent meal. I had several dishes with a mix of chicken, pork, beef, and rice/noodles as well as soup and starter dishes. By being served in small quantities the food was always fresh and hot, and the intervals between dishes when new choices were ordered helped the enjoyment of the meal. A particular advantage is the opportunity to taste a dish you have never eaten and would not normally order with the small portion ensuring minimum waste if not liked. As a family of five we had an excellent dinner. The staff were attentive and orders taken/dishes served very efficiently. I highly recommend the restaurant, the food is excellent, and if you are adventurous I also recommend trying the buffet and sampling dishes you might not usually buy.

So 3x they have messed up orders now we ordered boiled rice with our order and never got it the previous 2x they sent wrong things. This is now the 2nd time that we have had just under half a tub of curry sauce. Food cold yet again. Will never be ordering here again. They are an embarresment to the Chinese food ordering cluster for the UK. RIDICULOUS

Been here a few times now. Pleasant atmosphere. Very clean. Food is of a very good quality and freshly prepared not overpriced and good value for money. Would recommend

Went yesterday evening with my husband and daughter for her birthday, wonderful staff and food will definitely be coming back again. We’ve struggled to find a good Chinese takeaway nearby but we thought we would come here and it was 100% worth it. Got the buffet and I left almost too full to walk. We had a new dish, I think it was China Thai beef and I absolutely loved it, ordered 3 portions! Definitely recommend

So we placed an order at 7pm. It is now 9.37pm and still haven't received my order. I understand its a bank holiday and takeaways are busy, but nearly 3 hours is just ridiculous.... if they can't accommodate all the incoming orders, we should have been notified earlier so we could cancel and order elsewhere. Not happy with this service at all. If a full refund is not given then i won't be ordering from here again.

Never again! First time ordering take away. Had one main of the two ordered missing. Contacted them to advise and they apologised and said they ‘were busy’. Had to ask for the missing main to be delivered as it was not offered. That was over 90 minutes ago and still waiting!!! We basically paid £8 for a portion of chips!!! They must be making a good profit if they take your money and don’t actually give you anything in return!!!

The food isn't an acceptable standard, the "curry" had the consistency of water and looks like any coconut milk that may or may not have been used had split. The food smelled like gone-off sour cream too. I've used this place a lot in the past, and the last 12 months it has gone really downhill. Won't use again

China Thai Fever , the name increases my apetite whenever i hear it , from the day I had lunch with my Thai friends in this restaurant I became their regular customer . Always serve fresh and tasty food specially the Soups are my favourite. Must try everyone

If you order from China Thai Fever in Shipley esp if you use an app - don’t! Ordered last night - food no show - no answer on phone. Then saw that many others with same recent experience and people even going to check and it was closed! Used many times in past but something going on there. Had to fight with Deliveroo a LOT to get refunded - other reviews saying lost their money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT eat at or order from this place. Food is overly salty, the chips were black due to them cooking rotten potatoes. The chicken was pink and clearly inedible. The “crispy beef” was just chunks of beef swimming in water. Rang up to complain about the standard of food, convinently the manager wasn’t in to speak to. They offered no compensation and were more than rude on the phone.

I'm afraid I won't be going back here again, the food wasn't great. My Thai ribs were not Thai at all, more like Chinese spare ribs!! Our starters arrived at our table separately. My main meal was completely missed off when the food arrived at our table , not sure how this happened as we were the only customers in the restaurant. The waitresses were a little clueless (not their fault as this looked like lack of training). overall very disappointed.

If I could rate it a zero I would. There was METAL found in the rice, the chips were black, as in cooked more than once, the chicken balls were greasy, overall it wasn't worth it. The child that delivered my food and answered the phone, so young.. do not recommend.

