Big to small brands of shops clubbed together in the centre of Wakefield city and a perfect outing space. This also connects to the actual centre of city itself, through which you can get to the cathedral, the local market and is just in the right spot. A stroll, some food and shopping, be it grocery or anything you need - all in one place..

Another new shopping area. Same really as all the other new shopping malls. Pretty good if you like that type of thing. Trouble is that it is killing off the town centre in Wakefield. A real shame as it used to have real character

Ridiculous prices! Extremely bad customer service! Zero help from shop staff! The shop employees have time for dancing on the shop floor between customers, talking at the phone and cheap chatting about customers! Shame on you! Zero education and respect! I will never visit the shop again and i will share my experience with all family and friends!

Good addition to Wakefield unfortunately at the expense of the older shopping centre which is now virtually empty. Could do with a little more going on and obviously the closure of Debenhams has left a hole like in so many shopping centres / areas.

Great little shopping place, lots of different shops to take a look around and you can find just about anything you're looking for. They have security thay walks around which makes the place feel a lot safer. The cleaning staff are always keeping the place nice and presentable, they're on top of any rubbish that's about and make sure eveything is tip top. The location is right across from the bus station so within easy distance of public transport and also have a big parking area near the sainsburys located at Trinity Walk. They have a giant roof over the middle so most of the shops are great during all kinds of weather.

Okay. Pay for parking but is spacious, half decent range of shops dominated by Sainsbury's and Asda George as well as NEXT with a few eateries, fashion and outlets. Best shopping area in Wakefield but that's not saying a lot

Really good, well set out shopping centre with lots of shops to go to. Easy parking. First 2 hours of parking are free if you spend over Β£10 in Sainsburys.

A very nice place to shop. Big enough for choice and small enough that you're not going from one end to another for particular shoes. Saw some nice places to eat though I didn't get to try them

Visited sainsbury's at trinity walk, great store, stocks argos and habitat. Large clothing section only down side is there are no changing rooms. Home and seasonal department have a good range of products. Nice size cafe close to toilets. Also spec savers and pharmacy inside this store. Large food section, do basically has everything under one roof

Small & very draughty in winter as 80% of the roof isn't there !! The Ridings shopping centre was ( & still is a far superior building ) I can easily walk thru the trinity walk in 5 minutes and see nothing of interest 🀨

Great complex on the edge of the city centre. Huge car park over two levels with parents and child parking near the entrance to Sainsbury's and lifts up to the walk. Great mix of high street brands and shops with a few independent stores. Great range of food options.

Actually I was merely sitting down for a minute, just in order to post something to Instagram. Enjoying a pint now. Close. Nearby. While my travel arrives! Said place is ok. Pretty typical of any other kind of shopping precinct. Good levels of choice though, so I am not disappointed or anything? 😏 PS Want to know why I Liked my own post? Ask.

Overall seems to be a good range of shops including clothes and sports and general items as well as a phone shop. It is not enclosed at either end but covered so I am not sure what it would be like if it was windy though.

Honestly, if you're in the teen age bracket, the clothes you see are ones to get. Staff are very polite on the shop floor. As well as behind the scene. Price is very much adequate for the quality you get in clothes. Overall, one of my favourite retails to go to.

Poor choice of shops, even more so that Debenhams is not there anymore. There is a good choice of places to eat wether it's a quick bite or a sit down meal. The place is kept clean and tidy and security is always visible. Public toilets are clean and plenty of them.parking is card payment only, cash payments need to be brought back now

I was here today, spent four hours there, it was beautiful sunny weather, we drank delicious coffee, chatted, went shopping. Nice place to relax and lighten the wallet a little haha. But there's one thing I don't like.... when the new store opens to replace Debenhams.

This store has to be one of the worst JD store i have been too, the attitude from the staff stink. Most the staff was on their phone on the shop floor which i thought was highly unprofessional. The ginger manager was flirting with young girls which i found disturbing. please sort yourselves out. I use to attend this store weekly i guess that I will not be attending anymoreπŸ‘Ž

Massive thank you to the staff for helping me to push out my car (engine failure) from outside the underground Parking barrier on 12/07 (Wakefield, Marsh Way). Brilliant and kind hearted, hardworking staff. Can’t thank you enough! I’ve emailed the management as well to thank for your help that day.

