Lovely! Car park paid for already. Still missing the shoppers though because it was so silent. One Minute Silent was observed @12:00 for the Covid - 19 One Year Anniversary. We are the fortunate ones!

If you happen to pass by a shopping center nearby that isn't particularly special, you can still go in and take a look around.

Closes at 5:30pm, a real nice Christmas display for everyone to see, only vaccination centre was open, which is open until 7.30pm

The location is great for a shopping centre. It’s a bit dated. Also no public toilets for the visitors to the centre. The selection of shops predictable and need to provide more independent stores to attract potential new customers.

The Saddlers Centre is a bit sad although the Costa opposite the railway station is lovely. Yes the High Street is tired but the Victorian arcades are lovely with a greengrocers, coffee lounge and lovely fishmonger and bookshop.

Nice and quiet when I went through this morning (8am)... Place was clean and tidy, and even though there's a few empty units in there now, there's still a good range of shops to choose from, from butcher's shops to clothes etc.

Not a great range of shops. Mostly cheap discount stores, fast food with a couple of big name shops (like The Perfume Shop and Clarks Shoes). Generally clean and tidy, but the facilities are old and in need of maintenance (only one escalator working a lot of times, sometimes both out of order and used as stairs). Feels like the centre hasn't changed in decades, other than the increase in empty shops. Lots of empty unused spaces. Very sad.

Having grown up in Walsall it makes me sad walking through the Saddlers because most of the shops have either closed down or are full of tat. The Saddlers used to be very busy with lots of useful stores. The multistorey car park is the best thing about the Saddlers. People seem to have forgotten it exists so there's always decent parking. I often park here when I want to go to the Wharf shopping area because parking is so much easier and the Wharf isn't far to walk to.

There had used to be a lot more choice of shops within the saddlers centre such as Argos, Early Learning Centre etc but they have closed down. Mainly food shops now such as greggs, burger King and Costa. You can gain access to Walsall train station as well by going inside here.

Functional is all I can say really. Some useful stores inside but nothing to draw you in, not sign posted well, confusing for anyone new to the area who'd probably just walk straight past it. Pity. Great location but needs serious investment and modernisation.

I wouldn't recommend it as a big shopping venue. Walsall town centre needs a big injection of new up to date stores. There's no choice in town for going out outfit's unless you are a size 8-14. Was looking for a wedding outfit but there's nowhere to find anything classy. On-line shopping has killed the shopping experience.

Some of the shops are closed .T he shops in there are small to medium size. Most people use the main Street where all the big main shops are like Primark Poundland etc. There is a market there but it's only three days a week.

It's been a long time since I last went here, apart from a few different shops it hasn't changed much at all, nice clean mall to go shopping 👍🏻

Lovely building. Shame about the many vacant shops. Nice mixture if shops for those that were open. Friendly enough place. Seemed unkempt in most areas though which is a shame.

City centre shopping arcade is not the rave nowadays as most businesse's are out of town due to the more competitive local taxes. For me, honestly I don't see the reason to pay around £1 an hour for parking to see around eight shops. You would have to be looking for a specific business to come here.

Not what it used to be. The poundland and the argos gone means that proper shopping choice is limited. Fast food eating is ok and of course you still access the train station easily enough after finishing on the high st.

10/2/2024: Its an ok shopping area. The shopping area is not as bright and vibrant in comparison to other shopping areas that I have visited....I.e Cannock, Wolverhampton, Telford or Merryhill. People are shopping but it's not buzzing with shoppers. On Sundays, the area is dead despite shops being open. There are quite a few popular shops and quite a few discount shops. I will see what I think in the summer months to come. Lots of parking around and close to the shopping area.

Love going in here, we love the cafe, fruit shop, flowers butchers and thats just to name a few. I absolute love the pulled pork sandwiches from outside the butchers the only thing putting off that 5th star is it really could do with couple of benches or chairs so at least then can munch the sani before carrying on

To be fare only used the car park, but I don't visit Walsall usually as town centre has really gone down since bigger shops have disappeared, I personally don't feel very safe x

Had no reason to stop by any shop here. Undesirable location. Not interesting. Has a sense of emptiness. A forgettable experience. Not much more to say.

This shopping centre is near my house and it is really convenient to buy grocery and shop in here.

Nice and welcoming. Sadly like everywhere places are closing down but there is a table tennis room. What a good idea.

There are a large selection of shops, as well as food locations. The only downside would be the atmosphere, no one looks like they want to be there, and all of the shops feel very corporate.

Sad that this place is now nearly empty! Used to be a lively place to shop until the council got greedy with rent! Shame on them

I was able to take a passport photograph using the automated machine. Theres a lot of shops around to buy cloths, shoes, bags, and other items. There's the post office as well to mail your letters or documents

Highly run down and is now a eyesore. Pretty much the same as the rest of Walsall town centre. The council in Walsall have no bottle for enforcement, so landlords do what they want and the "citizens" that frequent the town dothe same. Very sad.

There are lots of shops to browse around. When I visited, there weren't many people, so there were no queues and no crowds to deal with. Clean environment with an escalator and lift available.

This shopping mall can be entered directly from the station (depending what platform you arrive in on). It's quite run down but there is a small food court area, which was closed when I removed in the morning but at least it had tables you could sit on. There's s couple of charity shops but most shops are cheaper shops, not well-known brands but bargain shops. It was fine but not particularly nice and lacked character and a welcoming atmosphere.

It was nice and buzzing. Pound stretcher was good and the charity shop is always a winner with us. Picked up some cute eid cards and decorations from one of the kiosks, seller was very friendly and we left with some much needed goodies!

Ok as a cut through but shocking shopping centre. Closed up shops and eateries and the others mainly charity shops. Probably if the rates of these closed up places were reduced you may have som new fresh outlets. After all it costing the same in heating and lighting so whats the hardship. It was certainly increase footfall.

Boring and sifeless. The escalators aren’t helping people at the moment as to walk all the way through the centre bottom to top you need them. They have been being serviced for about a month now. People are forced to use a tiny lift.. it’s a good job social distancing isn’t still in effect eh guys?

Lot of shops concentrated in one space. Useful place. Refurbished not long ago. Good toilet and food facilities.

Except the parking system which seems to be not fully functional, it is a good shopping centre in a good walking/shopping area. The parking system should detect plate numbers automatically, but it does not.

😠 Came here a couple of months back. Not a single shop was open, that's just atrocious. Walsall's my home town, although, I haven't lived here for many years, I remember the old square used to be a bustling little shopping centre with many independent stores, now all gone. Tragic!

😠 I went in to use the post office situated at the back of this place. The place has a variety of small market like, stall type shops, nail and beauty care shops and a cafe.