We got there and felt the waitress was in a rush. Another couple came in and left rapidly complaining loudly it was dirty. We then started to look around and it was really dirty. The waitress then brought our main courses out and we hadn’t had our starters She then brought the rice out for our starters. We just got up and left. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Ordered for delivery. When the food arrived it was cold as it was late. All the dishes tasted the same and the meat was tough. Ate what we could stomach then had to bin the rest. Will definitely NOT be ordering from here again

Genuinely one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The floor was filthy, the napkins and table cloths were stained. The food was atrocious, it did not taste fresh in the slightest and was disgusting. This restaurant used to be very good, I’m not sure what has changed but I would avoid it like the plague. The staff were very apologetic and I felt sorry for them as I got the sense they knew how bad the food was.

Ordered takeaway. The first one had over microwaved tough prawns and no sign of spring onion or ginger. It was replaced and redelivered. Hence gave them an extra star, Prawns better but still no spring onions but hurrah ginger. Very disappointing. Will be finding a new Chinese takeaway.

Regular takeaway customer and can say that we have never had a problem with the food. Generally order by phone then collect on the way home. Rang to place an order and the call was answered by somebody who asked us to hold on. They hung up. Tried to call back but it rang out. Decided to place the order on their website. Arrived to pick up our order to be told by the person at the door that they had closed early. No contact to say they had cancelled our order, no apology and didn't seem to be bothered about the inconvenience. Off home for cheese on toast. Regular customer lost

Awful. It didn't used to be this bad... I never complain but I couldnt eat it.. It smelt of cat food. They charged us full price even though non of us ate much at all. My main course.. Thai red curry had no veg and was like sludge brown soup. Never again!

First time visit, was welcomed with a ‘come here’ and the over hearing staff speaking to the manager if they are getting paid for tonight…Ouch sounds like a rough place to work… The food wasn’t great everything very greasy and heavy, when we was asked if everything was ok I mentioned it taste like it’s been cooked in dirty oil-think the waitress didn’t know what to say so just didn’t do anything about. When food came it was at good pace. The food was quite low quality for the price. Left feeling very disappointed and the taste of dirty oil in my mouth. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Absolutely waste of time, have ordered food from there numerous times, use to be a reliable delivery service, last time I ordered the delivery took 2.5 hours to arrive, nobody answered the phone after God knows how many calls. When the food did eventually arrive, I asked the delivery driver to take it back, because it had runied our Saturday night with the kid's, never got a phone call to apologize or a refund. Will never order food from them again

The food was of a standard so low that Google won't allow me to use the words of a similar standard to describe them. The service was bad at best. The atmosphere... if dirt, silticky floors, and grime are your think then I'd say yay, otherwise wipe your feet on the way out

Wow what can I say, booked for 8pm when we got there we were the only people there so could sit anywhere, couldn't find a seat that wasn't stained but worse was as you walk around you literally stick to the floor, the place is flithy and has a smell about it, the young wairess was abit shocked when we said we were leaving and couldn't eat here. Filthy place sta.y away.

Ordered and payment way taken bank holiday and a email confirmation received to say delivery would be 1730 Monday 1at May but they were closed. Tried calling waited a couple of hours and drove to location to find it closed. Food turned up on Thursday and it looked like it had been cooked on Monday.

Friendly staff . We had the all you can eat buffet food was good reasonably priced.

The first time we ordered it was really nice but the second time literally everything smelt like sea food and tasted like fish, the chips, the chicken balls even the chicken curry. The restaurants response was "every one has their own recipes" what for chips and chicken that tastes like raw fish?! Avoid this place.

Ordered via Uber Eats, delivery driver didn't knock or ring doorbell so once we discovered food had been left at the front door, it was cold. I called the restaurant and they didn't give a toss, stating contact Uber!!! Certainly NOT what you would call good customer service, I will not be suggesting them to friends or ordering from them again.

Very disappointing all around, The order was over an hour late, without us being notified. The food was over cooked to the point some was inedible. The duck pancakes didn’t come with the hoisin sauce and although we ordered on the website we didn’t receive the additional items stated. Which may have been a good thing as our 7 year old has spend all night being sick since.
