First time we have been, easy access and parking. Plenty of shops to choose from, its one of the best retail sites I've been to in Leeds

A good place but does have some flaws. Lack of on site cash machine, meaning to get cash (if required) you have to travel across to Morriston, crossing what has to be a very confusing road setup. Also lack of toilets. To get your kids to the loo you have to go into a shop and ask nicely, hoping they have one, and more that they are then allowed to let you use them. The place itself would have easily had space to add them when built. Tbh it's my only real gripe..

Very busy. Lots of different stores Yorkshire drivers used to be so polite many years ago. If you come here be prepared to park quickly. There seems to be a wide range of shops. Some folks seem to be quite impatient these days. I minute or two of waiting is not the end of the world. But you should go visit and experience for yourselves.

Definitely 5 🌟 rating!! Very nice selection of shopping/shops to choose from - a large charity shop + Costa + The Range + Tanning Studio + Iceland + Pets at Home + Home Bargains + Smyth's Toys + Shoe Zone + a few others I unfortunately don't remember. There is also a Halfords and Morrison's close-by. Certainly worth visiting, it's a great shopping centre!!

Whoever designed this complex with one way in and one way out should not be allowed to design anything again. It was busy so we couldn't find a parking space like lots of other people and took nearly 20 minutes to get out.

Lots of shops to choose from but honestly the car park! It's like suburban mad max, no rules, "spaces" too tight, planners obviously just wanted as many spots in the available land. The festive season sees a whole new level of shenanigans so park in Morrisons and walk across!

My elderly mum went here. Met a friend coffee, had a nice long chat. Did some browsing and a bit of shopping. Then they fined her for parking there for more than 2.5 hours.

Good place for shopping with different types of good brands and shops, good car park and nice space

A useful shopping complex in the kirkstall area. However parking can be a bit tight, and nigh on impossible on Saturdays. It could use a food outlet aside from Costa Coffee

This shopping area provides for necessities of daily use for all ages. It has sufficient parking and accessibility for every type of customer. Food, crockery, cutlery, toys, garden sports, stationery, shoes and pets' requirements are available.

Went to collect a parcel from Smyth's toys but I don't think I would have found it without my Sat Nav.Having said that it was my first visit but I was pleasantly surprised at the number of stores at the outlet.

Very convenient for those who don't want to trek into Leeds for essentials. At the time of this review, the shopping park has a Pure Gym, a Home Bargains shop, The Range, an Iceland, a Holland & Barrett, some sports clothing and outdoor shops, a pet supplies shop, The Works stationery and children's shop, a Smyth's toy store and a Costa (the last 2 each have a restroom), as well as a tanning shop and a Cancer Research UK charity shop. It could use more food options as the Costa is often out of sandwiches and closes earlier than the rest of the shopping park.

Don't shop here if you're disabled, a month after you go you'll be fined over £100 for taking too long getting around them.

Called in here to get some supplies (beers) for me and the boys while filming a kayak video on Leeds/Liverpool canal for my YouTube channel More Than Just a Cleaner 👍😁

First time visiting, what a lovely area! Great choice of shops, laid out well and easy parking. The road system coming out was a bit confusing but other than that it was a lovely retail park.

I like this shopping complex. Good parking with a one way system, handy to run in and do a few messages. You can also get a coffee if you haven’t shopped for to long. Time limit on car parking.

Has just about everything you could need in a local retail park. Easy access, lots of parking and well lit on an evening.

Queuing to get in an out because of accident. Not easy access. Once your in only one escape route. Took an hour for cars to get moving, then only 4at a time being let thru on green light. If u must go, pick a quiet period.

I have waited 30mins to get out of Kirkstall bridge shopping centre, one way system is the main cause. also traffic light on exit didn't change to green at all, faulty traffic lights.

Surprised at how many large stores are both sides of the road huge car parks all stores have friendly helpful staff great place to wander around or do some serious shopping good bus links too.

Decent retail park and a good selection of shops. The only downside is that there isn't an ATM on site and as far as I'm aware, the only toilet is in Costa. Parking is generally not a problem but peak times can be a bit hectic, especially if everyone tries to leave at the same time.

It's a nice little shopping crentre, with some lovely shops, I like it here, but of the shops are a bit difficult for me to get in, I'm disabled, and have to use a mobility scooter, so some of the shops area no no. But there's a few.I can go in. It has disabled parking, but no public toilets.

Starbucks had a promotion on their coffee beans with a free drink with every purchase so i bought 2 bags of espresso beans and got 2 refreshing drinks for free i was so chuffed. The young girl behind the counter was so proffessional and helpful very polite and hardworking. I dont usually use the kirkstall store for my coffee beans i tend to go to the leeds train station store where the majority of staff are rude and ignorant but i will be going back to the kirkstall store in future especially on a friday for my coffee beans and free coffee. Thanks 10/10 & very professional staff and great offers x

It's a small "out of town" retail park - if it has the retailer you want, itall good. If it hasn't got the retailer you want, then tough, you're going to have to go elsewhere...

Includes all the amenities you might expect including a "midnight pharmacy" Boots for late night medicine runs as well as nearby spots for coffee (Starbucks; Costa; Morrisons café) or the harder stuff (Kirkstall Bridge Inn) if you're so inclined.

Not sure why most of the disabled parking spaces are blocked off. Not good especially as this shopping centre has a wonderful array of different shops.

Very narrow car parking spaces. Don't take your car here unless it's tiny or you don't mind it being damaged with other people's doors opening into yours

  • 1/5 Lee B. 1 year ago on Google
The parking is a joke. Every time I go here we end up stuck in the car park. The lights only let a handful of cars out at a time. On a busy Sat afternoon this results in gridlock. Avoid and park in Morrisons and walk over. Save an hour...

Nice area to shop for a Sunday weekend. There are Iceland, Topshop, homebargains and I obviously love M&S the most. Not to forget, they have a Costa coffee shop near the card factory and also a Starbucks on the other side of the bridge.I have not been to the Starbucks though seems the upper floor has wonderful views. There is Morrisons also nearby.

Terrible shopping centre. Good luck trying to get out of there Saturday lunch times Sunday lunchtime, or any day Monday to Friday between 5.30pm and 7.30 pm ! Terrible location ! You can get stuck in their car park for 40 min ( lived experience, lol)

I used Smyth's click and collect, what a fantastic service. I was in and out with my prepaid goods within a few minutes. The staff are wonderful and friendly. I definitely recommend using this service. But before you order a photo ID is required to pick up your order

Thriving shopping place for the area without going into the city, no clothes shops though. Only a small area but it's enough and meet the needs. Took a while to get out of the car park.

Great place to go shopping with a good variety of shops all in close proximity. Very good for disabled parking and flatness for mobility.

We have always loved shopping here. Great place to buy gifts. Traffic is a problem.

  • 4/5 Mr S. 1 year ago on Google
Very busy shopping location. Some drivers quite impatient. Good range of shops and a cafe too. Parking is a bit chaotic. Other than that you should have a good shopping experience. Be mindful of your surroundings at all times. Go see and try it for yourselves.

Would benefit from having some public toilets and a bank machine....currently has neither. Several areas of the car park are barriers off due to uneven block paving....and been like this for several months....needs correcting promptly.

  • 2/5 Alan M. 1 year ago on Google
Only one exit!! Waiting over 20 mins to leave the car park, the planners need to look into a second exit,it was an absolute nightmare with the exit traffic lights only on green for a few seconds, will not shop here again till improvements are made.
