Our family enjoyed exploring the wide range of shops at the Liverpool One shopping centre as we tried to uncover post-Christmas bargains. The atmosphere and ambience were pleasant. The mall and shops still had their festive decorations on. Everything was clean and well-organized. Yes, it was busy, but the place is quite spacious, so it’s not impossible to navigate even at peak times. The historical buildings around create an impressive setting near The Albert Dock. As you walk around, you may find musicians and buskers adding to the entertainment - likely even more so in better weather. Chavasse Park’s plazas were not too busy due to the colder weather. Stepping towards the waterfront, the views were stunning. The underground parking, well-connected transport options, and central location were appreciated (although the parking pricing was less so). Overall, the appealing atmosphere, wide selection for shopping and dining, and convenient facilities make Liverpool One beloved by both locals and tourists. I look forward to returning for events and seasonal experiences throughout the year. The ambiance and music enhance visits here.

A maze of shops in one area on different levels ! Amazing food terrace top floor with all your favourite places to eat ! Why 4 stars the car park is rip off make it price friendly it’s Liverpool not Milan ! Does not help cost of living !

Well set out and a good variety of shops. Parking is a bit on the pricey side but I'm sure if you know the city better than I do this wouldn't be a problem. Best shop by far was the vintage shop which sadly has a closing down sale at the moment but if you're quick and are looking for something a little different then get there before it's gone. Facilities are good although there is a charge to use the toilets personally I don't mind if this maintains the standards.

We had a great time. We did the Crayola experience and nickelodeon universe with the kids and they enjoyed it so much. There are SO many dining options, it was easy to find something for everyone. The whole mall looked so clean, everyone wore masks and there were plenty of sanitizing stations throughout the building. We had a great experience all around.

Great range of shops to suit all pockets. Good atmosphere in this semi open air shopping mall. Lots of bars and restaurants. Musicians and buskers add to the ambience. Leads beautifully down to The Albert Dock too.

Good open mall, lively with great variety of food options too. I loved the top floor. Visited in winter but summers are best I must say. Can take either stairs or escalators to go on the top where the city views are great!

Fairly quiet these days. It clearly states that ALL guest MUST WEAR MASKS at all times yet disgustingly there were (adult) individuals completely ignoring the policy. 😷 I wish the security would enforce this for the safety of all guests and employees.

Had a lovely evening here. 9 of us had dinner and drinks with cocktails and drinks. The place has 3 levels with lots of outside seating, background music and live bar entertaining which filtered through all areas. We were looked after brilliantly by Ashton (thankyou Hon) and never wanted for anything. Can I say the vibe was perfect and so was the food. We had a variety of cocktails which was all available. Definitely will be back. Thank-you all.

It was a very shirt trip but with lots of amazing impressions. I love Albert Royal Docks and a massive shopping area and first of all I was surprised to large amounts of people go parties even it was 3pm.

Good spot for meating new people and chill. There are many places to eat and also many shops with student discounts. On my last visit I saw several youngsters who probably had a fake pistol with them. Still, they scared me a little.

Liverpool's beauty captivated us, and we look forward to revisiting in the summer. It provided a chance for the boys to witness the enhancement of physical features, a fascination they thoroughly enjoyed.

The shopping heart of Liverpool. Can't say I've bought anything, bit too expensive for me personally but that's because I'm not a tourist! It's a nice walk with a unique layout, work visiting if you're in the area and a must if you're a tourist. Though, just don't be the typical tourist and buy here if you can't afford it.

Due to covid they limit park entrance. This is fine with me but charging full price for 2 hrs and then having more than 1/2 the attractions closed was a very big bummer. I would not do that again. Fly over America was AWESOME.

Very busy after a second lock down, most people wearing masks but couldn't keep a social distance as too busy. Everyone out looking for a last minute Xmas bargain. Queues likely on busier stores, but if you go a bit later the queues have mostly gone. Good to get out and experience some live busking.

I love Liverpool, I have visited quite a few times the first time I stayed in Bootle which has a reputation for not being great but we had no problems and the most recent time I’ve been I stayed in Ropewalks which was amazing. The area around the Carvern club could do with a little tlc however the seafront is beautiful with plenty of sights to see.

