It's got pretty much everything, layout is a tad awkward though.

Shopping= misery. Retail parks= the 3rd circle of hell. Retail shopping is like chewing on your own sick for twenty minutes then brushing your teeth with a random stranger's toothbrush. Both leave you with a really sad feeling that you needn't have done it, but you still did. Go to a town centre and stop our towns from dying. Or use the internet whilst sitting at home in your PJs- either is better than a retail park.

If you want clothing, definitely go here, all sorts of shops clothing wise. There's an Ikea here as well so you can grab some beautiful meatballs what you're there. And just a little bit down the road there's a food section. Bit annoying it's not connected. But overall worthy trip

Just love this place, thinking of booking my wedding here. It has everything you need in one place. Flowers from Marks n sparks, furniture places so guests can sit down. IKEA can provide the wedding meal, meatballs all round... And plenty of coffee shops for after dinner espresso's. Plenty of parking too. It's a gem of a place

It's a bit of a trek from where I live, but honestly, I quite liked it. Having a collection of useful brands all in one place was really convenient.

Excellent range of shops and decent out of town opening hours. Car park configuration could be better, can be a queue to get out at peak times.

We briefly visited m&s food for a few bits before watching a film. It had a good selection of tasty snacks 😋 It was pretty busy when we went but we managed to find a space without too much trouble :)

We don't go for a day out shopping as an event, we go out to get what we want and come home so we're never there long because we simply couldn't walk round the place in a day (there's an IKEA, so that stops that from the get-go!). Never disappointed in getting what we do need as between them each shop has everything we have been for. Plus, food!

Great selection of shops. Nor much you can't get there in one trip. Good free parking.

Went to IKEA no problem got what I wanted. Went to range got everything I wanted. Really good till went to pay, the lady on customer service counter was rude and ignorant. Couldn't find a supervisor as I would have said something about her. Didn't spoil our shopping experience.

Went to M & S for a valentine's meal deal, flowers, fruit. Great deals on all, in fact bought 2 meal deals.

Currys, M&S, IKEA, are favourites for us. We usually find what we need at competitive prices for good choice, and excellent service.

Huge place with a variety of stores! And large parking areas. Very convenient access from motorway! I preferred to go here for ease of parking, compared to many town centre stores or centres.

Took in Ikea mainly, long way to go for meatballs, plenty of the usual retail park attractions, easy in/out by car, ..............saw a Big Yellow Taxi and a Magic Bus

The traffic is absolutely shocking to get in and out of the main car park. On a busy Saturday its difficult and very time consuming to get out of the main car park with all the mini roundabouts nearby and not every driver will be kind enough to give you way to even drive away from your parking spot to make an exit. Will only visit on a quieter day when there is less traffic. Just very frustrating as a driver as not experienced this kind of traffic in other shopping areas.

Usual out of town shopping park. Reasonable range of stores. Not easy to get to and prone to delays due traffic on the motor ways.

  • 4/5 Dave P. 9 months ago on Google
Decent array of different shops, can be very busy, and you can't discover this until it's too late and you're stuck in the car park loop though.

  • 3/5 Jamie D. 11 months ago on Google
Standard retail park with all the usual stores (Ikea, Currys, M&S, Next etc the selection of which has sadly reduced over the years.) spread out across several sub-parks which, should you wish to walk between, will warrant you risking your life as you cross the roads between each one. No different to the myriad of other retail park complexes found across the country. This one's main selling point is that it's close to Junc 27 of the M62 and that there's a cinema and various fast-food restaurants across the A62 from it. At busy periods the traffic can be horrendous.

Great retail park, not many around with no empty shops. All you need and some great restaurants too. IKEA, the range, Wilkies, boots, next..... Just to name a few

  • 5/5 Andy K. 9 months ago on Google
Shops, especially coffee and sandwiches as we called in to get lunch after a trip to IKEA ended in a no hotdog disappointment. Actually feel robbed about that but that could be the subject of another review.

Great retail park for shopping especially the range and IKEA.. parked in IKEA because the layout of the lower car park means a nightmare the length of time it can take to get out .

Handy shopping all your required household materials. Transport bus and taxis available. Lot's of car parking available.

Love going to Birstall shopping retail park. All your shopping in one place. The only downfall is that it is easy to forget where you have parked. The parking should be labelled.

  • 3/5 Khalid A. 1 year ago on Google
The parking bays are just too tight for most current vehicles and my car is a compact SUV, so really just the same as your average hatchback/saloon. Also there really isn't anywhere I could find marked as child and parent parking... Otherwise a great place for anything one may need.

