Generally a nice place with a few decent shops. Over the years it seems to slowly be getting less busy and shops leaving, but still enough there for me to come and do some shopping when needed. Toilets cost 20p with no change, they are also very rarely clean.

Very Dated and Small Shopping Centre with a good selection of high street retailers including primark and river island the car park lifts are right at the back of the Centre the car park is also cash only as well could do with a refurbishment at some point

Lovely place to go if you want to go back to the late 80's / early 90's. Love a car park that doesn't take card payment, I hate the speed and convenience of contactless payments so having to look for an ATM to withdraw cash, then realising my card is still at home as I've not needed it in 3 years #GPay is a sheer delight.

Very disappointed ! Why do we have to pay for using the toilet? Nottingham City Centre has free access to public toilets and we can see where they are very easily , because there are signs to tell you. Small things like that makes a difference when you go out with your family . I been there on a Bank Holiday and the cafe's were nearly empty , something needs to be done to attract family's on days out

A great local shopping centre. Always seems to be busy when I’ve visited. Has a nice range of shops, suitable for most needs. A brilliant alternative to a busy city centre. I much prefer here to Nottingham.

Clean and bright but nothing much else good about it. Poor choice of shops and if you want any decent clothes you have to go to Nottingham or Meadowhall. New shops won't open up if people don't visit but people won't visit if there are no decent shops . I only go in for the basics in the hope there might be new shops open, but it never happens. Sad to see the town in such decline. Thank you labour and independent councils!

Very clean very organised and good toilets. A shame now quite a few shops are empty and keen to understand if we will get a new flagship store which our town desperately needs. Mansfield is a small town centre but in general has everything you need.

This happened to be our first shopping experience in Mansfield & it was well received. We parked in the Four Seasons car park (cash only) which was reasonably priced, it gave good access to the shops & the immediate surrounding area, well worth a visit 👍

Plenty of shops here for anything you need, it’s always busy and at this time of year they always do a Santa Claus stand which is great for the kids.

The four seasons looked cleaner and more vibrant since the last time I went. I didn't see any empty shops and was presently surprised that the parking was free over the Christmas holidays.

Same 4 Seasons as it was 13 years ago. Same floor, same ceiling. Rent out spaces for shops and don't improve anything in overcrowded Mansfield.

Serves a general purpose for those with no transport, disability needs when wanting something that's not bespoke or an antique-collectable.

Good location and lots of parking. Selection of shops have declined over the years. Use it more for its central location for when I need to go into town.

  • 5/5 Keith Lenthall W. 1 year ago on Google
Good mix of shops, despite large store having permanently closed! Well maintained store, open spaced, with seating inside to rest those weary feet!!

  • 1/5 susan h. 1 year ago on Google
The selection of shops are atrocious know wonder people go online or to the city's for there goods. Also the market place used to be the hub of the town now look at it😓

Warm tidy and clean shopping centre with a good selection of shops. You can find almost anything you could need here and if not then won't have to travel much further to the other local shops

  • 4/5 Realltom Football W. 1 year ago on Google
Good 1 story mall in Mansfield with plenty of restaurants and food establishments aswell as wide range of stores including highly rated pound shops such as Poundland, One Below and Bargain Buys. It’s a 3 minute walk away from Mansfield bus station. There isn’t toilets in this shopping centre which is a huge downside.

  • 4/5 Jay B. 8 months ago on Google
The shopping mall itself is really good with lots of shops. It is kept clean and is easy to navigate. Parking only takes coins and no card payments - so be prepared.

  • 4/5 Bramster22 7 months ago on Google
Good selection of stores and the parking on top making the disabled access very easy. Could do with more food

  • 2/5 Ehsan K. 8 months ago on Google
There's hardly any decent retails left in four seasons. HMV and Primark are probably the only reason we go in 4 seasons. Mansfield four seasons is not improving unfortunately. It's a matter of time until everything is online :(

  • 4/5 Stacey C. 8 months ago on Google
few decent shops. Just don't feel very comfortable in there when I've got my toddler with me as a few times I've seen a few dodgy looking people eyeing him up.

Lovely little shopping centre,we went to simply home and garden store and got some metal dragons and ducks for the garden really quirky ,good prices will definitely go again.

Excellent range of shops. Reasonable parking charges. Choice of places for coffee and SANTA'S GROTTO!!

  • 3/5 Andrew J W. 2 years ago on Google
Three stars is because of park charges. For years it been free on Sunday now it's not. So reduced shop availability more car park fees. Meadowhall free all day every day and Amazon delivers...

Nothing much to see in here anymore which is so sad since we lost Debenhams and other good stores! Had a lovely coffee in the indoor cafe near the old Debenhams.

Last day at work, Debenhams. Be some time before I go to Mansfield for anything. Can't blame the Four Seasons for that though. Best of luck to them in the current climate.

