One of the best parks in the Bradford District lying within UNESCO heritage sites of Saltaire🏘️ On the doorstep of Salt's Mill with 1853 art gallery featuring David Hockney's art.🎨 Lovely views to river Aire, newly refurbished natural play area

Stunning park with a river running through it. Well maintained lawn, kid and pet friendly, and also has a café. The entrance of the park has a stunning view of the Salt Mill and the waterfall. We also managed to catch the Saltaire Cricket Club playing as well.

Local people are very lucky to have this lovely park to enjoy. Lots of seating, nice cafe with seating, Band stand, Cricket pitch. Well maintained too. Lots of families out enjoying themselves. Love the Alpacas, so did the children, sitting on them and pulling up bits of grass to pretend feed them!

Great place for adults and kids, especially through the summer holidays! The grounds are well kept, and the play area is great fun. There's everything you can think of, including a zip wire! There's a cafe for coffee and ice creams etc, what more could you want. Tip for parents.... the ice cream van only takes cash, so if you want to pay by card, then walk to the little cafe on the grounds as they do really nice ice cream there anyway!

A great place just to chill out and relax on the banks of the River Aire. Across the river bridge from the park, is the beautiful historic village of Saltaire. Also Salts Mill and the lovely United Reformed church, where Sir Titus Salt is buried. Saltaire railway station which is on the Airedale train line provides handy connections to the nearby Cities of Bradford and Leeds, along with connections to Keighley, Skipton and beyond. It is also possible to change trains at Shipley train station to connect with the Wharfedale train line for services to Baildon, Guiseley and Ilkley. You can also change at Keighley, for the Keighley and Worth Valley heritage steam railway. There is also the historical Shipley Glen Tramway on the other side of Roberts Park which runs upto Shipley Glen and Baildon Moor, and also nice walks to be enjoyed along the Leeds Liverpool canal which passes through Saltaire Village.

A spacious and beautiful park. There is a lot of ground to cover and even if you live in the area I guarantee the entirety of the park has not been fully expored. There is a play area and the lighting is beautiful at dusk and dawn as can be seen in the picture. I recommend to check this park out at this time. Cricket ground is spacious and wonderful as well.

It's a lovely park. Well maintained. Lots of interesting details showing info about the park and surrounding area. Only 1 negative I picked up on there is only 1 toilet that we saw in the whole park.

An afternoon walk on Shipley Glen then a trip down the Shipley Glen Tramway which has been running since 1895 after a short walk ended up in Roberts Park. A lovely clean park with bandstand and cafe. Will definitely be returning.

Quite large, expansive park with a lovely bandstand, sculptures, café, statue and cannons, lots of benches and trees. Right alongside the River Aire. A lovely green lung on the planet.

Scouting for some pike, trout and perch fishing. Looks like a great river, even in winter.