This is a great retail park, lots of variety and tge shops are all roomy and well laid out. New shops are opening there and no empty units so that is a reflection of how well visited this park is. It is split over quite a large area but if you like walking it's OK, if not the parking is plentiful. Well worth a visit.

  • 4/5 Chris G. 1 year ago on Google
There is a good range of shops and well known brands like Next on site. The jewel in the crown has to be IKEA for me. Many of the eateries are spread out over the site so you may need to move your car to reach one

Loads of shops. On a Monday lunchtime not too busy, great parking and easy for people with mobility issues. Good array of places to eat as well. One minor issue is knowing where the different shops are, can be a little bit confusing in parts.

  • 4/5 Richard C. 1 year ago on Google
Love a coffee, most of my guidance is around places to eat, maybe i need to change that... na 🙂 Very laid back, clean and catches the sun, (when it's around) comfy chairs although i did swap seats a few times, good choice of food, good coffee, friendly atmosphere.

Many shops to visit all in one place. Next is very good as are furniture stores gorgeous ideas. Free parking and food if you want it. Cinema valise by also.

Great shopping centre with a lot of big Brands, IKEA including, with a big Parking make this place a good alternative to come and find in one place the main Brands, have a direct entry and Exit to M62 motorway what makes easy to come to from South and North.

Spaces are cramped and the traffic out bottle necks severely at the mini roundabout and two main roundabouts. So you will come out and the car park is solid with cars queueing to get out but I'd go into another shop and give it half an hour because it seems to get better 30 mins later

Good selection of shops to visit. Ikea, Range,Tkmaxx, Boots, River island, superdrug, wilkinsons, next, card factory, Argos M&S and more. Always get what I need. So many surrounding food places aswell so it's nice for a few hours of retail therapy and then a nice lunch. There's a Costa and Coffee Nero also

I'm not the biggest lover of people, and this place attracts plenty of em. Quite a decent sized park though with a good variety of shops. Parking is a bit of a pain in the arse at busy times.

  • 5/5 Mr M. 11 months ago on Google
You can easily spend a day here and still not get round to all the shops. All the big brands are located here. Lots fast food outlets and restaurants chains located here, great choice, just off the M62

Parking a big issue. Getting inn and out of centre also on busy periods. Shame as good selection of shops.

  • 4/5 Martin M. 1 year ago on Google
Good selection if shops and eateries but its a very busy place with queues to leave the area very slow at peak times.

  • 5/5 Jim L. 1 year ago on Google
It's a pleasure to shop here. Easy access to all area's. No issues at all. Staff all caring and helpful.

  • 3/5 Gavin P. 1 year ago on Google
Close and convenient to pick up online orders from certain brands, unfortunately not much selection of shops like it did have years ago. Also traffic can be awful on certain days (Weekend afternoon & Bank Holiday) - would be good if the Part-time traffic lights on the roundabout actually worked, never seen them on and have lived in the area for over 12yrs.

We really like this retail Park, good variation of stores restaurants, its got IKEA, which everyone likes to wander around and dream, their restaurant is excellent as we all know. There's a big Curry's store, well known furniture stores, Boots, Wilko, TK Max, The Range, Costa Coffee, Next. And just over the road, there's Pizza Express, Pizza Hut and other cracking eateries. It's a great day out. Try it. Recommended.

Easy to get to from the M62 loads of free carparking, to note carparking spaces are on the tight side. Good selection of high street stores, the shopping Park is not short of places to eat and drink. IKEA also on the same retail park.

  • 5/5 Liam G. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty much has everything all in one place, its definitely a furniture hub and has all the biggest and best companys available to visit on the high street,

  • 5/5 michael g. 1 year ago on Google
Wide choice of retail outlets close to the Leeds/Bradford area. Shops to suit all ages. Close to M62 and major road links. Plenty of free parking. Lots of eateries to choose from, too. Can get busy at certain times.

  • 5/5 Louise M. 1 year ago on Google
Great selection of popular shops including a very good Tkmaxx and separate Home sense, plus IKEA and the Range and many more. Try to avoid late Sunday afternoons as it gets gridlocked at closing times.

😐 The park itself is still great. However Kirkless Council have made it almost impossible to get in and out with the roadworks, it took nearly 25 minutes as they have a diversion in place on a small road that let's about 4 cars out on the traffic signals! This was midweek. Next time I'd park elsewhere...

👍 I previously gave this shopping centre a 2 but have upped to a 4. Unlike many other small shopping centres this one is on the up. New shops, a bright clean look. Still a 4 and could drop if security don't stop idiots riding through on electric scooters.

🫤 Attended a gig where my son was in a band. Nothing much to report gig was in an empty shop in the centre. I understand that the whole area is to be redeveloped shortly.
