A varied range of stores and restaurants. Spacious and modern architecture with pedestrian access built with a large parking area. This complex needs public toilets and some child friendly places to eat and play. The wind can feel quite severe as the buildings tunnel it into certain areas, hopefully screening or planting will be installed to limit this.

This place opened just before lockdown. Understandably, still quite a few empty units, tho Dunelm have just taken a spot. My firm suggestion would be a Primark & Pret A Manger!

Had a great time. Liked that you could play a bit, get a drink then play a bit more and so on. Clean venue. Nice food. Slow service but friendly. Lift not working which made things difficult for us.

I'm not really sure about this place. It kind of looks all fancy, there is an M&S food, a cinema, Nandos, Next some indoor crazy golf thing and a few other stores. Come on a weekend and the place is packed. It's a big car park, but I've often struggled to find a space, weekdays and evenings you shouldn't have a problem. Personally I prefer an indoor centre like the White Rose, less chance of being rained on or fried to a crisp in the baking sun.

This retail park has been open for over two years now and there are still no toilets. Just what are you supposed to do if you want to go to the loo ? The shops on the site are pretty good and there are more and more opening. It also has a good size car park. I just cannot understand why there are no public conveniences.

The management need to take ownership and monitor the traffic flow. Drivers are ignoring the pedestrian crossing and the one way entry near TKMaxx.

On the face if it this place offered so much promise, but just fell short in that most shops were smaller versions with a limited selection and pointless if travelling to an out of town retail park. Possibly excellent as a local shopping facility, but not if you want to attract a wider audience.

this is a lovely out the way retail/office park we went on a Monday morning it was quiet and a pleasure to walk about and have a look around the shops lots of nice little places to eat, we enjoyed pittas and humus sat out side in the sunshine. There are plenty of parking space, there is still lots of building going on but didn't affect the quietness or the shopping.

It's nice for a ride or and coffee. No toilets unless you go into a shop. Could do with more variety of shops.

  • 3/5 Rachael D. 1 year ago on Google
It's not well designed, acting as a bit of a wind tunnel, with no indoor facilities or public amenities like toilets. The main attraction is probably the cinema. If more restaurants open then it might be a place to visit but it's only Nandos and what was Ginos inside Next at the moment.

  • 2/5 James M. 1 year ago on Google
Nice shopping centre with a lot of shops and things to do. However, the toilets are a joke. The only toilets in the shops is a small one in Next with the male toilets not working. The only other toilets are in restaurants and in the cinema

Amazing place, always adding more shops. Amazing atmosphere, always very busy not uncomfortably. We go here all the time.

Very nice modern shopping centre. Very easy access and plenty of parking

Small but perfectly formed. Good array of retailers for most things people typically shop for. Not only is there retail and hospitality but there's a Pure Gym, dentist and skin clinic too. The cinema here is amazing and you can always get parked even though it's often busy. It's a nice place to walk around, browse and have a coffee. There are now great road links through to The Springs including the new Leeds Orbital so it's becoming evermore popular and accessible from all directions.

There are numerous businesses here and plenty of parking available. Good link to the motorway or crossgates.

I like it here , I prefer to shop here because the shops here are very organised, it is easy to shop here it is never over crowded like many other places. It is also very clean, but what I love most of all is the Odeon cinema it is just so comfortable I travel more than 10 miles to shop there. It is just an amazing place to be.

Nice looking centre with plenty of parking, would be better if there were more overhead coverage when the weather is bad, no public facilities which is surprising. Literally come here predominantly for the cinema or Nandos (both of which are excellent!!)

Excellent shopping Centre with plenty of parking

We came here to experience the Odeon cinemas which is state of the art, this complex is modern and a recent establishment and looks to have everything you may need from coffee shops to supermarkets to sports shops.

Bit of a show pony place. Not enough there yet. The place looks good, but that's about it. The carpark is huge but always packed, so I presume that people use it for parking the get transport into Leeds. Some units are still empty and have never opened. It needs more time and entertainment units to open to make it worth a visit.

A nice retail park that gains points for having a gym and cinema on site but is let down by the limited choice of stores. It does however benefit from having a Fatface store. There’s a large car park on site but at busy times it can be hard to find a space so if your visit is for the cinema (especially at peak weekend times), plan to arrive with spare time to find a space to park.

A good alternative to going into Leeds. Some good shops available. Grabbed a sandwich in M&S, but wasn't sure if there was, or where there was a public toilet so it cut my day short! I drove home to use my own!

  • 4/5 Steve H. 10 months ago on Google
Very convenient to get to by car, not sure about public transport. Plenty of disabled parking although it would be good if people without a badge would be kind enough to not use the spaces just to get closer to the shops. After shopping it would be better to have trolley parks for when you have to park further from the shops, they all seem to be next to the outlets. For shopping and eating it's well worth a visit.

Superb spot for a day out! Start with some crazy golf. Go for lunch at one of the many restaurants. Walk off your food with some retail therapy. Visit the cinema before dinner. Have another meal! Chill in one of the bars for an hour. Hop on home 🙂

It's nice and clean with a couple of places to eat and a lot of coffee places (for its size) needs some more shops. Has a m&s foodhall which is well stocked. Clothes shops include Next, river island h&m, fat face and a card shop and others. Would be excellent if there was a good Primark!