There are a lot of megastore here and giving away huge discounts. We spend 6 hours here for shopping and taking photos. We discovered a few good bargain buy here. But 6 hours only for a few megastore below. We suggest at least one day 1) Zara. From £5 per piece. So worth it. Never seem these crowds anywhere else 2) North face dryven (middle range series for waterproof and stay warm) from £140. Worm 3) Primark 4) JD sport 5) Kenji 6) Liverpool FC 70% discount 7) Riverland 8) Menkind

Slightly unfair to do a review, everything was busy given the time of year I suppose expected. But from what I did do very friendly and the shop staff regardless to what shop I was in at the time very helpful and found time to assist. Best option is to get the train into Liverpool. Parking a nightmare and this time of year too expensive.

Ridiculously busy! Getting really dangerous of late. I worry the old or infirm may get knocked over and seriously injured as they run the gauntlet of Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber eats cyclists, Voi and private scooters and a new 'trend' of pavement parking outside John Lewis and Just Desserts! Or experience the joy of a 30 minute wait in the rain to get in to Zara! My recommendation, if you can, use Amazon!

Great shopping centre with a lot of shops to choose from. The live music that you hear and the fact that it is quite busy, is giving the place a very full of life feeling and a nice vibe.😊 I am intrigued as to why owners don't choose to build fully covered shopping centres in a country that gets so much rain. I will never understand that. Anyways, will definitely visit when we are back in Liverpool!

Very well designed shopping centre where you can find all of your favourite places and maybe one or two new ones. Not just for shopping there are some lovely bars and restaurants. Domt forget to visit the historic docks whilst you're there!!!! The docks are a lovely place and the city are gorgeous. Lovely place. A mixture of architecture integrating modern structures but remembering and paying homage to the more traditional buildings. I loved the variety of buildings. Housing restaurants, bars and hotels. A very vibrant area and it was a hive of activity. I will definitely visit again. The city of Liverpool is a great place

I love the products, but I should have got there a couple days earlier! It looked like the place had been ransacked by shoppers! Obviously that means the leftover goods get damaged so it was difficult for present shopping. However the staff have always been amazing and helpful, they must have a hello of a job tidying up at the end if the day!

  • 5/5 Raymond M. 3 years ago on Google
It is clean and covered from the elements, there is the rear of a police building on the market side of the platform and the area is cctv monitored. So it is very safe. If you need to use the toilet or rest room I would suggest walking towards the docks and at the main street turning to your right and using the Hilton Hotel lobby toilets. Which are passed the foyer desk on the right. Also the locals are very friendly and helpful also where there is crowding watch out for pickpockets. Normally in summer.

Great place for all things shopping I maybe missed a few bits as I was new to the area but busy and lively place to be on a sunny Sunday. Would visit again if I'm in the area. All in all good experience. Could possibly do with some more shops but the internet will slow that which is a shame

It's an alter to capitalism. Nothing unusual. Same shops as everywhere else. Go outside for the view. That bit is still free and close to bus station. Liverpool people are very friendly. Talk to some of them. Make your day better and find out who needs all of these things for sale. Has a cinema. 10 out of 10 for that. Better than a small screen.

  • 5/5 Sarah K. 2 years ago on Google

My family and I went to see the lights in Liverpool. They were good but, I think that Liverpool could make a lot more out of it in the future. It wasn't Blackpool, but with a little bit of thought, it could be so much more. more Lights round the Albert dock and down Strand St. More lights in the city centre and Stalls. Bringing more money into the region help reduce taxes and support for local businesses. Three stars hope it to be 5 next time.

  • 4/5 Robert C. 2 years ago on Google
A great atmosphere on the top deck with and impromptu sing along of Sweet Caroline by a large group of mixed ages singing to the shoppers below. Perfect for shoppers drinkers and fast food outlets. Large cinema as well.

Recent visit before Christmas left large open spaces with very little stock and limited products to (not) choose from. The Blackpool store had wider selection. Hopefully stock issues getting back to normal and nice that menswear is only one floor down as normally you have to go to the top floor for some reason in other shops!

A massive place with plenty of retail therapy for the ladies. Also there's some great places to visit for historical lovers very close by, museums etc. There a plenty of well known shops in Liverpool One, coffee shops and places to eat good food. Well worth a visit of you come to Liverpool and highly recommended

  • 5/5 Paul B. 2 years ago on Google
Nice area for shopping if you’re looking for the big name designer brands and all the high street store. Lots of places nearby for a coffee, drinks or a bite to eat. I’d recommend Alberts Schenke, great food and beer. Liverpool One is where you can find the official Liverpool FC shop and the very cleverly named Everton FC shop - EvertonTwo!! Pedestrianised zone so nice to stroll about.

