A lot of variety in shop offerings here, it has what you'd hope was here, rain or shine. Merchandise, Cafés, Cinema, Supermarket, Restuarants, and much much more in this multi-floor precinct. Worth a visit if new to the area or visiting on your own or with family and friends.

A few shops empty but B&M, forbidden planet and cex make it worthwhile, especially for gifts. Iceland, Poundland and a Greggs outside available for food. Toilets also available and a car park.

Worse than the Quay shopping center if that's possible. The upstairs food court is gone, GAME no longer there, many empty shops, it's a sorry state. Boots moved to St Stephens which was a good move on their part, of course to be replaced with another B&M. The only useful service would be the post office located in WHSmiths. Another walk cut through, final verdict, dead mall, avoid.

A wonderful shopping mall with a lot of shops, toilets and a post office inside. There are plenty of restaurants and dine-in places near this shopping centre. It is located near Hull interchange.

Great variety of shops for now. Easy location in city centre. Various parking nearby. Great for shopping and eating in, on the upper floor. Clean and has toilets.

It was a pleasant shopping centre, but in certain areas you can see the wear and tare, a lot of shops are closed down and really empty, if you where local I would go but not something to drive to from a distance away.

I've been shopping here for decades and it's a nice, little place.

Loads of places have closed or are closing down. More a less an empty shell of its former self! Could do with a bit of renovating as well. Place for kids to hang about, not the purpose of a shopping centre

Not many good shops, Maybe B and M, and Wink Brow bar. But nothing else. The post office/WHsmith is also useful. Except the small cafe and Greggs outside, nothing to eat. There used to be a cafeteria and a bunch of restaurants upstairs. All that's closed now.

Prospect centre takes the P reason been opens 8am and yet some shops don't open until 8-30 and 9 that's no problem but the stupid toilets don't open till 9, it's a joke, do these totally run a joke shop or what to me this centre is poorly run and if you have problems going to toilet as in can not hold it In you are buggered, very unproffesional, toilets part of the centre so if opening 8 you would expect toilets to be open and yet upstairs toilet also closed feel sorry for pensioners etc over all my experience was disgusting.

Fabulous shopping centre, with a variety of shops. Love b n m, H Samuel, and can't beat pound shop for a bargain 😊

Love it or hate it, but think most people love it. It's the heart of a community and an institute of the city, you haven't lived if you've never been to " Branny cenna", it's got everything you need all under one roof, well nearly, even an indoor market but sadly that's on the decline.

Oldest of the modern shopping centres in Hull built on the site of the old Hull Royal Infirmary. It has several shops stalls and eateries within Largest by far W H Smiths but an Iceland and pound shop too several pop up stalls and a Wilkinsons

Nice shopping centre, 1st time visit, shame the food court on the top floor was closed , couldn't see any signs explaining why, but nice selection of shops and clean.

  • 5/5 john p. 8 months ago on Google
Great high street shops with plenty of choice to suit all pockets. Toilets on third floor are extremely clean and fresh

  • 5/5 Doreen B. 10 months ago on Google

Decent selection of mainstream stores. Always clean with staff around. Can't vouch for car park as I've only used it once a long time back.

This place has gone down the drain. Specially the staff, came on the 1st of April and my 6 year old boy needed the toilet and the doors was shut, but 2 people walk out so a cleaner came to the door saying can't use due to health and safety so I made it clear 2 people walked out and she made out there work there. So I said hes 6 and needs the toilet, but she didn't care the next toilets was st stephans and with me making my way there he wet his self in the street. Which isn't pleasant for a parent nor the child. The staff need sorting out. All there do is walk around and look like there don't even wanna be there. Absolutely disgusting to leave a child to wet his self even though 2 grown adults was allowed to use them.

Nothing much really here now that the food court and Wilkos has been shut down, only go in here for CeX occasionally and even that has another down store Whitefriargate.

  • 4/5 John J. 1 year ago on Google

Sad to see empty units in here, need to get some more good shops in here, it used to be a fab shopping centre.

Not the best mall in Hull, looks dated these days. Still has some good shops inside though. There's a great Barber here 👍🏻

  • 3/5 Salfordquays Q. 1 year ago on Google
Its not what we expected. Small with few selection of stores. OK for a quick visit and lunch from nearby eateries. The drive over was nice though

  • 2/5 Vikki 1 year ago on Google
PARP💨😐 why are there so many empty shops? Hardly any variety or choice. Nothing like it was just 10 years ago. The food court is even more disappointing

  • 5/5 Steve Y. 1 year ago on Google
The good news is that, you can renew your passport from the post office with a digital assistance .

  • 3/5 James P. 2 years ago on Google
Use this place on a regular basis the number of different shop that are in there from Wilkinson to b&m to pound land as well Iceland and many more including food courts. The toilets have been regeneration but the cleaning of toilets could bee looked in to

This was the lesser of the two malls I visited in Hull. But they did have a nice selection of stores. Unfortunately, the stores close rather early, and it all looked dingy and dated. It can use a renovation, surely.

Snug and cosy in the centre of town, never particularly overcrowded, almost all units are open which is nice to see. Staff everywhere are polite and welcoming. The Post Office in the WHSmith is very useful and convenient. It's suffered in recent years from macroeconomic problems, with the food court upstairs being completely shut off which is a massive shame as it was a unique feature a great place to hang out. The area around Cex has the most empty units, with Game leaving a very visible location to hide up above Sports Direct, the Hull City store moving out, and a prominent jewellers closing down on one of the corners near the centre. Both Wilko and WHSmith have closed their entrances leading into the streets outside - maybe this was a precaution during COVID but it was a nice convenience to have them. Biggest opportunity seems to be the units facing onto Brooks Street. Sometimes it looks like there's activity for a new store to be in them but they're mostly unused. One looks to be an art space and it would be brilliant to develop this into a proper communal facility open to the public themed around making art and being creative. It would be a great place to hang out and showcase talent, turn it into another unique community for Hull to grow and nurture.

Lots of shops I wanted to go in and very wheelchair friendly. Good amount of disabled parking outside too. Will visit again with confidence

The shopping centre is located at the Hull City Centre, opposite Hull Paragon Interchange. Although not the best of shopping centres, but you can get almost every essential stuffs you need to buy in the stores.

I had a great experience shopping at Prospect Shopping Centre. The mall is well-maintained and has a wide variety of stores to choose from. I particularly enjoyed browsing the clothing and shoe stores, as they had a great selection of trendy and stylish items. The mall also has a number of food options, including a food court and several sit-down restaurants, which were perfect for taking a break during my shopping trip. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back to shop again soon.

A lovely venue with a diverse range of shops and activities. Houses Vue cinema, very clean environment. Activities for all ages, clothing for all sizes and styles. 2* removed only due to vacant lots. Attracting popup (no scams) shops or lowering rent will help fill the gaps.

  • 3/5 Paul B. 1 year ago on Google
It can't compete with the 2 larger shopping centres in Hull city centre and now the food court has closed then it's more of a shortcut for us. Get some new stores in there and bring back the food court to see the footfall increase.

  • 5/5 Wayne S. 1 year ago on Google
Another Hull gem sadly let down by nearby St Stephens. The food mall upstairs was always a fave but sadly closed again. It's a shame they can't fit a few shops up there if it's a no goer for food