Getting smaller as a few of the big shops have closed unfortunately so not as much choice but it's a standard shopping centre has been for years

After having to search high and low to find a 20p to use the baby changing facilities (not very family friendly) i opened the changing rooms/disabled toilet door and quickly closed it again. i wasn't prepared to walk into it never mind change a baby in it. the centre needs a clean, inviting, accessable enviroment for this and this is certainly not the case.

  • 2/5 Mel S. 2 years ago on Google
Very sad to see the demise of this shopping centre. So many sites closed. In addition to kill it completely parking charges now apply on a Sunday. Dont waste your time going to this place.

What happened with The Four Seasons Centre?? It's such a pity that the potential of this once vibrant Mall has faded so miserably. 😕 Please inject some much needed life back into it, Mansfield Council...

  • 5/5 Dianne C. 1 year ago on Google
This is a great shopping centre. There are plenty of different shops in here to look around, they even have stalls selling items at different points in the shopping centre. The place is clean and there are usually cleaner's walking around. So if you just want to run in for one or two thing's or if you fancy window shopping then the four seasons can accommodate.

Attended a youngsters birthday party, room was adequate size but very crowded and not set out very well with placement of furniture. Staff were very sociable and polite.

Thankfully the majority of retailers are still trading. Great, clean, tidy, warm, indoor and friendly venue. Very good access for the disabled, wheelchair friendly and accessible toilet facilities. One of the key accessible toilets has a hoist and shower facilities and is very sizable and warm. It's kept very clean. Good on site staff availability. Good parking facilities, wheelchair friendly spaces and lifts with fair fees. Nicely decorated for the season. There's a good open cafe selling pricey drinks and food but to be expected in a shopping centre. Cash point accessible. Staff and security visible and accessible. A great place to shop.

It's still ok but showing its age. Good selection of stores but some notable gaps in selling space.

  • 4/5 Janette W. 1 year ago on Google
Been coming into the four seasons since it was first built in 1977. A few empty shops now but still worth a visit. Now free toilets and a nice open cafe where the fountain and water feature used to be in the centre next to Boots. Some folks give it a hard time but each to there own. Worth a visit. Some quirky shops.

  • 4/5 Keith S. 1 year ago on Google
Used to be great shopping here but like everywhere else empty shops as more and more shop on line or Council charges to much.

  • 2/5 Glenn P. 2 years ago on Google
If you are visiting for the day four seasons offers a vatiety of cheaper clothes stores, phone shops and jewellers. HMV is nice to see but out of touch with modern retail prices. The selection of retail options is generally poor, entertainment is an afterthought generally shoehorned in to an empty unit of which there are many. The cafe is fine but again shoehorned in to a main thoroughfare so you feel very on show and have to endure whatever public drama unfolds whilst atempting to weave your way to a seat with 4 lattes. Please can someone finally develop a new shopping centre for mansfield and put this dinosaur relic out of its misery. Fair enough there are a few stores left and the staff are pleasant but its done....its just done. It has no more to offer mansfield and its no longer suitable in 2022. The whole town centre could be a fabulous place and hiding behind all the 60's and 70's cladding facades is architecture to be proud of (as nice as anything within 50 milss) it just needs uncovering and bringing back. A fusion of new and old with a bigger push on entertainment as well as retail.

It's been a long time since I last visited and was an eye opener to how run down it was,at least half the shop units were empty so not visually inviting. Public toilets are 20p via a turnstile and are in need of a refurb, buckets under the urinals in the gents and all but 2 cubicles in the ladies closed off. The ladies turnstiles were open making it only men who had to pay.

Has everything what you need: shops for clothing, perfume and jewellery, toiletries and all. It has a post office in WHSmiths, pharmacy in Boots and a great coffee place in the middle of the mall. Its greatest feature is that it has several exits, so depending on your destination, you don't have to walk and extra half mile, just take nearest way out.

  • 5/5 Suzie P. 1 year ago on Google

If there was a option to click "no stars" I would never have clicked anything faster in my life, firstly i get accused of going to do drugs by one of your staff members, which extremely annoyed me, she had short brown hair and maybe look 40-50, I only wanted to use the lift to look for my grandads wallet that he dropped, I get that I'm a teenager but I don't look like I would do drugs or any of that stuff, after I calmed down I decided to go back and look for the wallet and I have found it. I know its not a big deal but it's wrong to accuse someone because of the generation that they are apart of. She also practically shoved me out of the elevator without a reason as to why I was going up there.

😠 Please view the photos. Where are the warning signs for what happened? I'm never going back and nor should anyone who isn't aware of their parking tactics which are dirty. Absolutely appalling, met a colleague from work for a coffee/sandwich for a lunch meeting at Costa there and ended up with a £10...