  • 4/5 Miss G. 9 months ago on Google
Always plenty of parking even on busy days. Good choice of cafes, restaurants, leasure activities and shops. Could do with a Primark however and a cheaper Cinema rather than the overpriced odeon that noone can afford to go to!

  • 4/5 Michael 2 months ago on Google New
Good selection of stores, a decent cinema and some nice places to eat. The main issue is the car park - too small for such a busy retail park and there is a lack of pedestrian walking and crossing points.

  • 2/5 Ikky B. 4 months ago on Google
There's a cinema!!!! There are not enough child parking spaces and a lot of empty disable parking bays. Family needs ignored. Otherwise, for the limited number of shops its a ok out of town retail. It's great to have a cinema in North Leeds.

We went to the Springs because we would like to buy some present for my daughter’s friend. Spent all day together, enjoyed the delicious coffee in Costa and did a great shopping. I like to be there. Highly recommend!

Poor external sign posting to the shopping outlet and in a business park so should have signs painted on the road directing you to Springs but once there very good

Great place for shopping, nice choice. Plus the bonus of restaurants, cinema and arcades! You can definitely kill a few hours here. Kept clean. Nice outdoor space. A great addition to the area.

Great shops here. Not as busy as normal but I like this. Visited puttstar for crazy golf. Good golfing and very enjoyable. Got rather busy as afternoon wore on. Great for family groups. Would visit again.

Great shopping area with large selection of shops and a crazy golf course for the family

  • 5/5 Mark B. 2 years ago on Google
Superb, new, has a lovely feeling about it and full of great places to shop, dine, exercise, see a film or socialise. Great to have such a new place that isn't too far from the hectic Leeds city centre Easy access to motorway and looks like they are still expanding the complex with new premises being built all the time. Check it out for yourself. Recommended

Great, everything you want for a great day out. Cinemas, mini golf, shops, restaurants, cafes and both M&S and Boots do meal deals so you can get cheap food. And the best bit FREE PARKING!! Got to be worth a ride out.

Went to The Springs last night. Some stores are open till 9. So the start of late night shopping lead up to Xmas. Although most are open till 8 rest of the year. Only downside was coffee shops closing early. Costa in next open till 7.30 pm. However this is take out only. Would be nice to have a coffee, sit down and relax.

The cinema at the springs is amazing. Especially the reclining seats.

Great shopping and entertainment outlet. I go there rather than driving into town as a lot of my needs are catered for there. Great range of shops and options to eat out

I went to the card factory to get a mother day card. They have a great 👍 selection of cards. And then on to the 👞 shop next door they have a great selection 👌 of trainers and shoes. And best of all the parking is free...

It was busy but parking was good. I was able to get near to M&S and get what I needed. A place to go to. Some traffic signage on the approach to the centre could be better.

We are so lucky to have this place on our doorstep. Cinema, nandos, francos, gino's, next mountain warehouse, fat face, Dorothy perkins tekmaxx, m&s, boots, Costa, cafe nero, sports shop, and card factory. So lovely to walk around just missing a few extra special clothes and shoe shops. Let's hope they come along 😉 👍

  • 4/5 Rudi A. 2 years ago on Google
Pretty accessible and parking is pretty good, I cannot comment about peak times. Although the availability of stores to visit is good enough for a day out.

  • 4/5 Jan M. 2 years ago on Google
Public toilet would be a good addition instead of going into the cinema to politely ask to use there toilet..especially with children!

  • 3/5 Mick S. 1 year ago on Google
Needs more shops. It's alright but some of the shops close at 6pm on a Friday. Needs longer hours and bigger variety. Car park is great plenty of spaces. Just feel it could attract more visitors.

  • 5/5 redrich71 1 year ago on Google
A really stunning shopping area! Very modern, good variety of stores, looks great! Has an awesome cinema too! Just wish the carpark was signposted a little clearer.

  • 2/5 Darren “theDazzler” H. 1 year ago on Google
You expect some pretty awesome shops when you see the impressive buildings but, it's just like most other town type shopping parks. Shame really. As big as it is, there is little room for the boutique type businesses. Disappointing.... If you catch my drift.

  • 5/5 toomuchtime p. 1 year ago on Google
Good selection of stores, modern, clean. Can get busy, but the car park is large. No toilets (at least I couldn't find one and there are no signs anywhere).

  • 5/5 Zara R. 1 year ago on Google
Brilliant little shopping park. Needs more restaurants but its up and coming. The stores their are great and all large units. Parking ample

  • 4/5 Jerry L. 1 year ago on Google
Nicely laid out, spacious, appealing shopping and leisure centre - it has a lovely Odeon and a gym - with plenty of cafés and the odd restaurant. Many high street stores like M & S, Boots, Next and TK Maxx with a huge free parking area.

  • 4/5 Capability D. 1 year ago on Google
Quite a new complex (2022) loads of parking and some large retailers. The Odeon cinema is good and the car park features a few PodPoint charging bays. Easy access to the motorway, or onto the A roads for Leeds and Garforth.

What a beautiful, lovely and peaceful place to be. I enjoyed every moment seeing the beauty of England..

  • 3/5 David A. 1 year ago on Google
Very strange shopping centre. Lots of parking but hard to find as no signposting! Usual range of shops but nothing different. A few food outlets but the one we wanted - Francos - wasn't with the other units but hidden away in an office complex. Very odd.