Great to be back in Liverpool. Liverpool One was buzzing ahead of European Cup final. When visiting check out the architecture of the old buildings near LO, especially Castle St. Some great vars, of course.

This is a fantastic shopping centre with many different levels, carrying an epic vibe! There are numerous escalators and stairs to get around and the glass floors are amazing, as well as the variety of shops. I was very fortunate in picking up some lobster socks for just £2 at a Japanese shop, where the footwear is laid out clearly and the products are fabulous!

  • 4/5 Chris N. 1 year ago on Google
Supposedly one of the biggest outdoor shopping centres in the UK, it has everything that is expected of these large shopping complexes that will have something for all who visit. Shops, bars, restaurants and cinema. Where it has an advantage over most shopping centres is that it has a large grassed area, called Chavasse Park, which it hosts many events on and has some great pop-up events on throughout the summer and a Winter Wonderland with small ice-skating rink in the winter. All the bar/restaurants on the top floor have outdoor terraces that each get the sun all afternoon and evening in the summer. Unfortunately, as with most shopping centres, these are nearly all chains with average menus. I think where it could improve is having some of the top shops and department stores in it.

  • 3/5 Lola “Lilbean_” S. 11 months ago on Google
Pleasure beach slightly over priced particularly if your a local. I feel there definitely should be a more discounted rate and also the old rule that if it rained you could come back the next day for free. When we visited Valhalla was still closed have since seen it has been opened for rehearsals but with a lot still not working within the ride. The grand National and big dipper were also closed again some sort of discount would suffice particularly as some of the older favourited rides were closed. The other issue is opening at 10am but none of the rides opening until 10.30+ seems abit silly. Glad we didn’t fork out £150 for the fast passes. We did get some great help from a lady in the admissions dept via email. We managed to go on all of the rides as it was pouring down so most people seem to leave and the weather got slightly better towards closing time. This seemed to be when things went wrong. The big one closed and icon wasn’t working properly and had to be closed. Glad we didn’t get trapped on any rides. Food is overpriced and every man and their dog were in Burger King so not worth waiting over an hour for food particularly when there is no where to sit. You may be worth going from the park and the 5 min walk to McDonald’s then returning. There are better theme parks out there for a better price with more to offer.

The smaller screens are best avoided. They are not so immersive and the sound system had no surround speakers active when I last visited. The larger screens are better, yet all of them seem to require calibration, as the picture is not so crisp. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The whole place is spotless and well maintained. Occasionally, some of the toilets are out of commission, but there are always plenty in working order.

It’s fine. Plenty of shops, and they’re okay if you’re happy paying high street prices. There are better places to shop or grab a bite to eat in the city, but it’ll do in a pinch.

Liverpool One is a large shopping, residential, and leisure complex located in the city center of Liverpool, United Kingdom. It offers a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options for visitors and locals to enjoy.

Lovely place to shop, so many choices all kept nice. It's very sad to see the amount t of people in need though, and be ready to see it a lot. Help needs to be given to those in need, and a homeless shelter nearby made with their profits could surely be a great thing!

  • 5/5 Alexandra K. 8 months ago on Google
Amazing place! Brilliantly simple architecture that should be reproduced worldwide for malls. Although open-square it still feels like an enclosed traditional mall, but with all the advantages of open air, energy saving, natural light, etc. It was well developed to contain the rain. Great variety of shops. Beautiful view on the terrace. Really cool place to visit and take a walk even if not going for a shop. Very pet friendly and safe.

Liverpool ONE stands as a modern hub blending shopping, residential living, and leisure. Explore over 170 stores, as well as an array of bars and restaurants, ranging from beloved high street brands to luxurious designer fashion. And for added entertainment, indulge in cinema experiences, partake in mini golf, or relax at Chavasse Park.

Not bad, basic high Street shops! Where's fat face, joules, white stuff, mistral, wool and craft shops? Etc.. only drove past the docks which looked great, needed more time really than an afternoon, fantastic little cafe on cook Street though, lovely food/drink.

Absolutely loved the effort Liverpool ONE put into making Halloween Sunday special. The place was buzzing with dances, performances, and all sorts of entertainment.