Mediocre at best. Has the essential shops and a HMV. Not much aside from that. So many closed shops and empty buildings, a lot of aggressive drunk, homeless and drug addicts near the cathedral. Got borderline robbed by one. I don't feel safe walking around at all. It's just a depressing place.

We went on the Saturday before Christmas. There were some nice decorations but not much atmosphere. It was very windy that day though. The massive queue waiting to enter the Pandora shop was very off-putting.

Nice shopping centre with lots of good shops. I use it for Next, Clinton’s, Sports direct, hmv and used to use it for WHSmiths but had bad service there (trinity walk if you want to see it search WHSmith wakefield trinity and then reviews) The only thing about it is that it did took the life out of the Ridings which I don’t know if you know the ridings is starting to become popular again with independents. Overall I think it’s a very good shopping centre all okay but you shouldn’t have taken shops out of another shopping centre.

It’s a little bit disappointing, as a big fan of TK Maxx, I find I find at the store in Trinity is small and lacking in variety. When it was in the riding shopping centre, it was bigger and better. I also find that the city centre is now quite disjointed due to this shopping centre taking half of the major retailers.

Shame to see so many units vacant, lots of people about, only proper sit down food place is Casa - which is excellent, but always nice to have a choice

  • 3/5 Michael K. 7 months ago on Google
This shopping centre in Wakefield suffers from the same problems of inertia as most others. Your car isn't welcomed unless you want to pay. Stores long since closed still waiting on new tenants. Some shops undercover but most not. If you want to imagine you're in a museum showcasing what life was like 20 years ago, then this place is for you.

Overcrowded, expensive and has far too many empty shops and far too many expensive and pricey shops. Serious parking issues, no free disabled parking, no honouring blue badges or discounted parking for Blue badge holders, lifts are filthy and Overcrowded, escalators hardly ever work properly and no seating downstairs for disabled people. Parking is costly.

Honestly not my cup of tea it's flashy and has big retail stores that's nice and all but we already had many of stores in wakie and they just moved the parking is good ile give it that but beyond that unless you want an excuse to go clothes shopping a little else avoid

I went to try on some clothes and I’ve been asked to leave my bag outside! With me having everything inside including my passport and purse I found this very shocking. The person that let me in to the changing room have seen how many items I was taking inside so I don’t understand what’s the problem with me keeping my bag with me?

Very disappointing (and worrying for the company). Went on a Saturday (2nd July) and essentially no staff plus massive queue at the till. I guess it's OK if you want a t-shirt or something you don't need help with but no chance of getting trainers. Sadly, I even bought shares in this company a while back but based on my experience today, I think that may have been a poor investment.

We had to go and collect our shopping from the Trinity Walk store of Sainsburys after being badly let us down with our on line shopping delivery service this weekend. Poor management and planning skills as well as a disappointing customer service with the store managers refusing to talk to unhappy customers (too busy) when trying to get a n explanation and updates, this is unacceptable from sure a well established company such as Sainsbury's. Unfortunately I don't think this behaviour is limited to just Wakefield and senior managers within the Sainsburys group should to be held accountable.

A very nice semi-outdoor stroll. Great shops and variety. If the weather isn't fab, be prepared for some cold and some wet, as only parts of it are roofed and ouside the shops there is no heating or wind protection.

Some staff were good and some were just plain rude. Midway through asking one of the staff for a specific size in a trainer and another customer interrupted me, told the staff member what they wanted and instead of dealing with me they ignored my request and assist the other customer, didn't even return back to me afterwards. The poor girl on the tills was doing her best to keep on top of customers while 4 other members of staff stood opposite the tills talking. Only when another customer suggested the girl on the tills might need help did one of them go to help her. Needless to say I won't be going back to this store

No opportunity to try clothes on. My son had 7 or 8 items of clothing he needed to try before purchasing but was told this wasn’t possible as there wasn’t enough staff. Probably lost out on a sale of nearly Β£200. Must be losing so much money.

We call here occasionally Mainly go to Sainsbury's and coffee shops Saying that it's a great place to access Wakefield centre and have a look at the cathedral. Only bad thing is the car park as it's not designed properly and it's difficult to manoeuvre. The spaces are too tight Overall 4 stars
